• Miteinbezug der bestehenden und zukünftigen Kunden bereits im Produktentwicklungsprozess;
• Einen kundenzentrierten Dialog auf sämtlichen Kanälen (Touch-Points) d.h. Integration sämtlicher Kanäle und Touch-Points so dass der zukünftige und bestehende Kunde überall als solcher erkannt wird;
• Eine differenzierte Behandlung/Bearbeitung der Zielgruppen nach dem Prinzip «unterschiedliche Kunden unterschiedlich behandeln» (treat different customers differently – Don Peppers, USA, 1991), wobei unterschiedlich nicht heisst: besser oder schlechter, sondern individueller.
