    • We do not simply manufacture products. We provide our customerswith solutions. Our decades of experience and profound industryknow-how are built into every WEISS component.

    • The integrated command of electronics, software and mechanicalsystems is what gives us a leading edge:Our customers have a single contact, no interface problems andreceive everything from a single source.

    • We are represented where our customers need us: in Germany,in Europe and around the world.

    • Our 100% vertical range of manufacture and our strict quality controlsystem guarantee the quality of our products and ensure a longservice life. As such, the new WEISS components are non-wearingand maintenance-free.

    • The free user programmability makes our products highly flexiblefor use in diverse applications and also reusable - all of which ischild‘s play with the WEISS Application Software.

    • The clear, modular designs and an end-to-end system philosophysimplify handling of our products. Integration of the devices withone another is just as straight forward as integration into existingsystem landscapes.

    • We think one step ahead and always take the total cost of owners- hip into account. Our units require no maintenance, are highlyenergy efficient, have a long service life, enable fast commissioningand ensure low engineering costs.

A continuous process takes a steel bar and converts it into a high-tech product, pro-duced by us in 100% vertical integration. We apply all of our know-how, expertise andpassion to every single step.

TC rotary indexing table:Reliability for a lifetimeOne of the most reliable and robust rotary indexing tables available worldwide. Your most

popular partner in the field of automation technology. Extremely long service life combined with

impressively fast switching. Now in its third generation. Robust rotary indexing table with

smooth, jerk and impact-free running and extremely long service life. When using a WEISS

rotary table control system, we extend the warranty from two to four years.

Using our rotary table control system minimisesbrake wear. This makes the rotary indexing tablevirtually maintenance-free throughout its entireservice life. And using this control system alsoextends the warranty to four years.

Our roller cam drives are dimensioned as largeas possible. And the full length of the cams isused here.

All bearings are roller bearings that run in an oil bath. Plate cam rollers aremounted on needle bearings.

The key advantages at a glance:

    • Powerful upright centre part

    • Large central bore

    • Sealing to avoid contamination

    • Precise, high-load plate bearing

    • Cam rollers mounted on needle bearings

    • Grey iron housing

    • Hardened plates, soft mounting surface

    • EWR electronic wear compensation

    • Extremely high precision which alwayscomes with an approval certificate. Pleasefeel free to contact us directly with detailsof your desired precision.

Thanks to the cam profile with modified sinoide,we are able to achieve very gentle and smoothmovements. This is the prerequisite for the fas-test indexing times and a long service life.

Cleanroom-certified version also available:The TC150T CL is certified to air cleanlinessclass 5 as per ISO 14644-1.

The time from signal “start” to message “indexer locked” is approx. 80 - 130 ms longer than the above cycle time, theexact time will depend on the motor, the speed of PLC and the optimization settings. EF2 - control system for brake wear reduction recommended (see page 44).

Load data (for the stationary centre section)

Load data (for the rotary indexing dial plate)

*Note on indexing timesThe actual measured rotation time (from the start signal to the electrical in-position signal) comprises the calculated rotation motion time given in the tables and type-related delays. An important factor areelectrical signal processing times, input filters, mechanical motor idle times and also the setting and optimization of the ideal starting position (please refer to the TC-T operating instructions).

    Freely programmable rotary indexing tables

NC rotary indexing table:User-programmable and robustThe NC combines robustness and durability with the advantages of a freely programmable rotary

table offering a high level of torque. The NC differs from the TC range through its use of a brush-

less AC servo motor drive. In addition, the drive curve has a constant rise. The NC-T is capable of

positioning large loads dynamically and precisely at freely selectable angles.

WAS – WEISS Application Software: Secureand fast commissioning through free-of-chargeuser software.

Building on our proven TC base system, our rotary tables in the NC-T range enable heavy loads to be positioned dynamically andprecisely at freely selectable angles.

The key advantages at a glance:

    • User-programmable

    • High level of torque

    • Absolute position encoder

    • High-precision, rigid rotating platebearing mounting

    • Various sizes

    • Mechanical interfaces for connectingcustomer-specific servo motors

    • High degree of synchronism

    • High degree of repeat accuracy
