(*) In order to provide the prerequisites of the Act No. 5510, the registration program for insured persons under 4/b

was revised and put into practice in June, 2008. Therefore, new tables have been created and in the course of

new registry procedure to avoid the double counting problem existed numbers representing more than one

registration have been reduced to single registrations by the provincial directorates.

(*) 5510 sayl Sosyal Sigortalar ve Genel Salk Sigortas Kanununun gerekliliklerini karlamak zere 4/bsigortallar iin Tescil Program yeniden yazlarak Haziran 2008'de uygulamaya almtr. Bu nedenle yenitablolar yaratlm ve mevcut kaytlar yeni tablolara aktarlrken mkerrer tescilleri nlemek amacylabirden fazla ba-kur numarasna sahip kaytlar il mdrlklerince yaplan alma sonucunda tek banumarasna drlmtr.
