Eine interessante Geschichte

Angefangen hat alles damit, dass Peter Wieser vor ungefähr 100 Jahren das Bad und den Gast-hof „Waldfriede“ – das ehemalige „Stampferbad“ – übernahm.

Das nahe dem Campingplatz auf 1.250 mMeereshöhe liegende Bad ist seit Jahrhunderten als Heilquelle bekannt und sein köstlich erfrischen-des Wasser wird als natürliches Heilmittel ge-schätzt. Nach einer vorübergehenden Schließung des Gasthofes entstand dann in den späten Sieb-zigern der Campingplatz.

Una storia interessante

Tutto ebbe inizio circa 100 anni fa quando Peter Wieser subentrò nella gestione della pensione Waldfriede con l‘annesso bagno termale „Stampfer“ che, a poca distanza dal campeggio, a 1.250 metri

di quota, era noto gia da secoli per le sue pro-prietà curative e per la sua acqua limpida e dis-setante. Nei tardi anni „70“, dopo una provvisoria chiusura della pensione, naque cosi l‘idea del campeggio.

An interesting history

Everything started about 100 years ago whenMr. Peter Wieser took over the bath and guest-house „Waldfriede“.

The bath is located at 1.250 metres above sea level near to the camping site. It has been known as a medical source for centuries. Its tasty,refreshing water is renowned as a medicalremedy. After the guesthouse was temporary clo-sed, the camping sites were developed in the lateseventies.

Unser Restaurant mit Bar und Terrasse

Zugegeben, Campen ohne Grillen ist wie Weihnachten ohne Tannenbaum. Doch manchmal ist es auch im Camping- urlaub schön, wenn man nach allen Regeln der (Koch-)Kunst verwöhnt wird.

Das Küchenteam vom Restaurant Camping Antholz verzau-bert unsere Gäste jeden Tag aufs Neue mit traditionell-alpinen Gerichten und mediterranen Spezialitäten. 

Auf unserer Sonnenterrasse oder bei einem Drink an der Bar lässt es sich besonders gut entspannen.

Nell’accogliente ristorante del Camping Antholz ogni giorno potrete gustare le specialità della cucina tirolese e mediterra-nea preparate dai nostri cuochi.

One thing is for sure – camping without barbecues would be only half the fun. Still it doesn’t hurt to enjoy the occasional slap-up meal during your camping holiday.

Treat yourself to scrumptious Tyrolean and Mediterranean deli-cacies in the cosy atmosphere of the Camping Antholz restaurant, and relax at the bar or basking in the sun on the terrace. 

Equipment und Ausstattung

Auf unserer 2 ha großen Campingfläche befindet sich neben den Stellplätzen auch das Campinggebäude, in dem sich die Rezeption, ein Mini-Market, unser gemütliches Restaurant mit Bar und die überaus sauberen Dusch- und Waschräume sowie Toiletten (ADAC-Auszeichnung außergewöhnliche Sanitäraus-stattung) befinden. Außerdem gibt es sowohl Fußbo-denheizung im gesamten Sanitärbereich als auch für Rollstühle geeignete Kabinen. Auch Waschmaschinen und ein Wäschetrockner stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung. Neu sind unsere Infrarotkabinen, die Sie unentgeltlich benutzen können und unsere privat anmietbare Sau-na für bis zu 4 Personen.

Auf dem Areal gibt es 80 m² große Standardplätze, ausgestattet mit Elektroanschlüssen (16 A) und Ka-belfernsehanschluss (DVB-T). Ebenso finden Sie bei uns 120 m² große Komfortplätze mit Elektroanschlüs-sen (16 A) und Kabelfernsehanschluss (DVB-T) sowie Abwasser- und Trinkwasseranschlüssen.

Unsere kleinen Gäste können sich auf dem Abenteuer- spielplatz vergnügen oder an einem der Kinderanima-

tionsprogramme des örtlichen Tourismusvereins teil-nehmen.

Die Gelegenheit zum Einkauf für den täglichen Ge-brauch bietet das nur knapp 500 m entfernte Dorf Antholz Mittertal. Zum Shoppen im großen Stil bietet Ihnen das 20 km entfernte Bruneck alles was das Herz begehrt. Gleich neben dem Campingplatz liegt die Haltestelle des Linienbusses, den Sie als unser Gast kostenlos nutzen können und mit dem Sie Süd-tirol ganz umweltbewusst erkunden können.

Sull’area adibita a campeggio di 2 ettari, sorgono le piazzole e l’edificio principale che ospita la reception, il mini market, il ristorante con bar e la zona dedica-ta alle docce e all’igiene, oltre che le toilette (premio ADAC per l’area igiene particolare). Inoltre, tutta l’area dedicata ai servizi igienici è dotata di riscalda-mento a pavimento e di cabine adibite all’accesso con sedia a rotelle. A vostra disposizione, lavatrici e asciugatrici. La novità sono le cabine ai raggi infra-rossi, che potete utilizzare liberamente, e la sauna da affittare privatamente per un massimo di 4 persone.

L’area dedicata al campeggio è organizzata con piazzole da 80 m²,dotate di allaccio corrente elettrica (16 A) e presa per televisore (DVB-T). I nostri piccoli ospiti possono divertirsi nel parco giochi e partecipa-re ai programmi di animazione bambini organizzati dall’associazione turistica locale.

Il paesino di Anterselva di Mezzo a soli 500 m dal nostro campeggioda la possibilità di fare la spesa, mentre a 20 km, la cittadina Brunico è l‘ideale per lo shopping. Accanto al campeggio, trovate anche la fermata dei bus di linea che, quali nostri ospiti, potete utilizzare a tito-lo gratuito. Potete così scoprire le bellezze del´Alto Adige rispettando l‘ambiente.

Equipment and comfort

On our campsite of approx. 2 ha you find a lovely building with recep-tion, mini market, a cosy restaurant with bar and exceptionally clean sanitary facilities with floor heating, shower- and washrooms and

toilets – ADAC award for extraordinary sanitary facilities! Wheelchair users find cabins which are suitable for their special needs. Also washing machines and a dryer are at your disposal. NEW: our infrared cabins, free for our guests, and our private sauna for a maximum of four people.

On our campsite you find our standard camping pitches of 80 m² which are connected to electricity (16A) and cable TV (DVB-T) and ourdeluxe camping pitches of 120 m² which are connected to electricity (16A) and cable TV (DVB-T) as well as waste water and fresh water.

For children we offer an adventure playground and a fun animation programme organised by the local tourist association.

In the nearby village Antholz Mittertal (at 500 m distance) you can find shopping possibilities. The nearby town of Bruneck (20 km) offers everything for extended shopping sprees. The bus stop is located just next to our campsite. As our guest you enjoy free use of the busses so that you get to explore South Tyrol in the most environmentally-friendly way possible.

Antholz liegt am Naturpark Rieserferner-Ahrn, der zu abenteuerlichen Wande-rungen einlädt und durch seine beeindruckende Bergkulisse begeistert. Viele gut markierte Wanderwege führen durch das Tal auf bewirtschaftete Almen und Schutzhütten. Auch die nahe liegenden Drei Zinnen, die seit 2009 zum Welt-kulturerbe der UNESCO gehören, sind einen Ausflug wert. Des Weiteren laden faszinierende Schlösser und Burgen , abenteuerliche Bergstollen und zahlreiche Museen ein, in die Vergangenheit zu blicken. Hiesige Musikkonzerte und Feste versüßen Ihnen den Urlaub. Im Dorfzentrum befindet sich ein schöner Sportplatz mit Tennisplätzen und die Möglichkeit Basketball, Fußball oder Volleyball zu spielen. Besuchen Sie den abenteuerlichen Hochseilgarten, schwingen Sie sich in Europas längstem Ziplinepark von Baum zu Baum, erleben Sie aufregende Raftingtouren, klettern Sie steile Wände hoch, gehen Sie reiten oder gönnen Sie sich einen entspannten Tag im beheizten Freibad von Olang. Auch Radfahrer können sich durch das gesamte Pustertal fortbewegen und schöne Touren erleben.Wenn Sie Ihre Wanderung nicht direkt vom Campingplatz aus starten möchten, bringt Sie der kostenlose Bus zu den Ausgangspunkten der verschiedenen Tou-ren – die Haltestelle befindet sich direkt vor unserem Camping Antholz.

Passeggiate, escursioni, relax e molto altro ancora …

Anterselva si trova all’ingresso dei parchi naturali delle Vedrette di Ries e Auri-na, luoghi ideali per splendide passeggiate o escursioni avventurose immersi in magnifici scenari alpini. I sentieri, sempre ben marcati, conducono lungo la valle ad accoglienti malghe e rifugi alpini. Vicinissime anche le Tre Cime di Lavaredo, dichiarate dal 2009 con tutte le Dolomiti, patrimonio naturale dell’Umanità UN-ESCO e che valgono da sole una splendida gita. L’area offre anche affascinanti castelli e manieri, antiche miniere visitabili e numerosi musei che raccontano la storia e i costumi locali. La musica e le feste campestri appartengono altresì a una vacanza ad Anterselva come il tennis, il basket, il calcio e la pallavolo per cui trovate gli spazi attrezzati in paese. Visitate poi il parco avventura; provate, di albero in albero, la più lunga “Zip Line” d’Europa; lasciatevi affascinare dal “rafting”; arrampicate su pareti verticali; godetevi lunghe cavalcate o assaporate il relax di un bagno d’acqua e di sole nella piscina riscaldata di Valdaora. E non

ultime, anche la bicicletta e la mountain bike offrono altrettante splendide opportunità di svago sulle ciclabili della Val Pusteria.

Se non volete cominciare la vostra escursione direttamente dal Camping Antholz, il bus gratuito vi conduce comodamente ai punti di partenza dei diversi tour. La fermata del bus si trova proprio di fronte al Camping Antholz.

Hiking, mountaineering, recreation and a lot more…

Antholz is situated in the Rieserferner-Ahrn nature park, which is ideal for adventurous hikes and impresses with its imposing mountain scenery. Numerous well signposted hiking paths lead through the valley and bring you to public mountain huts. The nearby Three Peaks, which became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2009, are definitely worth a visit. Furthermore, fascina-ting castles and fortresses, adventurous mines, and numerous museums give you an insight into the past. Local music con-certs and festivals add to the entertainment during your holi-days. In the village centre you‘ll find a wonderful sports area with tennis court, basket ball court, soccer pitch and volley ball court. Visit the adventurous highrope climbing garden or swing from tree to tree in Europe‘s longest zipline park, participate at exciting rafting tours, climb up steep walls, go horse riding or enjoy a relaxing day in the heated outdoor pool of Olang. Cy-clists can tour through the entire Puster Valley and experience beautiful tours.

There are plenty of hiking paths starting directly at our camp-site, and our free bus takes you to the starting point of various other tours – the bus stop is located directly in front of our Camping Antholz.

Skifahren, Langlaufen und Rodeln:Das Wintersportparadies Antholz

Ganz gleich, ob Sie lieber auf dem Skigebiet Nr. 1 in Süd-tirol, dem Kronplatz oder am familienfreundlichen Riepenlift im Dorf die Hänge hinab fahren oder auf perfekt präparier-ten Loipen die Langlaufski anschnallen wollen: in Südtirol sind Sie richtig. Im berühmten Biathlonstadion können Sie auf den Pisten langlaufen, auf denen sich jedes Jahr die besten Biathleten messen. Es gibt Langlauf- und Skischu-len, sowie Skiverleihe und Biathlonkurse (auch im Sommer)

Wandern auch im Winter: Skitouren und Schneeschuhwan-derungen in die herrlich verschneite Bergwelt oder einen netten Besuch z.B. auf der Steinzger Alm mit anschließen-der Rodelgaudi, sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen.Mit dem kostenlosen Bus, der direkt vor dem Camping-platz hält, gelangen Sie bequem zum Ausgangspunkt Ihrer Unternehmungen.

Anterselva è il paradiso degli sport invernali

Volete sciare nel centro sciistico numero 1 dell’ Alto Adige, il Plan de Corones o preferite in paese l´accogliente Riepenlift, particolarmente adatto alle famiglie? O amate il fondo e macinare chilometri su piste sempre perfette? Ad Anterselva e in Alto Adige non avete che da scegliere… Dovunque trovate scuole di sci e di fondo, noleggi per l’attrezzatura e (anche in estate) i corsi di biathlon per imparare questo splendido sport. Passeggiate invernali, sci alpinismo, escursioni con le racchette da neve o visite alle malghe e splendide discese in slitta com-pletano un’offerta di svago davvero eccezionale.

Con il bus gratuito, che ferma proprio di fronte al Camping Antholz, raggiungete in tutta comodità il punto di partenza per le vostre gite sulla neve.

Antholz – the winter sport paradise

Whether you prefer skiing in South Tyrol‘s number one ski resort „Kronplatz“ or prefer the small villa-ge slope, or enjoy perfectly groomed cross-coun-try tracks: South Tyrol is the right place for you. In the renowned biathlon centre in Antholz you can cross-country ski on the same tracks as the world‘s best athletes. There are cross-country and ski schools, ski rental outlets and biathlon courses (also in summer), and you can also hike in winter: choose between ski tours and snow-shoe hikes through the beautiful, snowed-in alpine landscape or a visit to Steinzger Hut with toboggan fun afterwards.

The free bus stops directly in front of the campsiteand takes you to the starting point of your tours.
