• Ein- und Ausbau der Nockenwellen und der variablen Nockenwellen-Einheit (Doppel Vanos)

• Prüfung und Einstellung der Nockenwellen Steuerzeiten

Die Nockenwellen- und Kurbelwellenarretie-rungen dürfen nicht als Gegenhalter zum Anziehen genutzt werden!

• Assembly and disassembly for the duplex camshafts

Don´t use the camshaft and crankshaft locking as a counterholder to tighten the screws!

Dieser Werkzeugsatz dient zum Ausbau/Einbau sowie zum Zer-legen und Zusammensetzen der Lagerbrücke der Nockenwel-le / Valvetronic-Baugruppe.

Er wird zusammen mit dem Motoreinstell-Werkzeugsatz V4284 verwendet, die Werkzeug zur Einstellung des Motors z. B. beim Wechsel der Steuerkette oder der Nockenwellen enthält.

Aufnahme für Lagerbrücke

Die kurze Stützstrebe muss an der richtigen Position angebaut werden. Die kurze Stützstrebe hat am unteren Ende eine erhöhte Kante, die in eine Aussparung in der Aufnahmeplatte passt.

Die Aufnahme für die Lagerbrücke muss auf einem Schraubstock montiert werden.

This kit is used for removal, installation plus dismantling and re-building the camshaft carrier bracket |Valvetronic assembly.

It is used in conjunction with the Engine Timing Tool Set V4284, which includes tools necessary for timing the engine when, for example, changing the cam chain or camshafts.

Camshaft carrier mounting fi xture assembly

Take care to assemble the short support strut in the correct position. The short strut has a raised lip on its base which corresponds to a recess in the fi xture plate.

The mounting fi xture assembly is designed to be mounted on a vice.
