A reminder to the Moms of our Church thatBreakfast will be
provided for you on Mothers Dayin the Fellowship Hall. Those ladies
that are not
Moms will be invited to join a joint Ladies class thatmorning
for the Sunday School Hour. I hope allMoms will allow us to honor
them in this manner onthat day.
Thank you to those who have already commit-ted to being
MATTHEWS. I know God will blessyour efforts. Dont know what a
Matthew is? It is acouple who has met Jesus and wants to share
Himwith friends and family in a non threatening way.They simply
host a party to show a video or watcha Billy Graham presentation
and allow the Holy
Spirit of God to do the rest. Training will beginshortly for
those wishing to become Matthews. The
party will be held in November and God will give theincrease.

Every Sunday is a great day in the Lord at FirstBaptist and this

Building Update: We are moving right along on theprogress of the
building. The foundation is dug, poured,and blocks are laid. They
have backfilled the slab andthe plumbers and electricians have
finished their rough
in. The slab should be poured by Friday. Things aregoing great.
Continue to pray for smooth and safe con-struction.
