FreeLine - versions for panels

FreeLine50Die Verbindung von puristischem Design und perfekter Funktionalität gelingt mit der FreeLine Flächenvorhangtechnik. Von vorn betrachtet ist lediglich eine 50 mm hohe Aluminiumschiene sichtbar, welche sich mit Endkappen aus Metall oder Holz perfekt auf das Interieur abstimmen lässt.

Bis zu 5 Laufschienen können hintereinander angeordnet werden. In den Laufschienen werden die Paneelwagen verdeckt eingehängt, mit denen sich die Stoffe nahezu lautlos ver schieben lassen. Das einfache Ein- und Aushängen der Paneele überzeugt genauso wie die Montagemöglichkei-ten an der Wand, unter der Decke oder stirnseitig in der Nische.

FreeLine50-ILBei der FreeLine50-IL ergänzt ein Aluminium- Innenlaufprofil für konfektionierte Vorhänge die Flächenvorhangschiene im vorderen Lauf zur Raumseite hin. Weich fallende Stoffe rahmen seitlich die linearen Konturen des Flächenvorhangs ein und verleihen dem gesamten System eine überaus dekorative Komponente.

FreeLine35Das zurückhaltende und nur 35 mm hohe Profil ergänzt die FreeLine- Designlinie. Im Grundaufbau identisch zur FreeLine50 können bis zu fünf Laufkanäle in festen Abständen hintereinander positioniert werden. Die puristische Schiene ist durchaus präsent, hält sich jedoch dezent zurück.

FreeLine50The link of puristic design and perfect functionality is made by the FreeLine panel track technology. Viewed from the front, merely a 50 mm high aluminium rail is visible which can be perfectly adapted to the interior design by its end caps made of metal or wood.

Up to 5 tracks can be arranged consecutively. The panel tracks are attached into the tracks in a concealed manner. The fabrics can be moved nearly soundlessly. The simple attachment and removal of the panel tracks convinces as well as the possibility of an assembly at the wall, under the ceiling or laterally in the niche.

FreeLine50-ILWith the FreeLine50-IL system, the panel track rail is complemented by an inner track for tailored curtains in the front track to the room. Soft falling fabrics enframe the linear contours at the lateral sides and are a very decorative component to the entire system.

FreeLine35The FreeLine design line is completed by the reluctant and only 35 mm high profile. Identical in its basic construction, up to five tracks can be positioned in fixed distances one behind the other. The puristic rail is quite present but is however, unobstrusive in its appearance.

Die ClassicLine und SlimLine überzeugen durch ihre hochwertige Verarbeitung und minimalistische Optik. Rollengelagerte Paneelwagen sorgen für ein leichtgängiges Verschieben der Paneelbahnen. Beide Systeme empfehlen sich insbesondere für die Anbringung unter der Decke. Sie unterscheiden sich in den Bedienoptionen sowie der Höhe der Schienen.

ClassicLine Die ClassicLine-Schiene hat eine Höhe von 17 mm und wird mittels Clips oder Schnellspannern unter der Decke befestigt.

SlimLine Mit einem flachen Aufbau von nur 11 mm wird die SlimLine-Schiene vorgebohrt und direkt mit der Decke verschraubt.

The ClassicLine and SlimLine convince by their high-quality manufac-ture and minimalistic look. Panel carriages mounted on roller bearings allow a free-moving slide of the panel tracks. Both systems are espe-cially recommend for an assembly under the ceiling. They differ in their operating options as well as the height of the rails.

ClassicLine The rail of the ClassicLine with a height of 17 mm is assembled by means of clips or quick fasteners under the ceiling.

SlimLine With a flat format of 11 mm only, the SlimLine rail is pre-drilled and directly screwed with the ceiling.

Das Öffnen und Schließen erfolgt bequem z.B. per Funkhandsender oder zentral über Programmschaltuhr und Sonnenwächter. Sie erhöhen bei Abwesenheit die Sicherheit, verhindern automatisch das Aufheizen der Räume und nutzen zudem aktiv Energieeinsparpotentiale.

Opening and closing takes place comfortably at the press of a button, via handheld transmitter or from a control centre via programmable timers and solar monitors. If you are absent, they increase safety, automatically prevent heating up of rooms and, in addition, use active energy savings potentials.

„Frei verschiebbar“ClassicLine (Typ FVV)SlimLine (Typ SVV) Die Bedienung der Anlage erfolgt durch einfaches Verschieben der einzelnen Paneele. Die Paneelwagen Typ CLP sind beidseitig mit Ösen zur Aufnahme von Bedienstäben (optional) versehen. Durch Profilverbinder lassen sich mehrere Schienen koppeln und beliebig erweitern. Paneelbreite und -anzahl sind frei wählbar, die Überlappung ergibt sich aus der Positionierung der Paneele.

„Schnurzug“ClassicLine (Typ FVS)* Der Schnurzug kann rechts oder links positioniert werden. Eine Rollenumlenkung sorgt für ein leichtgängiges Verfahren der Paneelwagen (Typ CLP + CLK) bis zu einer Anlagenbreite von max. 700 cm. Die Paneelbreite sowie Anzahl, Positionierung und Überlappung ergeben sich aus der individuellen Raum- und Fenstersituation.

„Bedienstab“ClassicLine (Typ FVB)Die Bedienung erfolgt durch einen Bedienstab am ersten Paneelwagen, mit dem die folgenden Paneele über Mitnehmer nacheinander aufgezogen werden. Durch einen Profilverbinder lassen sich zwei Schienen koppeln und auf über 700 cm erweitern.

„Motor“ClassicLine (Typ FVM)Der Flächenvorhang wird komfortabel über eine Funkfernbedienung gesteuert. Der dezente 24V Motor bildet eine formschlüssige Einheit mit der Laufschiene.

„Freely movable“ClassicLine (type FVV)SlimLine (type SVV) To operate the unit, you simply push the individual panels in any direction. The panel carriages (type CLP) feature eyelets on both sides, enabling operating rods (optional) to be attached. Profile connectors allow several rails to be combined with one another and extended as required. You can select whatever panel width and however many panels you want. Individual panels can be positioned in a flexible way to allow overlapping.

„Panel tracks with cord pull operation“ClassicLine (type FVS) * The cord pull can be positioned on the left or on the right. A re-direction of the rollers allows a smooth and convenient operation of the panel carriages (types CLP and CLK) up to a unit width of 700 cm. The panel width, number of panels, positioning and overlapping result from your individual interior and window design.

„Operating rod“ClassicLine (type FVB)The unit is operated by means of an operating rod on the first panel carriage, which uses pusher carriers to pull the remaining panels along behind it. Profile connectors allow two rails to be coupled and entended to a length of more than 700 cm.

„Motor“ClassicLine (type FVM)The panel track is controlled easily by means of a remote control. The unobstrusive 24V motor creates a form-closed unity with the rail.

Die Bedienung der Anlage erfolgt durch den Schleuder stab am ersten Paneelwagen, der die folgenden Paneele über Mit nehmer nacheinander aufzieht. Durch Profilverbinder lassen sich mehrere Schienen kombinieren und so auf über 700 cm erweitern. Ein leicht-gängiges Verschieben wird durch die rollengelagerten Paneel wagen erreicht. Paneel breite, -anzahl und -überlappung sind frei wählbar und können so optimal auf die jeweilige Raumsituation abgestimmt werden.

The unit is operated by means of the operating rod on the first panel carriage, which uses pusher carriers to pull the remaining panels along behind it. Profile connectors allow several rails to be combined with one another and extended to a length of more than 700 cm. The panel carriage featuring roller bearings ensures smooth motion. You can choose whatever panel width you want, however many panels you need and the kind of overlap you would like, allowing you to match the product perfectly to the setting in which it is being used.

Die Beschattung von Bildschirmarbeitsplätzen Shading for workstations

Bildschirmarbeitsplatzverordnung (ISO 9241-6)Computer und Bildschirme sind heute ein fester Bestandteile der mo-dernen Arbeitswelt. Verschiedene Gesetze und Verordnungen betreffen daher die Gestaltung von Bildschirmarbeitsplätzen in Zusammenhang mit aktuellen Erkenntnissen zur Aufrechterhaltung der Gesundheit von Mitarbeitern. Abgeleitet aus der EU-Vorschrift von 1990 ist seit dem 12.08.2004 die Bildschirmarbeitsplatzverordnung in Deutschland in Kraft. Zusammenfassend lässt sich daraus ableiten, daß jedes Fenster mit einer geeigneten, verstellbaren Blendschutzvorrichtung ausgestattet sein muß, um störende Blendungen sowie Reflexionen auf Bildschirmen zu vermeiden. Durch die Verstellbarkeit der Anlagen soll die Sichtver-bindung nach außen zumindest temporär aufrechterhalten werden. Zu berücksichtigen sind die maximalen Transmissionswerte zur entspre-chenden Himmelsrichtung, unter dem Motto: „So viel Tageslicht wie möglich – so wenig Blendschutz wie nötig“.

The information can be summarized in that way that every window must be fitted with a suitable, adjustable glare protection device in order to avoid annoying glare and reflection on screens. By adjusting the systems, the line of sight to the outside is to be maintained at least temporarily. Take the maximum transmission values for the correspond-ing compass direction into consideration. Your guideline should be: “As much daylight as possible – as little glare protection as necessary”.

The effect of the sunshade on the system comprising glazing and interior sun protection is defined using two key technical indicators: total energy transmission value (gtotal) and reduction factor (Fc).

GesamtenergiedurchlassgradDer Gesamtenergiedurchlassgrad (gtotal) gibt an, wie viel Sonnenenergie durch das Gesamtsystem Verglasung und Sonnenschutz in den Raum eindringen kann. Sofern es das Ziel ist im Sommer Kühlenergie einzusparen, bzw. die Aufheizung zu vermindern, sollte der Gesamtenergie-durchlassgrad minimiert werden. Die Sonnenschutzeinrich-tung sollte also die Gesamttransmission reduzieren – der Gesamtenergie durch lassgrad sollte möglichst klein sein.

Total energy transmission valueThe total energy transmission value (gtotal) indicates how much solar energy can penetrate the overall system of glazing and sun protection into the room. If the aim is to saving cooling energy in summer or prevent the room from heating up, then the total energy transmission value must be minimised. The sunshade should therefore reduce total transmission – the total energy transmission value should be as low as possible.

AbminderungsfaktorDas zweite (alternative) Bemessungskriterium für die Beur-teilung des Sonnenschutztextils ist der Abminderungsfaktor (Fc-Wert). Er gibt an, wie stark die Sonnenschutztextilie den Energieeintrag im Gesamtsystem verringert. Um diesen Wert zu ermitteln, setzt man den Energieeintrag mit und ohne Sonnenschutzeinrichtung ins Verhältnis. Da der Energieeintrag möglichst gering sein sollte, muss die Abminderung des Energieeintrags möglichst groß sein. Der Abminderungsfaktor sollte bei dieser Betrachtung also möglichst groß sein.

Reduction factorThe second (alternative) measuring criterion for assessing sun protection fabric is the reduction (Fc) factor. It indicates the extent to which the sun protection fabric reduces the energy input to the overall system. The value is determined by comparing the energy input with and without sunshade. Since the energy input should be as low as possible, the reduction of energy input should be as great as possible. In this case, the reduction factor should therefore be as great as possible.
