With the Baden-Württemberg-STIPENDIUM you will not only obtain fi nancial support, but also belong to a worldwide network. The exclusive online portal BWS-World and numerous events offer you the opportunity to exchange information with other students from dif-ferent cultures and subject areas. In addition, you can become involved in the Regional Chapters and contri-bute your personal ideas and activities to the network activities.
In this way you strengthen your national and interna-tional contacts and long after your placement abroad you profi t from the variety of the Baden-Württemberg-STIPENDIUM.

If you would like to study in Baden-Württemberg or abroad and would like to apply for a Baden-Württemberg-STIPENDIUM, then contact the International Offi ce or your university.
The selection procedure is defi ned by the universities in Baden-Württemberg, which also carry out the preselection of all applications. The procedure takes place in agreement with the foreign partner university.
Scholarships are granted by the Baden-Württemberg Stiftung.
HOW WE WILL SUPPORT YOU
Depending on where you study and the progress of your course, for the period at a university in Baden-Württemberg or at one of its international partner universities you will receive:
▶ between 600 and 1,400 euros per month. ▶ for at least three to eleven months maximum.

In addition the International Offi ce of your university will also be available to advise you.
REQUIREMENTS AND YOUR APPLICATION
The aim of the Baden-Württemberg-STIPENDIUM is to promote the international exchange of students. When awarding a scholarship, the Baden-Württemberg Stiftung bases its choice on the principle of reciprocity: an equal number of scholarships is given to people from Baden-Württemberg and abroad. The Baden-Württem-berg-STIPENDIUM thus contributes to global networking and plays a constant part in international relations.
The Baden-Württemberg-STIPENDIUM for university students is awarded solely in the context of coopera-tions between universities in Baden-Württemberg and their international partner universities.
