Standard-Drahtgewebe nach DIN 4192 // ISO. 4783-3
Standard wire cloth according to DIN 4192 // ISO. 4783-3
Form A / form A
The feature of this kind of cloth is, that the wires are crimped at the crossing points in both directions as well as woven in tension. The material used has a high tensile strength and gives the cloths a high dynamic strength and a long life.

Here the difference in form to cloth A is, that each wire gets an additional crank in front of and behind each crossing point. A strong cloth which retains an exact aperture also after a long service life is accomplished. This form of cloth will principally be used if the ratio between the aperture and the wire diameter is large.

Dovex-R-Gitter nach DIN 4192 // ISO 4783-3
Dovex-R-grids according to DIN 4192 // ISO 4783-3
Form E / form E
The special feature of Dovex-R-grids is, that the wire cranks are only made to one side in each wire position when compared to the standard screens, so that one side of the finished screen is plane and the other cranked. In general, the plane side of the screen is the working side.

Rastex-Gitter nach DIN 4185
Screen panel type Rastex according to DIN 4185
The grid gets a smooth surface on one side due to one sided crimped profile wires. A double anchorage ensures the mesh accuracy. The wires are high web spline profiles which form a mesh conically expanding downwards. Therefore a plugging through sticking grain is countervailed.

PS-Gitter nach DIN 4192 // ISO 4783-3
PS-grids according to DIN 4192 // ISO 4783-3
Form F / form F
The typical thing of a PS-grid is, that the straight wires are crossed rectangular and their crossing points are then connected by pressure-welding. The result is a wire position at the top and at the bottom. In general the wires at the top position are parallel to the material flow.

Schematische EinbaudarstellungSchematic description of installation
With pressure-welded screens for cross-tensioning-machines as well as for longitudinal-tensioning-machines the top wires are usually parallel to material flow. With the longitudinal-tensioning-screens the lower wires are therefore parallel to the supports and may present difficulties during fitting. It is recommended to order such screens with free areas j or with underwelded flat bars k in the support positions
