Axial dichtendes Verschraubungssytem

Das EMB-FF10 -System ist die Antwort der EMB-Ingenieure auf den wachsenden internationalen Markt der ORFS-Ver-schraubungssysteme. Damit erweitert EMB die bewährten DIN-Verschraubungsprogramme durch eine besonders praxis- orientierte Entwicklung im internationalen Standard nach ISO 8434-3.

Ziel der EMB-Entwicklung eines Verschraubungssystems in diesem Standard war die anwendungsfreundliche Montage und Wiederholmontage mit einfachsten, wirtschaftlichen Mitteln. Dies ist mit dem EMB-FF10-System gelungen: Das bewährte handliche Fertigmontagegerät UNIPRESS/M ist mit neuen Werkzeugen die universelle Lösung für den schnel-len Einsatz bei Reparaturen vor Ort bis zur Kleinserie. Vielen Anwendern von hydraulischen Arbeitsmaschinen und den Serviceunternehmen, die ihre Dienstleistung besonders im Aufgabenfeld der Mobilhydraulik erbringen, wird damit ein sicheres System zur Verfügung gestellt, das dem Entwick-lungstrend in der Hydraulik entspricht.

The EMB-FF10 system is the EMB engineers' answer to the growing international market for ORFS fitting systems. It extends EMB's proven range of DIN fittings by adding a par-ticularly practical design that complies with the international ISO 8434-3 standard.

EMB's objective when designing an faced sealed fitting system to meet this standard was to ensure user-friendly assembly and re-assembly with extremely simple and mode-rate instrument. And that is what the EMB-FF10 system deli-vers. The approved and easy-to-use UNIPRESS/M assembly machine, with anhanced tools, is the universal, rapid deploy-ment solution for everything from on-site repairs to small batch jobs. It offers a safe system, reflecting trends in hydrau-lic design, to many users of hydraulic work machinery and to service organisations whose operations are mainly in the mobile hydraulics sector.

Die EMB-FF10 Systemkomponenten:Verschraubungsstutzen mit O-Ring a zur stirnseitigen Abdichtung.

O-Ring a Standard NBR (z.B. Perbunan®) 90º Shore. Optional stehen weitere Materialien zur Verfügung.

Buchse FF10-BU b Mit einem handlichen Vormontagegerät, z.B. UNIPRESS/M, wird sie in das Rohr eingedrückt und das Rohr so auf ca. 10º aufgebördelt.

Assembly:From the hand tight position, one short pull of the spanner gives increase in assembly torque. FF10 fittings can be assembled and disassembled many times.
