via Post to the above mentioned address ATTENTION! This entry form is only valid, in connection with a fully completed vehicle data sheet! During a car- or division change or technical changes to the car (e.g. engine size), during the season, the organisators of the “SPORTS CAR CHALLENGE 2018” have to be informed unsolicited and an updated data sheet has to be provided as soon as possible. The above mentioned applicant/driver binding assigns hereby to the “SPORTS CAR CHALLENGE 2018” and accepts the official regulations of the “SPORTS CAR CHALLENGE 2018” in all its points. Entries to the „SPORTS CAR CHALLENGE 2018“ won’t be accepted by the series organisation, before the yearly membership contribution, of EUR 500,00 and the entry fee, according to the regulations, to the bank account of the series organisation, at the Vorarlberger Volksbank, bank code 45710, BIC-Code: VOVBAT2B, IBAN: AT47 457 100 047 030 1244 of EUR 6.500,00 (before March 20th 2018). Guest starters/single starters (club membership required!) that do not fit into the points 8.1 – 8.3 of the regulations 2018 and want to participate on single events/race weekends, have to pay an entry fee of EUR 1.200,00 per weekend/event. The organisation reserves the right to refuse Club membership applications and/or registrations without giving reasons, and also commits itself to refund the already paid membership contribution and/or entry fee fully. The applicant/driver releases the organisation of the „SPORTS CAR CHALLENGE 2018“ from any liability for injury, damage, which might be suffered as a part of an event of the “SPORTS CAR CHALLENGE 2018”.
