El campo de Son Gual volvió a ser el anfitrión de numerosos torneos de golf, entre ellos destacaron el torneo privado de la cadena hotelera mallorquina de Son Melià, con 120 participantes, o el torneo de la empresa Pin-mar, en el cual más de 500 invitados disfruta-ron de tres jornadas del golf y diversión.La novedad de este otoño en Son Gual es el nuevo sistema GPS que hemos instalado en la mitad de los buggies. Este moderno sistema no sólo les facilitará las distancias exactas, sino además les ofrecerá la posibilidad de en-cargar pedidos de comida y bebidas que se-rán servidos posteriormente en el recorrido del campo. Está previsto instalar el sistema GPS en todos los buggies para la primavera del 2012. Wir möchten Sie auch dieses Mal wieder über das Neuste bei uns in Son Gual und natürlich auch auf Mallorca informieren. Die Herbsaison auf der Insel ist wettermäßig bestens verlaufen und so auch der Spielbe-trieb auf unserer Anlage.Wir waren wieder Veranstaltungsort einiger Turniere. Highlights waren hier zum einen das Privatturnier der mallorquinischen Ho-telkette Sol Melia mit 120 Teilnehmern und zum anderen das 3-tägige Turnier der Firma Pinmar mit mehr als 500 Spielern.Eine Neuheit in diesem Herbst in Son Gual ist das GPS-System, dass wir in die Hälfte unserer Buggies installiert haben. Hierü-ber erhalten Sie nicht nur die genauesten Entfernungsangaben, sondern können sich auch einen Snack und Getränke auf den Platz bestellen. Geplant ist bis Frühjahr 2012 die Ausstattung aller Buggies.Desweitern haben wir mit unserer Golfschule logicalgolf eine Weltneuheit in Sachen Golf-training geplant. Once again we would like to inform you of the latest news on Son Gual and Ma-llorca as a whole.Over recent weeks the weather on the is-land has been almost summery, as a result of which the autumn season at Son Gual has been excellent. The Son Gual course once again hosted nu-merous golf tournaments, outstandingly the private tournament of the Mallorcan hotel chain, Son Melià, with 120 participants, or the tournament of the company Pinmar, du-ring which over 500 guests enjoyed three days of golf and fun.This autumn the novelty at Son Gual is the new GPS system we have installed in half of the buggies. Not only will this modern system give you exact distances; it will also enable you to order food and drinks which will then be served up as you go round the course. The GPS system is due to be installed in all of the buggies by spring 2012. Moreover, for spring of 2012 we plan to introduce the new, sophisticated logicalgolf learning and training method in our acade-my. So why not come and try it out? Un factor muy importante es que Mallor-ca ofrece la posibilidad de jugar 365 días al año... Claro que es muy importante, esta es la razón por la que Mallorca es tan atractiva. En Alemania, Austria o Suiza, por ejemplo, los golfistas sólo pueden jugar al golf en sus países desde mediados de abril hasta máxi-mo mediados de octubre. Nadie quiere dejar su hobby durante medio año. Especialmente durante estos meses, Mallorca ofrece unas condiciones perfectas para jugar al golf.

¿Por qué recomendaría usted a las perso-nas que se hagan socios de Son Gual? Yo recomiendo a cualquier golfista a quien le encante el golf que se haga socio de Golf Son Gual, porque nosotros ofrecemos el mejor servicio 365 días al año para miembros y sus invitados. Dentro de unos años Son Gual será un club privado, y esta es otra razón para ha-cerse socio pronto. ¡No esperen demasiado! Son Gual ha protagonizado el segundo mayor salto de la lista de los 100 mejores campos de golf de Europa, según la pres-tigiosa publicación Golf World. Concreta-mente, el considerado mejor campo de Ma-llorca ha pasado del puesto 91 al 53, por lo que Golf World dedica más de media página, con una espectacular foto panorámica, para hablar de Son Gual.El periodista encargado de redactar la información declara su admiración por la excelencia del campo, “que siem-pre luce como si al día siguiente se fuera a jugar un gran torneo en él”. Golf Son Gual ha estrenado recientemente un nuevo sistema GPS en sus buggys, una re-volucionaria herramienta para hacer más fácil la vida del jugador, con una serie de aplicaciones que dejarán a más de uno con la boca abierta.Este sistema consta de una pantalla digital táctil ubicada en el interior del buggy. Entre otras posibilidades, el nuevo GPS Navigation System permite:· Completar la tarjeta del recorrido (algo que hasta ahora se apuntaba manualmente). In-cluso puedes enviarla por email a quien tú quieras.· Visualización completa del campo y de cada hoyo, incluso del green, siempre desde la po-sición donde se halla el buggy. Rolex y Relojería Alemana celebraron a fi-nales de mayo su tradicional torneo en el campo de Son Gual. Un centenar de jugado-res amateurs y clientes aficionados a este de-porte disfrutaron de una agradable jornada que culminó con la entrega de premios, entre ellos varios modelos de Rolex que iluminaron los ojos de los ganadores.

Exitosa celebración a principios de junio de la tercera edición de este torneo benéfico, cuyo fin es la recaudación de fondos desti-nados a obras de caridad. Además de pasar una amena jornada jugando al golf, la gala benéfica celebrada al caer la tarde hizo po-sible que tanto patrocinadores como parti-culares pudieran poner su granito de arena para apoyar esta noble causa.

Rolex und Relojería Alemana veranstalteten Ende Mai auf dem Golfplatz Son Gual das traditionelle Turnier. Rund 100 Amateurs-pieler und Gäste genossen den Tag, dessen Höhepunkt die Siegerehrung war. Als Prei-se gab es u.a. verschiedene Rolex-Modelle, die die Gewinner mit leuchtenden Augen entgegennahmen.

Ein Riesenerfolg war die dritte Ausgabe des Benefizturniers, das Ende Juni stattfand. Ziel ist es, Spenden für karitative Projekte zu sammeln. Tagsüber stand das Golfen im Mittelpunkt; der Abend stand im Zeichen der Wohltätigkeitsgala, bei der Förderer und Gäste ihren Beitrag für das noble Ziel leisten konnten.

At the end of May Rolex and Relojería Ale-mana held their traditional golf tournament on the Son Gual course. A hundred or so amateur players and customers who are en-thusiasts of this sport enjoyed a pleasant day culminating in the awarding of various pri-zes, including several Rolex models which lit up the eyes of the winners.

Successful celebration held at the beginning of June for the third edition of this benefit tournament, the aim of which is to raise funds for charity. As well as spending a plea-sant day playing golf, the benefit gala held as evening falls enabled both sponsors and private individuals to do their bit to support this noble cause.

Once again this original tournament held in beginning of september was a huge success in terms of participation. In fact, many people were unable to take part because places ran out. The premise of dressing entirely in white, both during the day’s competition and at the subse-quent dinner, continues to provide one of the most beautiful images of the Mallorcan summer.

A leading holiday package company, MC-Fincaservice, organised some fabulous days of sport and pleasure last July. As well as the golf tournament, the participants were able to win lots of nice prizes including overnight stays and dinners in luxury ho-tels, wine-tasting sessions, helicopter rides and much more.

Para regar el campo a diario se emplean unos 1.500 metros cúbicos de agua.A diferencia de la hierba tipo bermuda, pre-sente en casi todos los campos de Mallorca y más fácil de mantener ya que acepta toda el agua si bien en invierno cambia a un co-lor amarillento, la ray grass es una hierba de climas fríos que requiere mucho más cuidado, sobre todo en verano, para lucir perfecta todo el año. Algo para lo que es decisivo el sistema de osmosis inversa em-pleado en Son Gual.

Im Unterschied zum Bermuda-Rasen, der auf den meisten anderen Golfplätzen Mallorcas verwendet wird und der nicht so anspruchs-voller Pflege und hoher Wasserqualität be-darf, auch wenn er im Winter eine gelbliche Farbe annimmt, ist der Raygrass ein Rasen-typ für kältere Regionen und braucht vor allem im Sommer mehr Pflege für ein perfe-ktes Aussehen. Um dies zu erreichen ist das System der Umkehrosmose auf Son Gual von entscheidendem Vorteil.

TARTAR DE ATÚN CON MARINADA DE MISO Y GENGIBRETHUNFISCH-TARTAR MIT MISO-INGWER-MARINADE TUNA TARTARE WITH MISO AND GINGER MARINADE

INGREDIENTES:1 calabacín verde, 500 gr rulo de que-so de cabra, 2 dl salsa de tomate casera, 1 berenjena, 12 tomates cherry rama, 8 champiñones, 8 espárragos verdes, 1 pimiento rojo, 1 pimiento amarillo, 1 pi-miento verde italiano, 2 dl aceite de oli-va, Sal, Ramita de romero.

PREPARACIÓN:Lavar y cortar las verduras, los calabacines en rodajas, los pimientos en cuadrados de medida parecida a los calabacines. Las be-renjenas se cortan en rodajas y se dejan con un poquito de sal para que pierdan agua, aproximadamente una hora. En la plancha marcamos las verduras por ambos lados. Hacemos lo mismo con el queso, y coloca-mos todo en un aro de acero haciendo ca-pas con el queso y las verduras, terminando con el queso encima.

PRESENTACIÓN:Ponemos en el fondo del plato un poco de salsa de tomate casera, los tomatitos, cham-piñones y espárragos, colocamos el milho-jas en el centro del plato y terminamos con un chorrito de aceite de oliva y unas rami-tas de romero.

INGREDIENTES:320 gr de atún, 30 gr de cebollino, 1 dl salsa de soja, 150 gr de escarola, 25 gr jengibre de vinagre, 1 dl aceite de sésamo, 100 gr de sake, 100 gr de mirin, 150 gr de azúcar, 330 gr de miso, pimienta negra.

PREPARACIÓN:Preparar el marinado de miso, verter en una olla el sake, el mirin y el azúcar. Poner al fue-go y dejar que rompa a hervir para que el azú-car se disuelva bien, y para que se evapore el alcohol del sake. Una vez hecho, sacar del fuego y añadir la pasta del miso. Con ayuda de una varilla mover bien hasta conseguir una pasta homogénea. Dejar enfriar. Picamos con un cuchillo el atún y lo ponemos en un bol. Picamos el cebollino y lo añadimos al atún, incorporamos el aceite de sésamo, la soja y pimienta negra y mezclamos todo bien.

PRESENTACIÓN:Emplatamos colocando un cortapastas metá-lico en la superficie del plato, lo retiramos y decoramos encima con la escarola aliñada y el jengibre en láminas. Añadimos una cucha-rada de pasta de miso y decoramos al gusto. Acompañar con tostadas de pan de cebolla, pan blanco o de molde, pimienta negra re-cién molida y semillas de sésamo.

ZUTATEN:1 grüne Zucchini, 500 gr Ziegenkäse (Ro-lle), 2 Tl hausgemachte Tomatensoβe, 1 Aubergine, 12 Cherry-Strauchtomaten, 8 Champignons, 8 grüne Spargel, je 1 rote und gelbe Paprikaschote, 1 italienischen Gemüsepaprika, 2 dl Olivenöl, Salz, 1 Ros-marinzweiglein.

ZUBEREITUNG:Gemüse waschen und putzen. Die Zuc-chini in Scheiben, die Paprikaschoten in scheibengroβe Stücke schneiden. Die Au-bergine in Scheiben schneiden und mit Salz bestreuen, eine Stunde stehen lassen, damit das Wasser austritt. Gemüse und Käse von beiden Seiten auf dem Elektro-grill braten. Danach abwechselnd Gemüse und Käse schichten und in einem Stahl-ring anordnen, dabei mit einer Schicht Käse abschlieβen.

SERVIERVORSCHLAG:In die Mitte des Tellers einen Klecks Tomatensoβe geben, rundherum Cherryto-maten, Spargel und Champignons sowie das restliche Gemüseallerlei in der Mitte anord-nen. Mit einigen Tropfen Olivenöl begieβen und mit Rosmarinzweigen garnieren.

ZUTATEN:320 g Thunfisch, 30 g Schnittlauch, 1 Tl Sojasoβe, 150 g Endivie, 25 g in Essig einge-legter Ingwer, 1 dl Sesamöl, 100 g Sake, 100 Mirin-Gewürz, 150 g Zucker, 330 g Misopas-te, schwarzer Pfeffer.

ZUBEREITUNG:Miso-Marinade: in einem Topf Sake, Mirin und Zucker bis zum Siedepunkt erhitzen, da-mit sich der Zucker auflöst und der Alkohol aus dem Sake verdunstet. Dann vom Feuer nehmen und die Misopaste zufügen; das Gan-ze mit einem Schneebesen zu einer homoge-nen Masse verrühren. Abkühlen lassen.Den Thunfisch in kleine Stücke schneiden und in eine Schüssel geben. Schnittlauch hacken und zum Thunfisch geben; nach und nach Sesamöl, Sojasoβe und schwarzen Pfe-ffer zufügen und alles gut durchmischen.

SERVIERVORSCHLAG:Ein Metallförmchen auf den Teller legen und das Tartar einfüllen. Förmchen entfernen und das Tartar mit Endivien- und Ingwerstreifen dekorieren, dann einen Teelöffel Misopaste zu-fügen und nach Gutdünken mit frisch gemahle-nem schwarzen Pfeffer und Sesamkörnern abschmecken. Als Beilage reicht man getoas-tetes Zwiebelbrot, Weiβ- oder Toastbrot.

INGREDIENTS:1 green courgette, 500 gr. goat’s cheese roulade, 2 dl. Homemade tomato sauce, 1 aubergine, 12 vine cherry tomatoes, 8 mushrooms, 8 green asparagus, 1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper, 1 Italian green pepper, 2 dl. olive oil salt, a sprig of rosemary.

PREPARATION:Wash and chop the vegetables: slice the courgettes, dice the peppers in pieces simi-lar in size to the courgette slices. Slice the aubergines, sprinkle a little salt on them and leave them for approximately to draw out the water. Seal the vegetables on both sides on the griddle. Do the same with the cheese, and then place everything into a ring mould, forming layers with the cheese and the vegetables and ending up with the cheese on top.

PRESENTATION:Pour a little homemade tomato sauce onto the bottom of the plate, add the cherry to-matoes, mushrooms and asparagus, place the mille feuille in the centre of the plate and end up with a dash of olive oil and some sprigs of rosemary.

INGREDIENTS:320 gr. tuna, 30 gr. chives, 1 dl. Soy sau-ce, 150 gr. curly lettuce, 25 gr. ginger vi-negar, 1 dl. sesame oil, 100 gr. sake, 100 gr. mirin, 150 gr. sugar, 330 gr. miso, black pepper.

PREPARATION:Prepare the miso marinade: pour the sake, the mirin and the sugar into a saucepan. Pla-ce over the heat and bring to the boil so that the sugar dissolves properly and the alcohol from the sake evaporates. Afterwards, remo-ve from the heat and add the miso paste. Stir well with the help of a whisk until you have a smooth paste. Leave to cool. Chop up the tuna with a knife and place in a bowl. Chop the chives and add to the tuna. Add the sesame oil, soy sauce and black pe-pper and mix it all together well.

PRESENTATION:Plate up by placing a metal biscuit cutter on the surface of the plate, remove and decora-te the top with the dressed curly lettuce and laminated ginger.
