TARGA LOUNGE


Die Polstermöbelkollektion von Wiener GTV Design bringt eine Neuinterpretation für Komfort von GamFratesi, dem italienisch-dänischen Designer-Duo Stine Gam und Enrico Fratesi auf den Markt. Die TARGA-Familie umfasst ein elegantes Zweisitzer-Sofa und einen Armstuhl, die sich sowohl für den Objektbereich, der für inoffizielle soziale Kontakte bestimmt ist, als auch für Wohnbereiche mit unkonventionellem Charakter bestens eignen. Alle Traditionselemente der Marke tragen dazu bei, das Profil des Entwurfs zu kennzeichnen: das Gestell aus Buchenbugholz trägt das große Sitzkissen und die gepolsterte Rückenlehne, die in eine Umrandung aus Wiener Geflecht übergeht, in der das ellipsenförmige Schildelement (targa) eingefügt ist, das dem Entwurf den Namen gibt.

TARGA è una famiglia articolata da un elegante divano a due posti e da una poltroncina, elementi ideali per gli spazi del contract destinati ad una socialità più intima e raccolta, così come ad ambienti residenziali dalla personalità non convenzionale. Tutti gli elementi della tradizione del brand concorrono a caratterizzare il profilo del progetto: la struttura in faggio curvato sostiene l’ampio cuscino di seduta e lo schienale imbottito che termina con un bordo realizzato in paglia di Vienna in cui si inserisce l’elemento ellissoidale, la targa, che dà il nome al progetto.

Wiener GTV Design’s collection of upholstery suggests a new concept of comfort designed by GamFratesi, the Italian-Danish designer duo Stine Gam and Enrico Fratesi. TARGA is a family consisting of an elegant two-seater sofa and an armchair, two elements which perfectly fit contract spaces designed for an intimate and secluded atmosphere, as well as non-conventional residential environments. All elements of the brand’s tradition contribute to characterize the design’s profile: the bent beech structure holds the wide seat cushion and the upholstered backrest has a woven cane edge with an ellipsoidal element, the plate (targa), after which the design is named.

ALLEGORY desk, a perfect handy stand for home office spaces and for the most intimate contract solutions, by the Italian-Danish duo GamFratesi, enriches the furniture proposal of Wiener GTV Design with elegance and simplicity. The wide disk in steam-bent solid beech contains a woven cane screen and characterize the desk with the brand’s iconic elements, by linking the countertop with the base’s bent element. The wide-mesh interweaving suggests that this element can be used for multiple applications, which makes it functional as well as aesthetic, enabling additional accessories and memos to be hung on the weave.

Der Stuhl MORRIS des Kreativ-Duos GamFratesi interpretiert das klassische Sitzmöbel mit neuen Proportionen, die die Perspektive erweitern und auf neuartige Darstellungen der Design-Ikonen hinweisen. Das Gestell besteht aus dampfgebogenen Elementen aus massivem Buchenholz und umfängt ein Sitzkissen, aus dem sich eine Rückenlehne aus Wiener Geflecht hervorhebt, die in 2 unterschiedlichen Höhen erhältlich ist. Die gemeinsame Verwendung der beiden Ausführungen belebt durch das Spiel mit den unterschiedlichen Höhen und Farben auf amüsante Art den Horizont des Esszimmers und ermöglicht im Privat-, aber auch im Objektbereich „respektlose“ Einrichtungslösungen.

La sedia MORRIS del duo creativo GamFratesi reinterpreta la classica seduta di Gebrüder Thonet Vienna utilizzando nuove proporzioni che ne dilatano la prospettiva, suggerendo inedite citazioni delle icone del design. La struttura si compone di elementi in faggio massello curvato a vapore e accoglie una seduta imbottita su cui svetta uno schienale in paglia di Vienna disponibile in 2 altezze. L’accostamento delle due versioni movimenta in modo divertente l’orizzonte della sala da pranzo giocando con le altezze e i colori, proponendo sia nelle ambientazioni domestiche che negli spazi del contract irriverenti soluzioni d’arredo.

MORRIS chair, by the creative duo GamFratesi, reinterprets the classic seat by Gebrüder Thonet Vienna, by using new proportions which broaden its perspective, suggesting new references to design icons. The structure is made up of steam-bent solid beech elements and includes an upholstered chair with a woven cane backrest, available in two heights. The juxtaposition of the two versions gives a funny movement to the dining room’s horizon, playing with heights and colours, suggesting irreverent furnishing solutions both in home environments and contract spaces.

RADETZKY STUHL


Der Radetzky Stuhl von Michele De Lucchi hat ein Gestell aus massivem Buchenholz mit Elementen aus Bugholz, die das Design der hinteren Stuhlbeine in die Rückenlehne einbeziehen. Eine stark von abgerundeten und geraden Linien gekennzeichnete Kontur, die in höchster formaler Synthese in der großzügigen Sitzfläche aus Schichtholz wiederkehren.

La sedia Radetzky di Michele De Lucchi ha una struttura in faggio massello con elementi in legno curvato che integrano il disegno delle gambe posteriori allo schienale. Un profilo fortemente caratterizzato dall’alternanza di linee arrotondate e rette che con estrema sintesi formale si ritrovano anche nell’ampia seduta in multistrato.

The chair Radetzky by Michele De Lucchi has a solid beech structure with bent wooden elements, integrating the back legs’ design and the backrest. Its profile is extremely characterized by the alternation of straight and rounded lines which are also used in the wide multilayer seat, resulting in a perfect formal synthesis.

LEHNSTUHL-HOCKER


Nigel Coates erweitert sein Einrichtungsangebot für Wiener GTV Design durch die Einbeziehung eines äußerst originellen Elements in die Kollektion: der Fußschemel Lehnstuhl-Hocker fügt sich mit ungezwungener Eleganz in Räume ein, die der Entspannung dienen. Das Gestell aus Buchenbugholz erinnert an die Formen des Lehnstuhls, der bereits vom englischen Designer kreiert wurde. Für den Fußschemel verwendet er dieselbe Ausführung des Wiener Geflechts mit breitem Schussfaden.

Nigel Coates amplia la sua proposta d’arredo per Wiener GTV Design introducendo nella collezione un elemento assolutamente originale: il poggiapiedi Lehnstuhl-Hocker si inserisce con elegante disinvoltura negli spazi della casa dedicati al relax. La struttura in faggio curvato richiama le linee della Lehnstuhl, già ideata dal designer inglese, di cui utilizza per il poggiapiedi la medesima versione a trama larga della paglia di Vienna.

Nigel Coates widens his furnishing proposal for Wiener GTV Design by introducing in his collection an extremely original element: the Lehnstuhl-Hocker footrest fit with elegance and nonchalance the spaces of the house devoted to relaxation. The bent beech structure recalls Lehnstuhl’s lines, designed by the English designer, using its woven cane wide-mesh version for the footrest.

BODYSTUHL


Dank der Virtuosität des dampfgebogenen Buchenholzes verfügt der von Nigel Coates entworfene Bodystuhl über geschwungene Linien, die durch eine Struktur mit variablem Querschnitt gekennzeichnet sind. Die große Sitzfläche und die ergonomische Rückenlehne aus Wiener Geflecht greifen auf Formen und Materialien von Lehnstuhl zurück, der von dem englischen Designer bereits für Wiener GTV Design entworfen wurde.

Grazie al virtuosismo del faggio curvato a vapore, la sedia Bodystuhl proposta da Nigel Coates rivela un profilo dalle forme sinuose caratterizzate da una struttura a sezione variabile. L’ampia seduta e lo schienale ergonomico, realizzati in paglia di Vienna, si rifanno a forme e materiali di Lehnstuhl, già ideata dal designer inglese per Wiener GTV Design.

Thanks to the striking effect of the steam-bent beech, the Bodystuhl chair proposed by Nigel Coates shows a profile showing sinuous shapes characterized by a structure with variable thickness. The large seat and the ergonomic backrest, made in woven cane, recall shapes and materials of Lehnstuhl, already designed by the English designer for Wiener GTV Design.

SINGLE CURVE LOW TABLES


Die raffinierte Eleganz des japanischen Minimalismus von Nendo abstrahiert die Stilelemente der Marke, um sie zeitgemäß neu zu interpretieren. Ein strenger und zugleich poetischer Ansatz, der auf die Einfachheit der Designsuche ausgerichtet ist, wo sich das dampfgebogene Holz in einem einzigen Detail der Struktur äußert, das es vermag die Aufmerksamkeit auf jedes Element der SINGLE CURVE COLLECTION, das Tischchen, den Esstisch und den Hocker in der Ausführung mit drei oder vier Beinen, zu lenken. Das Tischchen ist ein Gestell aus Buchenholz in drei Höhen, das durch ein dampfgebogenes Element veredelt wird. SINGLE CURVE BARSTOOL

Ein strenger und zugleich poetischer Ansatz, der auf die Einfachheit der Designsuche ausgerichtet ist, wo sich das dampfgebogene Holz in einem einzigen Detail der Struktur äußert, das es vermag die Aufmerksamkeit auf jedes Element der SINGLE CURVE COLLECTION, das Tischchen, den Esstisch und den Hocker in der Ausführung mit drei oder vier Beinen zu lenken. Der Barhocker unterscheidet sich von den anderen Entwürfen von Nendo durch seine großzügigere Sitzfläche, die ebenfalls aus Wiener Geflecht besteht, und durch seinen Unterbau aus vier Beinen. HIDEOUT LOUNGE CHAIR


Das schwedische Designer-Trio Front ist Urheber eines Lounge Chairs, der Komfort und designerische Raffinesse vereint und die Stilelemente der Marke auf originelle Weise neu gestaltet. Hideout Lounge Chair hat ein Gestell mit einem quadratischen Querschnitt aus massivem dampfgebogenem Buchenholz, das durch eine große und behagliche Sitzfläche veredelt wird, die, wie der zentrale Teil der Rückenlehne, gepolstert ist. Eine großzügige Umarmung, die auf der gesamten Höhe mit Teilen aus Wiener Geflecht fortgesetzt wird und das abgerundete Profil der Armlehnen definiert, die aus der Sitzflä-che herausragen. Ein faszinierender und intimer Bereich, der durch die einzigartige Eleganz von Hideout Lounge Chair geschaffen wird.

Hideout Lounge Chair ha una struttura a sezio-ne quadrata in faggio massello curvato a vapore ed è arricchita da un’ampia e comodona seduta, imbottita come la parte centrale dello schienale. Un ampio abbraccio che prosegue a tutta altezza con par-ti in paglia di Vienna, fino a definire il profilo arrotondato dei brac-cioli, che sporgono oltre la seduta. The Swedish design trio Front has designed a lounge chair which combines comfort and design sophistication, resulting in an original renewal of the stylistic features of the brand. Hideout Lounge Chair has a square steam-bent solid beech structure and is enriched by a large and comfortable seat which is upholstered like the central part of the backrest. A wide embrace, ascending upwards with woven cane parts, defining the rounded profile of the armrests, which protrude over the seat. An enveloping and intimate space, recreated through the unique elegance of Hideout Lounge Chair.

RING DINING TABLE


Wiener GTV Design erweitert sein Einrichtungsangebot für den Essbereich mit dem großen Tisch Ring Dining Table, der über ein leichtes und elegantes Gestell verfügt, das sich mit neuartiger Extravaganz der Stilelemente der Marke bedient. Die großen Ringe aus dampfgebogenem Holz stützen die leicht schrägen Tischbeine und lassen für die Halterung der Tischplatte aus Buchenholz ein ungewöhnliches Spiel aus geschwungenen Formen entstehen.

Wiener GTV Design arricchisce la sua proposta d’arredo per la sala da pranzo con l’ampio tavolo Ring Dining Table, caratterizzato da una struttura leggera ed elegante che declina gli stilemi del marchio con rinnovata esuberanza. Gli ampi cerchi in legno curvato a vapore sostengono le gambe leggermente inclinate creando un inconsueto gioco di curve a sostegno del piano in faggio.

Wiener GTV Design enriches their furnishing proposal for the dining room with the large table Ring Dining Table, characterized by a light and elegant structure which applies the stylistic features of the brand with a renewed exuberance. Kombinierte, einfache, kreisförmige und ovale geometrische Formen zaubern spektakuläre Effekte, die an die mystische Kraft des Auges erinnern und die Konturen der von der Designerin Anki Gneib entworfenen Spiegel EYESHINE definieren.Das dampfgebogene massive Holz umschließt, in verschiedene Größen abgewandelt, die reflektierende Oberfläche und verstärkt die forschende Resonanz des Auges.

Forme geometriche semplici, circolari e ovali combinate, ricreano suggestioni scenografiche che evocano il potere mistico dell’occhio e definiscono il profilo degli specchi EYESHINE ideati dalla designer Anki Gneib.Il legno massello curvato a vapore racchiude la superficie riflettente e si modula su differenti grandezze, amplificando l’eco indagatore dell‘occhio.

Simple geometric shapes, a combination of circles and ovals, recreate scenic suggestions that bring to mind the mystical powers of the eye and delineate the outline of the EYESHINE mirrors devised by the designer Anki Gneib.The steam-bent solid wood encloses the reflecting surface and shows different sizes, expanding the eye’s searching echo.

CIRQUE


Die leichte zirzensische Verspieltheit beseelt die von Martino Gamper für Wiener GTV Design kreierte Hockerfamilie Cirque. Das geschwungene Element, das Leitmotiv der Marke, fügt sich auf unerwartete Weise in den Unterbau ein und umfasst den Hocker mit einer Kette aus zwei oder drei Holzringen, die die Beine auf der gesamten Länge umringen. Eine extrem virtuose Ästhetik, die sich perfekt in die Funktionalität des Hockers integriert, der in zwei unterschiedlichen Höhen erhältlich ist: die hohen Hocker Cirque L und Cirque M mit oder ohne Lehne und der stabile und proportionierte niedrige Hocker Cirque S.

La leggera giocosità circense anima la famiglia di sgabelli Cirque ideata da Martino Gamper per Wiener GTV Design. L’elemento curvato, leitmotiv del marchio, si inserisce nella base in modo inaspettato, delineando il profilo della seduta attraverso una catena di due o tre cerchi di legno che inanellano le gambe su tutta la lunghezza. Un virtuosismo estetico che si integra perfettamente con la funzionalità della seduta, disponibile in due altezze: lo sgabello alto slanciato con e senza schienale, Cirque L e Cirque M, e lo sgabello basso stabile e proporzionato Cirque S.

The light and playful circus theme is at the core of the Cirque family of stools designed by Martino Gamper for Wiener GTV Design. The bent element, which is the brand’s signature trait, is surprisingly and unexpectedly inserted in the base of the stool, forming the outline of the seat in the form of a chain comprising two or three wooden rings that loop around the full length of the stool legs. This striking styling effect blends in seamlessly with the functionality of the seat, which is available in two heights: a tall, sleek stool with or without backrest, Cirque L and Cirque M, and the stable and well-proportioned low stool, Cirque S.

TRIO


Martino Gamper bietet mit dem Hocker TRIO, der in zwei Höhen als Trio Alto und Trio Basso erhältlich ist, eine Neuinterpretation des Konzepts für informelle Sitzmöbel. Das dreibeinige Gestell spielt mit den Ikonen der Marke und weist Elemente aus Bugholz mit unterschiedlichen Winkeln auf, die sich an die Geometrie des Dreiecks anlehnen. Drei dezentrierte halbkreisförmige Abschnitte definieren die Stützverbindung der Beine, auf denen eine dreieckige Sitzfläche mit abgerundeter Kontur aufliegt.

Martino Gamper propone una nuova lettura del concetto di seduta informale con lo sgabello TRIO, disponibile in due altezze, Trio alto e Trio basso. La struttura a treppiede gioca con le icone del brand proponendo elementi in legno curvato di angolature differente che richiamano le geometrie del triangolo. Tre sezioni di semicerchio disassato definiscono il sostegno di collegamento delle gambe su cui poggia un sedile triangolare dai profili arrotondati.

Martino Gamper suggests a new reading of the concept of informal seat, with the stool TRIO, available in two heights, Trio alto and Trio basso. The tripod structure plays with the brand’s icons, proposing bent wooden elements of different angles, recalling the geometry of the triangle. Three sections of the offset semicircle define the linking support of legs, which holds a triangular seat with rounded profiles.

Fünf Bugholzelemente bilden zusammen die unverwechselbare Gestalt des Stuhls Post Mundus von Martino Gamper, der die traditionelle Formensprache des geschichtsträchtigen österreichischen Unternehmens aufgreift.Unbeschwert und mit einem gewissen Sinn für Humor treten die symmetrisch geformten Beine und die Rückenlehne in Dialog mit vergangenen Traditionen. Wie in einem Spiegel wiederholen sie dieselben Formen in einer Art optischem Echo aus Bugholz.

Würdevoll und elegant ergänzt dieser kleine Tisch die erste Polstermöbelserie des Unternehmens. Das klappbare Gestell aus Eschenholz trägt eine runde, ebenso stilvolle Tischplatte aus „Emperador Brown“-Marmor, Glas oder lackiertem Holz in unterschiedlichsten Ausführungen. Das Ergebnis ist ein eleganter Couchtisch, der sich zwanglos gleichermaßen in warme und raffinierte wie auch in schlicht und streng eingerichtete Umgebungen einfügt.

La struttura pieghevole in frassino accoglie un piano rotondo che si declina in preziosi materiali come il marmo “Emperador Brown” . Il top, disponibile anche in vetro e nelle versatili variazioni del legno laccato, consente a questo elemento d’arredo di inserirsi con disinvoltura nelle ambientazioni più calde e raffinate così come nelle architetture dal rigore progettuale.

This table completes and enriches the company’s first line of upholstered pieces with sumptuous elegance. The folding structure in ash wood post has a round top available in such precious materials as “Emperador Brown” marble . The top, also available in glass and in versatile variations of lacquered wood, enables this element to adapt to any style, from the warmest and most refined rooms to those of rigorous architectural designs.

Der Stumme Diener Arch Clothes Valet ist Teil der Möbelserie des schwedischen Designtrios Front, entworfen 2014 für Wiener GTV Design. Seine schlichte Linienführung greift die Grundzüge der Formensprache des Unternehmens auf, während das zweifarbige Holz dem Design einen überraschend modernen Touch verleiht. Mit Humor, aber zugleich auch Zurückhaltung fügt sich Arch Clothes Valet zwanglos in alle Wohnbereiche, insbesondere in Schlaf- und Badezimmer.

Der Thonet-Klassiker. Der von Thonet in der zweiten Hälfte des 19. Jahrhunderts entwickelte Stuhl besticht vor allem durch seine Funktionalität und zählt heute zu den meistverbreiteten Kaffeehausstühlen weltweit. Der eng geschweifte Rundbogen in der Lehnenmitte sorgt für maximalen Sitzkomfort und verleiht dem in mehreren Ausführungen erhältlichen Stuhl seine unverwechselbare Optik. Rückenlehne und Hinterbeine sind aus einem einzigen Bugholzelement gefertigt, das bis heute nach alter Tradition mit Hilfe von Dampf gebogen wird.

Gestell aus verchromtem Stahl, Sitzschale aus Buchensperrholz, erhältlich mit und ohne Massivholz-Armlehnen. Alle Stühle und Armstühle sind in Holz oder in gepolsterter Ausführung verfügbar. Beim Modell Hot Bezug nur auf der Vorderseite der Sitzfläche und Rückenlehne mit deutlich sichtbarem Holzrand verfügbar. Wahlweise auch mit Hakenverbinder zur Reihenbestuhlung.

Struttura in acciaio cromato e scocca in compensato di faggio con o senza braccioli in legno massello. Tutte le sedie o poltroncine sono disponibili in legno o nella variante con imbottitura. Nella Hot il rivestimento è disponibile solo nella parte anteriore di sedile e schienale con il bordo in legno a vista. Possono essere accessoriate con un sistema di aggancio che ne permette l’allineamento.

A structure in chrome-plated steel and body in beech plywood with or without arms in solid wood. All the chairs and armchairs are available in either wood or in an upholstered version. In Hot the upholstery is available only in the front part of the seat and back with a visible wood frame. They can be accessorised with a hook system that enable them to be aligned.
