Health and beauty are alkaline because our blood is alkaline.

Our blood connects the 100 billion cells in our body tomake up a meaningful whole. For its many diversefunctions, blood requires an alkaline pH-value of bet-ween 7.35 and 7.45. Only within this alkaline range isblood able to flow optimally, nourish cells and keep thebody cleansed.

Nature created humans as perfect beings. With our abi-lity to constantly regenerate, we could live to be 120years old or even older. But even more interesting thanbeing able to reach a theoretical age is the practical wayto getting there. The question is:

How do I stay beautiful and healthy?

It is much easier than many people know or believe.

Basically the wish that we all have of maintaining ourhealth and beauty is possible simply by observing thethree commandments that Peter Jentschura formulatedin his health literature bestseller “Health byPurification”. The three commandments of health andbeauty are:

What deteriorates our health and beauty?

Harmful amounts of acids and toxins are accumulated inour bodies due to our modern lifestyles and eatinghabits. Alkaline neutralizing nutrients in the form ofnatural, energy-rich minerals and trace elements arebarely even contained in processed, concentrated foods,and are instead replaced by horrendous amounts of“empty” calories. The following overview shows just afew typical acid-inflated, nutrient destroying foods anddrinks as well as energy-consuming behaviour:

Over millions of years we have developed in line withnature and adjusted to it accordingly. Living nature has

If the pH-value of blood drops by the slightest amount,then the blood will become thicker and clotted (the coinrolling phenomenon of red blood cells). The functions ofproviding the cells with oxygen and nutrients as well asof removing and eliminating toxins are impaired. Acids,toxins and other harmful substances then build up in thebody.

The acid-base regulation risks losing its balance. It is thebasis for all metabolic processes and functions in thebody, as e.g. hormones, enzymes and our immunesystems cannot function in an overly acidic environment.

One of the chief principles of metabolism is keeping thepH value of blood and the balance between acids andbases stable. The human body reacts to decreases in pH-values with the following symptoms:

1. Structural damage

An excess of acids and toxins deteriorates our cells, tissues and organs, as well as our joints and bones. Theobserved deterioration is often accompanied by in-flammatory processes, such as e.g. tonsillitis, gastritis ordiabetes. Acids and toxins threaten to bring our vitalacid-base equilibrium out of balance.

In order not to be deteriorated and destroyed by acidsand toxins, our bodies neutralize them with the help ofenergy-rich, alkaline-generating vitamins and minerals.Due to an excess of acids and toxins and the lack ofnutrients in foods today, the body must often consumeor depend on its own mineral reserves.

Acids and toxins consume the mineral reserves in ourskin, hair, teeth, joints and bones and, with results suchas hair loss and osteoporosis, also have negative effectson our health and beauty.

2. Elimination

Neutral salts result from neutralizing acids and toxinswith the help of alkaline-generating minerals. Howeverour usual elimination organs (kidneys, intestine andlungs) cannot simply eliminate large amounts of acidsand toxins or the resulting neutral salts as they please.Each of these organs has a very specific eliminationfunction as well as capacity which cannot be exceededdue to an existing protective mechanism, as it wouldthen lead to the deterioration, contamination and salini-sation of these organs.

Skin problems – in order to prevent that from happe-ning, the human body increasingly takes care of elimi-nation through the skin. However the skin does nothave a natural protective mechanism. Depending on thesensitivity or concentration and aggressiveness of theacids and toxins, the skin becomes excessively stressedand irritated. Signs of this include body odour, sweat,pimples, acne, eczema, furuncles, neurodermatitis, pso-riasis, allergies and stasis ulcers.

Fungi and yeasts – The acidic or even toxic environ-ment on the skin and mucous membranes resultingfrom elimination creates ideal conditions for the growthof skin and nail fungi as well as intestinal and vaginalyeasts. They start to grown in areas with acidity levelsbetween pH 3.5 and pH 5.5. The growth of yeasts andfungi are both the results and symptoms of an overlyacidic and contaminated body. In natural medicine,fungi and yeasts are referred to as so-called “acid andtoxin eaters”. They will disappear once the acidic environment of the skin, their ideal feeding grounds, iscorrected by alkaline-generating nutrients on the insideand alkaline-cleansing on the outside.

3. Deposition of impurities

Our bodies neutralise acids and toxins that cannot beeliminated through the kidneys, intestine, lungs orthrough the skin and mucous membranes with mine-rals, turning them into neutral salts. Since they can onlybe eliminated to a certain extent, the body must storethem as residue bound to water and fat. For manywomen these residue deposits come in the form of cel-lulite, e.g. on the upper thighs, bottom and hips.

“Gout” is a result of uric acid calcium deposits afteryears of consuming too much animal protein. Otherdeposits can manifest themselves as rheumatism, gall-stones, kidney stones or bladder stones, lipoma, fibro-ma, etc.

Not drinking enough fluids, lack of exercise, poor circu-lation and low body temperature promote the deposi-ting of impurities.

Over-acidity can manifest itself in different ways. Lookfor yourself: Many signs of over-acidity or contaminati-on can be seen externally, i.e. on the face and head, onour skin and mucous membranes. Hair loss, pimples,sweating, itching, fungi and yeast infections, liver spots,etc. are unmistakable signs of contamination, acidifica-tion or residue deposit build-up.

The desposition of impurities takes place according tothe “Hierarchy of Vitality”, which has been studied byPeter Jentschura and Josef Lohkämper. It first occurs infat tissue, then in connective tissue, then in the muscles.If these “depositories” are full, then additional build-upcan occur in the joints, fibrous capsules and in the kid-neys, bladder and gallbladder, and subsequently inother organs, finishing in the heart and brain. the neck and shoulder area have lower temperaturesthan the mid-region of the body, residue is deposited inthese peripheral spots first. The least water-soluble salts,such as uric acid, oxalic acid and tannic acid salts aredeposited first.

What is aging?

Modern lifestyles and eating habits strain our metabo-lism with large amounts of acids and toxins. They leadto deteriorations, mineral consumption, elimination pro-blems and build-up of impurity deposits. They havenegative effects on our health and beauty and we agetoo quickly. Even young men may begin to experiencehair loss. Many young girls already have cellulite. Agingtoday is marked by deteriorating diseases like diabetes

and by the loss of minerals in our skin and hair, in ourteeth and nails, in our bones and cartilage, and in ourtendons and joints. All of these mineral reserves are thepillars of our health and beauty.

It is now time for us to think about how we can main-tain our health and beauty over the course of our lives,simply by practising specific behavioural, nutritional,body care and lifestyle habits. Such habits are currentlynot being practised by most people today. Aging shouldnot mean being unwell for longer than previous genera-tions, but instead remaining beautiful and healthy forlonger in the future.

What is beauty?What is health?

Physical health means that the cells, tissues and organsare free of acids, toxins and impurity deposits while atthe same time having full vitamin and mineral reserves.Allowing these reserves to remain untouched for as longas possible is the best prerequisite for permanently stay-ing healthy and beautiful.

Purification means removing deposited impurities fromthe skin and mucous membranes, from the cells, tissues,glands, joints and organs of the body. In three steps,purification has the following significance for our metabolism:

• impurity deposits are dissolved into their components

• loosened acids and toxins are metabolised • elimination occurs through the intestine,

kidneys and mucous membranes

By both internally and externally carefully preparing forthe “triple jump to purification” you can avoid any pos-sible initial signs of excessively straining the body andthe familiar initial worsening or healing crises. Perhapsyou have already had a similar experience during fastingor during a cleansing or purification regimen.

The “triple jump to purification” must therefore be care-fully planned in order to successfully loosen, metaboliseand eliminate years of deposited impurities without discomfort. This sensible preparation is all the morenecessary the more contaminated, built-up or sensitivethe body is. The preparation consists of two importantsteps:

Note on step 1. The internal preparation for the “triplejump to purification” is the elimination of acids andtoxins, which are loosely floating through the fluids ofthe human body and which can cause water retention,pain, sweating and even structure losses. These acidsand toxins should be eliminated to the greatest extentpossible before beginning to release the acids and toxinsin deposited impurities. These acids and toxins can beeliminated in the preparation phase. In order to do thisthe elimination capacities of the eliminating organs mustbe optimised on an alkaline and alkaline-generatingbasis. The kidneys can be supported by drinking at leastone litre of non-carbonated water and by eating omni-molecular foods. These organs will only be able to eliminate acids and toxins for as long as there are basesor alkaline-generating minerals available to supportthem.

Organic whole foods, including lots of vegetables andsome fruits, give the intestine alkaline-generating support. Regular movement with deep breathing sup-ports the lungs, stimulates better circulation for supplying the body with nutrients and oxygen and supports and improves the elimination of toxins throughbetter lym phatic flux.

Since the capacities of these three organs have previous-ly not been sufficient for eliminating the accumulatedacids, toxins and other harmful substances, this problemof elimination must be solved with the assistance of theskin and the mucous membranes.

Note on step 2. The external preparation for the “triplejump to purification” includes measures of alkaline bodycare with products having a pH-value of around 8.5.This alkalinity is particularly effective in optimising theeliminating function of the epidermis and the mucousmembranes. This type of body care is based on the cleansing effect of amniotic fluid in pregnant women. Itis rich in minerals and has an optimal alkaline pH-valueof between pH 8 – pH 8.5. Alkaline body care and cleansing allows the skin to eliminate acids and toxinsinto an alkaline environment, based on the principle ofdiffusion. Alkaline body cleansing removes the skin ofirritating acids and toxins, prevents skin irritations and

optimises the self-oiling process. The skin is relieved andcleansed and will soon feel as soft as silk. The kidneys,intestine and the other eliminating organs also expe-rience effective relief from this physiologically effectivemethod of cleansing. There are numerous possibilitiesfor applying alkaline products in the preparatory external body cleansing: footbaths, full baths, hand,arm and hip baths, specific compresses or wraps, rinses,creams, massages, alkaline stockings and sleeves, inhalations, dental care, etc.

After several days of the preparatory process onecan begin with the alkaline solution for depositedimpurities, the so-called “triple jump to purification”.

and thighs. There the impurities are located in the stomach fat of the intestine and the kidneys or in the sub-cutaneous fat tissue of the hips, thighs and upper arms.

During purification it is wise to support the kidneys andliver, the most important elimination organs. In additionto increasing the supply of minerals to the kidneys, milkthistle and artichokes have been proven to be detoxify-ing plants that can be used as alkaline compresses tosupport the liver function so that these eliminationorgans can optimally function.

We can additionally help the body with regular alkalinebody cleansing, which allows acids and toxins to bedirectly eliminated as quickly as possible through theadditional outlets of the skin and mucous membranes.

At the beginning, you should try to drink one to threecups of herbal tea per day. This amount will soon beincreased to a minimum of 1 litre or more daily. In addi-tion to herbal tea, people who are severely burdened bytoxins also need large portions of omni-molecular foods.Regular alkaline body cleansing and alkaline support forthe liver and kidneys is highly recommended. From thevery beginning you should drink at least 1 litre of non-carbonated water throughout the day. Constantly drinking non-carbonated water dilutes the concentra-tion of released toxins and supports their eliminationthrough the skin and kidneys. Since the kidneys can onlyeliminate fluids with an acidity of up to pH 4.4, this“barrier” can be circumvented by the high dilution level.Irritating toxins can thus be more easily eliminated andwill not be re-deposited in the body.

The second step in the “triple jump to purification”is the alkaline metabolising of released acids andtoxins.

The second step should be started at the same time asthe first step. Due to the predominating types of food inour culture, it is necessary to change our eating habitsfrom this primarily acid-generating diet to a principallyalkaline-generating diet. It should be rich in vitalnutrients like vitamins and minerals as well as valuableplant-derived proteins and oils.

A diet rich in organic whole foods and omni-molecularfoods is the best source for sufficiently supplying thebody with nutrients. By having a targeted intake ofminerals, trace elements and vitamins derived from

plants, acids and toxins circulating in the body can beneutralised.

Just consider that the kidneys need alkaline-generatingminerals in order to be able to eliminate acids! Studieshave proven that changing one’s diet alone can in factbalance out vitamin and mineral deficits, but that it isnot enough to replenish the mineral and alkaline reserves.

That is why in addition to changing to a diet of organicwhole foods it is also important to begin introducingomni-molecular foods into the diet in order to specifical-ly neutralise acids and toxins. For those with an increa-sed need for energy-rich nutrients, e.g. athletes, preg-nant women, women in menopause or older people,these types of foods should be consumed in greateramounts. With plant-based foods there is no danger ofconsuming too much since the foods are taken into thebody just as they are found in nature.

Through the elimination of toxins and the intake ofnatural nutrients, the body is significantly relieved andstrengthened.

In the third step of the “triple jump to purification”the body is simultaneously engaged in the alkalinecleansing of acids, toxins and other harmful materials through the skin, mucous membranes,the intestine, liver and kidneys.

Alkaline body care and cleansing can be commenced bytaking daily alkaline footbaths at body temperaturelasting at least 30 minutes or by wearing alkaline stok-kings at night. In natural medicine the feet are conside-red to be “auxiliary kidneys” because the gland-richsoles of the feet can eliminate many end products ofmetabolism, acids and toxins, which is clearly demon-strated, for example, by sweaty feet. Alkaline footbathsand a sufficient intake of minerals can often quicklysolve the problem of sweaty feet.

For varicose veins it is recommended that alkaline foot-baths have a temperature between 25° – 28° C. As arule of thumb: as the severity of the varicose veinsincreases, the temperature of the footbath shoulddecrease. Use the time you spend watching television,reading or even the time you spend at your desk foralkaline footbaths! Warm in the winter and cool in thesummer, a real treat for your feet. Use your feet as auxiliary kidneys!

Pastor Kneipp has already introduced us to the old tra-dition of alkaline stockings. At that time the stockingswere soaked in pure water. To increase their effective-ness, they are now perfected with an alkaline treatment.Wearing alkaline stockings is particularly appropriate forpeople who have little time, since the stockings areworn at night and can also be worn as alkaline sleeves.

They consist of a thin inner pair made of 100 % cottonand a thicker outer pair made of 100% virgin wool. The

inner stockings are briefly soaked in an alkaline solution,then wrung out and put on while still damp. Then thedry, warm wool stockings are put on over top of them.They allow you to quickly fall asleep and sleep wellthrough the night. The inner stockings should be washed after each time they are worn and are thenready to be used again.

For varicose veins the stockings should be worn for oneto two hours depending on how you feel. The stockingsshould be made of a pure natural material and looselyknit. They should never be too tight.

Alkaline compresses can also be used based on the prin-ciple of the alkaline stockings. A thin towel made of cot-ton or other natural materials should first be soaked inan alkaline solution, wrung out and put on. A warmtowel, made for example out of molton, or a blanketshould be put on over top. A hot water bottle can alsobe used if necessary. This particularly applies for liver andkidney compresses. This type of compress can be usedon the knees, neck, kidneys, stomach or liver.

Bathe like a babyThe alkaline full bath is aparticularly important mea-sure for achieving effective purification. It activates thelargest possible skin surface of approximately 2 squaremeters for elimination.

Up until birth, baby skin only knows the nine-monthlong “alkaline full bath” in the mother’s amniotic fluid.Long alkaline diffusion baths, which can last anywherefrom two to six hours, have proven to be particularlyeffective. For these types of baths a correspondinglylarge amount of alkaline bath salts should be used inorder to achieve a higher buffer capacity.

Brushing in the direction of elimination during the bathincreases the skin’s elimination potential. During alkalinefoot and full baths brushing massages in the direction ofelimination are done every 10 minutes. The circulation inthe skin is thereby stimulated, the individual pores openup and the skin’s elimination capability is increased.Brushing should be done in the direction of the finger-tips and toes, towards the armpits and towards the uri-nary-genital region.
