Definition

Eine Internationale Organisation im völkerrechtlichen Sinne ist ein Zusammenschluss

von mindestens zwei Staaten oder anderen Völkerrechtssubjekten, der auf Dauer angelegt

ist, sich in der Regel über nationale Grenzen hinweg betätigt und überstaatliche Aufgaben

erfüllt. Wesentliches Merkmal einer solchen Organisation ist, dass sie mindestens ein
