Prague _ Holešovice student project

Project solves problematic situation in Prague – Holešovice. In solved site is situated old freight train station. Train station area almost completely divide Holešovice to two parts. The train station Bubny is useless in current form. So the site becomes very potencial for future development. This project design new development with accent to history and spirit of this part of Prague. Project respects old system of blocks and continue it. Systems on both sides are regular but in different scale. Both systems end by new main boulevard which connect center of Prague with highway to North Bohemia. Into this form grow from south and north completely new urban structures. New development includes buildings for living, culture, sport, education, business, relax, shopping and science. There are two historical buildings which project uses for new functions in the area. This new solution transforms an old and unused area to completely working part of Prague.

Family House Interior _ Trója student project

The Interior design of family house in Prague – Troja is conceived in harmony with exterior design of the house. House is situated in beautiful part of Prague with wonderful view of the city and contact with nature. Design of the house includes very interesting spaces and transparent surfaces. Design tries to make interior free and simple and also tries to prepare unusual experiences for user.Materials were chosen for feelings of comfort, simplicity and purity. OSB is common material for whole house. In each room is diferent color accent. In the living room is connecting element round shape and plastic wall with television is dominant. For kitchen is typical hanging box and island for cooking is dominant for this space. Badroom is solved very atypical. It is conected with bathroom and shower is part of badroom. Project tries to create cool and nice space for living.

Membrane Constructions _ Stod�lky student project

In this special studio for membrane architecture we designed few constructions for Stod�lky park. First and main construction was the bridge across one of two water ponds in the park. Second design was for covered floating podium. Bridge is 98 meters long and it is covered by original membrane structure. Covering is composed from two kinds of membranes. First membrane is full and yelow and it is covering against rain. Second kind is stainless net against wind on sides. Both types of membranes are partly covering each other and make interesting details and views from the bridge deck.Membrane structure looks like enclosing whole bridge deck. Details of steel elements are designed in harmony with the whole bridge concept. The podium is also composed by two diferent types of membranes. One membrane is white and partly full and second one is beige and perforated. This covering is designed as partly adjustable for diferent kinds of production. Both elements in park will be rejuvenation for this place.

Prague _ Holešovice _ Bubny student project

Holešovice Bubny is a very potential part of Prague. It is a brownfield site surrounded by a residential and industrial system of blocks. Surrounding the site are important places such as Stromovka park, an ice hockey arena, galeries etc. My concept aims to connect the two devided areas of Holešovice through traffic and pedestrians flow maximal usage of space. I have created three main divisions within the comunity, cultural and residential. The residential area continues the present system of blocks and creates attractive living conditions, providing large space for owners. The cultural area converts the old train station into a museum and incorporated an underground train stop. There is also the addition of a new gallery building within the cultural area. The comunity area includes a large library, comunity center, art school, and a place for leisure. The site also includes a shopping center with a cinema and also solves the existing problem with the unused space surrounding the arena.

Designed building is situated in Prague Troja. It´s undeveloped now and it´s in distinctly sloping terrain on the south side of the Troja hill. From this place is gorgeus view to the panorama of the city. The design uses this by maximal connection between interior and exterior. Connection is in fluency of space and also in visual connection. In The house are two flats with main spaces oriented two the south and views. Concept is one block with the depth.divisions, crossings and meterial differences. Block looks as it´s growing from the hill to the city.

Prague _ Stod�lky student project

In the concept is used the new main road in the site as the new main axis for development. The second axis is street from metro stop Stod�lky. This axis connect the metro stop and nature museum Repora. This way is partly only for pedestrians and it has a water stripes and alleys along. There are generally apartment bulidings with shops nad restaurants along main street.The dominant of the site is the new theater. There is also renewed biokoridor in the south. Under the biokoridor is designed stripe of villa houses with connection to the original buildings in Reporyje village. In the is also designed the sport ceneter and the nursery school. The new development will be almost independent part of the city part Stod�lky.

Fire Station _ Ond�ejov student project

Design of the new fire station is situated on east side of small city Ond�ejov. It´s designed for 8 fire-fighters in service and for 3 large and 1 small fire trucks. The building has two floors. The concept is based on sloap of the land and direction of exit of fire trucks from the building. The bigest mass is garage hall and entrances. This mass has facade made of exposed concrete. Facade of mass with administration and the training room is made of wooden battens. Mass of the badroom part is lined by corten sheet. Dominant od whole building is the tower for drying hosepipes. Whole mass escalates in direction of emergency exit of trucks. The buildg should be a new symbol for the city.

Apartment Building _ Kobylisy student project

This project was created as the design for new apartment house situated in Prague Kobylisy. It´s designed with 6 flats, one underground parking and comercial space in first floor. Concept is composed by simple geometric shapes which are growing to each other and crating unique plans for each flat. Every flat is special and offers special views and places for living.In first floor is One flat and comercial space. In second and third floor are two flats. In fourth floor is one large and luxury flat. The building emphases on unique flats for unique people.

Crack Houses _ Trója competition project

The urbanistic concept of the area in question has been conceived as an area for family living and recreation. It tries to solve the main problems related to insufficient place, inferior accessibility, unsuitable parcelling, and atmosphere of danger. It creates an easy to access and penetrable area with common open space. The inaccessible ravine has been revitalized, a walking trail has become a part of it. A walkway from Prague - Bohnice is considered as another walking connection with the area in question. An existing road across a botanical garden is used as the main access road. Connection of two separated parts of the garden, which posed a problem, has been solved by burying the access road and bridging. The main motif of the urbanistic design of the area and building shapes is hillside cracks, which were inspired by a checking structure of concrete. The hillside crack is used as an access road to buildings. It creates a place for plot borders and for the inhabitants to meet..

Orthodontic Center _ Prague comercial project _ cooperation

This Project is design for new orthodontic center. Motiv of organic shapes is main concept for whole center including lights and other details. In center is one large waiting room with reception, two surgeries and other rooms with rear. Basic concept works with organic shaping steel walls which growing out to the open space. This element is used for storage for working desks. Significant motiv is perforated sheet on colored base. It creates interesting efects.

This study is creates for possible changes in Master Plan for Ceský Dub. It´s study of 4 new houses in undeveloped site. Houses are designed as modern but with taritional elements and working with mass and roof. There are used materials which are typical for this locality. It should be in harmony with nature and original houses around.

Family Houses _ Liberec comercial project _ cooperation

This project is design for 4 family houses in Liberec - Staré Perkárny. It´s designed as simple and cheap houses with simple facade. Each house has two floors and main concept is one block with wood facade and second large block which grows out from basic block. Facade of this block is simple and white. The main motiv is simple square window. Houses will be cheap variant for family living in Liberec.

Bridge Constructions construction design _ renders

In cooperation with studio Vaner was created few designes of bridges which are typical for this studio and which are very good evaluated by professional and laical public. One of project is pedestrian bridge near Liberec which will be one of the main elements of the new bicycle path. Next bridge is also pedestrian bridge in cross country skiing center Bed�ichov. This bridge will be conection for mountain rescule and also for skiers. Other designed bridges were student projects for pedestrian bridges across Orlice river in Hradec Králové.
