Unter der Direktion von Heinz & Jenny Hunkeler bezieht das Festival da Jazz eine neue Winterresidenz im Kulm Hotel. Unter dem Motto «Jazz is not dead, it just smells funny!» erinnert die über 125-jährige Sunny Bar an einen guten alten Jazz-Club in New York. Statt der tollkühnen Piloten des Cresta-Run’s treffen sich je- weils am Wochenende gran-diose Künstler des Jazz-Run’s und treiben sich gegenseitig zu musikalischen Höchstlei-stungen.

Die kostenlosen Konzerte be-ginnen jeweils um 22:22 Uhr.

Under the management of Heinz & Jenny Hunkeler the Festival da Jazz moves into a new winter residence at the Kulm Hotel. True to the motto “jazz is not dead, it just smells funny!”, the over 125 year-old Sunny Bar is re-miniscent of a good old jazz club in New York. Instead of the daredevil pilots from the Cresta Run, however, outstanding artists from the“Jazz Run” will meet up at weekends, driving each other to new musical heights.

Concerts start at 10.22 pm and are free of charge.
