LMG-2 Die Maschine für galvanisches Rhodinieren ist für das galvanische Rhodinieren von Gegenständen der Goldschmiede- und Uhrmacherkunst, der Bijouterie und der Präzisionsmechanik gebaut worden. Die Gegenstände, die rhodiniert werden sollen, werden in der Maschine behandelt: Zuerst, um entfettet zu werden, dann um das eigentliche Rhodinieren durchzuführen. Das Entfetten erfolgt, indem die Gegenstände in die ganz rechts positionierte Wanne an der Maschine gegeben werden, in der sich ein Abbeizmittel befindet, dessen Aktion durch den galvanischen Strom aktiviert wird. Das Rhodinieren erfolgt, indem man die Gegenstände in die zentrale oder linke Wanne gibt, wo die elektrolytische Rhodium-Lösung vorhanden ist und dann den galvanischen Strom anlegt.
