Importkosten

● Reihe von Abgaben wie folgt, die in der Kaskade anfallen

- II (Imposto de Importação), für Maschinen zwischen 14-20%

- IPI (Imposto sobre produtos industrializados) 5-35%

- PIS/Cofins (Sozialabgaben) für Maschinen bei circa 11,75%

- ICMS nominell bei 18%, effektiv aber zwischen 25 -35% auf

CIF Wert

● In Summe betragen die Einfuhrabgaben 60-90% auf CIF/Wert

● Mit ZTNr. können wir realistische Simulationen erstellen

Brasilianische „Besonderheiten“

● Finanzierung ist ein großes Thema, Realkredite sind teuer – hohe Effektivzinsen

● Lokaler Ansprechpartner ist gewünscht, technische Assistenz, Ersatzteile

● Ersatzteilimport – keine Erleichterungen – normaler Einfuhrprozess

● temporäre Einfuhr möglich – kann für Maschinen/Anlagen eine interessante Variante sein

● Gebrauchtmaschinen Einfuhr – nur Ausnahmefälle bei besonderen Umständen möglich

● In der Praxis fast nicht möglich, Ausnahmen Leasing oder Firmengründung mit Transfer des Anlagevermögens

● Bedingungen:

- es handelt sich um Anlagevermögen

- keine vergleichbare, brasilianisches Produkt vorhanden -Prozess

- „Lebensdauer“ der Maschine noch nicht überschritten

Ex-Tarifario – Prozess zur Absenkung des Einfuhrzolls II

● Für Produkte, für die es in Brasilien keine nationale Produktion gibt

● Brasilianischer Import kann diesen für Anlagegüter oder IT Produkte beantragen

● Antrag beim bras. Wirtschaftsministerium durch Importeur bei der Wareneinfuhr

● Absenkung des Imposto de Importação (II) von 14% auf 2% - für 2 Jahre gültig

● Beim Import gibt es teilweise zustimmungspflichtige Organe wie zB:

Inmetro, Anatel, Anvisa, Ministerio da Defesa

● Arbeitssicherheit: Nach Inbetriebnahme kann es zu stichprobenartigen Kontrollen durch das

Arbeitsministerium kommen betreffend Arbeitssicherheit

● NR10, NR 12 ua sind im Zusammenhang mit Arbeitssicherheit relevant

•Inspection of machinery and equipment in compliance with the Brazilian

regulatory norm NR 12.

•Inspection of machinery and equipment in accordance with other

Brazilian standards or applicable international standards. (ISO, IEC).

•Issuance of test reports.

•Compilation of documentation and revision.

•Inspection at the manufacturer’s site.

•Inspection at the final installation site.



•First the manuals and designs of the machine or equipment are

compiled.

•Our experts at NR 12 verify if any additional Brazilian standard (NBR) is

applicable. If not, international standards (ISO and / or IEC) are

considered. Regional standards such as UL, EN, DIN, etc. are not

optional.

•The applicable standards are confirmed.

•Then we perform a complete compliance assessment of the machines

or equipment and review the documentation.



•All documentation must undergo a final review carried out locally in

Brazil and must be presented in Portuguese.

•VIKON® issues evidence of compliance with NR 12 only if all

requirements of NR 12 are met. This seal is valid only for the particular

product identified by the model and serial number and should not be

extended to other similar products.
