Material

Sie suchen das Materialaus, ob edel oder farbenfroh. Sie entschei-den sich in der Premium-Line für edle Metallhülsen oder metallisierte Kunst-stoffe. Oder Sie wählen aus den zahlreichen Kunststoff-Varianten die Farben für Kappe und Fuß, die Oberflächen sowie die Form. Wir produzieren unsere Produkte in 16 verschiede-nen Standardfarben mit polierter oder gefrosteter Oberfläche und zahlreichen dreidimen-sionalen Aufsätzen. Our graphic design de-partment develops an initial visualisation of the design of your lip care product and can also produce a 3D-model prototype. This way you can be sure your idea works.

Material

You pick the materials in the quality and colour you want. You can choose from our premium line of high-quality containers made from metal or metallised plastic. Or select the colours for the cap and base, the surface finish and shape from the many different plastic options.

We manufacture in 16different standard colours with polished or frosted surface finishes and numerous three-dimensional tops. But we can also manufac-ture any individual colour and shape of top and improve it to match your requirements. This is what we specialise in doing.

We are constantly refining and improving our formulae and setting higher goals for ourselves. Our chemist creates custom formulae based on our customers' require-ments within our company laboratory. Bulk Produktion

Sämtliche Abläufe der Bulkproduktion folgen fest definierten Verfahren, die kontinuierlich weiter-entwickelt und kontrolliert werden. Eigens ent-wickelte oder vom Kunden gestellte Rezepturen werden mit variablen Ansatzgrößen produziert. Dabei sichern modernste Anlagen gleichbleibende Qualität und ausreichende Produktionskapazitäten. Hygiene, In-Prozess-Kontrollen und vollstän-dige Dokumentation sind für uns selbstverständlich.

Quality assurance

We guarantee excellent quality management and are committed to following international cosmetics GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines. Our indepen-dent laboratory regularly checks and analyses the ingredients that go into our products. Highly skilled specialists continually check and ensure quality for your product - from the initial stages where raw materials are received, throughout production, and while the goods leave our warehouse.This also includes CPNP notification, which we would be pleased to handle for you.

Bulk production

All bulk production processes follow fixed procedures that are continually enhanced and checked. Formulae developed in-house or provided by customers are produced in variable batch sizes. Abfüllung

Unsere modernen Abfüllanlagen ermöglichen uns in bis zu 3 Schichten am Tag, auch Großaufträge termingerecht abzufüllen. Bei der Konstruktion unserer Maschinen achten wir allerdings darauf, dass auch kleine und mittlere Stückzahlen hochflexibel produziert werden können. Ebenfalls können Sonder-rezepturen mittels fein abgestimmter Parameter verarbeitet werden. Die fachgerechte Abfüllung erfolgt - wie die komplette Produktion - unter Einhaltung der Kosmetik GMP.

Versand & Verpackung

Ihr maßgeschneiderterLippenpflegestift verdient eine individuelle Verpack-ung.

Wir bieten nach Wunsch bedruckte Karton- oder Blisterverpackungen für Lippenpflegestifte und Döschen an. Oder wir realisieren Ihre spezielle Vorstellung von einer Verpackung, damit aus Ihrer Idee ein komplet-tes Produkt wird.

Filling

Our modern filling lines allow us to fill even major orders in due time in up to three shifts per day. When designing our machines, however, we make sure that we can be highly flexible in producing even small and medium batch sizes as well. Special formulae can also be processed using finely tuned parameters. GMP guidelines for cosmetics are complied with during filling and throughout all of production.

Dispatch & Packaging

Your customized lip balm stick deserves its own individual packaging.

We can offer printed card-board or blister packa-ging for lip balm sticks and tins to meet your require-ments. Or, we produce your specific concept of how the packaging should look so that a complete product comes out of your idea.

Our compounds provide care using bees and vegetable waxes and do not contain preserva-ives. »Planty« lip care has no mineral oils or wax. »Nature« meets especially tough demands – it is a strictly controlled natu-ral cosmetic manufac-tured in accordance with guidelines issued by the recognised NATRUE seal and classified as a bio-cosmetic product.

Compounds with SPF 20, SPF 30 and special formulations (e.g. „Cherry“ and „Pearl & Shine) are also available. Having our own filling equipment means we can also add individual flavouring, aromas and colouring to lip care compounds as desired by customers.

Lip careLips have a very thin skin and do not produce fat. This means they are more affected by the environmental and weather conditions and therefore need special protection and care. 800 million lip balm sticks are sold in Europe every year, which shows just how great the need is for lip care. However, only high-quality products can provide long-term protection for lips.

Our many years’ experi-ence as lip care experts with our own production facilities in Germany means we only offer tested formulas that meet the most stringent requirements.

Unsere Rezepturen pflegen mit Bienen-und Pflanzenwachsen und enthalten keine Konservierungsstoffe.Die Lippenpflege »Planty« enthält keine mineralischen Öle und Wachse. Besonders hohe Ansprüche erfüllt »Nature«. Diese streng kontrollierte Naturkosmetik wird gemäß den Richtlinien des anerkannten Sie-gels NATRUE hergestellt und als Biokosmetik eingestuft.

Rezepturen mit LSF 20, LSF 30 sowie Sonderrezepturen (z.B. „Cherry“ und „Pearl & Shine“) stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

Mit unseren eigenen Abfüllanlagen sind wir auch in der Lage, Abfül-lungen mit individuellen Geschmacks- und Aromastoffen sowie Einfärbungen der Lippenpflegemasse nach Kundenwunsch vorzunehmen.
