The MultiLang system is a cre-ation of software experts NewDAE technologies and wireless com-munications leader Phonic Ear.

Based in Ontario, Canada, NewDAE was founded in 1998 and has developed proprietary software that automates the simultaneous delivery of digitized audio.

Phonic Ear pioneered wireless listening technology in 1968, when it introduced an fm system for hearing impaired children. In the early 1970s, Phonic Ear became the first company to develop wireless assistive

Phonic Ear’s wireless products can be found everywhere from class-rooms to houses of worship to stadiums, with diverse products ranging from hearing aids with built-in wireless receivers to large-area sound systems.

★★

stellar performanceMultiLang systems help attract more passengers — it’s no wonder our clients tell us over and over how business is exploding since they upgraded their fleet. The chart above compares the passenger volume for one major tour operation before and after installing a MultiLang system — overall growth is 116%, with individual months showing as much as 292% increases.

International tourism con-tinues to grow at record

rates. At least 48.5 million visitors arrive in the U.S. annually, increasing by over 2 million each year.

While these figures are impressive, the crucial point for growth-minded tour providers is that non-English-speaking nations are prominent among the largest inbound markets. For example,

Mexico drives an incredible 20% of

this tourism, and Japan 10%.

Nearly 2 million Germans and over 1 million French tourists arrive yearly to enjoy our sights.

Over $95 billion a year en-ters the economy through these extremely mobile travelers — who are in your city right now.

Are you seeing foreign travelers in your business? If not, making a personal commitment to service in their language may make a world of difference. After all, a harbor tour is much more attractive if it’s in a language you understand.

That’s why the MultiLang system is such a powerful business builder. Using the latest wireless technology and advanced multi-channel

software

from NewDAE, it’s now possible for you to offer a rich, consistent, professionally-produced tour narration — in two, four, or even seven languages simultaneously. The superb digital interface even lets you make instant, seamless changes in the narration as your itinerary changes.

The results are astonish-ing. Simply offering the MultiLang system has improved some users’ monthly passenger traffic as much as 292%.

International passengers are already in your back-yard, eager to experience the sights you show daily. Welcome them aboard with a MultiLang system by Phonic Ear!
