Kurzfassung zu NA 120 Operator-Arbeitsplatz aus Sicht der
Mensch-Prozess-Kommunikation (Version: 13.11.2008)
Die primre Aufgabe des Operators ist die Prozessfhrung auf Basis
von Prozess- undAnlageninformationen. Neben dem Hauptprozess, der
verfahrenstechnischen Produktion, gibtes Logistikprozesse fr
Einsatzstoffe und Produkte sowie Hilfsprozesse.
Diese Informationen werden dem Operator ber die Anzeige- und
Bedienkomponenten desProzessleitsystems, hauptschlich in den
Messwarten, zur Verfgung gestellt. Der zunehmendeKostendruck und
erhhte Anforderungen an Produktqualitten haben die Rolle des
Operators inden letzten Jahren wesentlich erweitert:
durch dispositive Aufgaben
erweiterte Qualittssicherung
effizientes Betreiben der Anlage
Erhaltung der Anlagenverfgbarkeit
Dazu mssen dem Operator ergnzende Informationen aus einer
heterogenen Systemwelt zur
Verfgung gestellt und aufgabenbezogen prsentiert werden. Diese
Anforderungen sind bei derGestaltung des Operator-Arbeitsplatzes zu
bercksichtigen.
Insbesondere in der Planungsphase kommt der Analyse und
Definition der Aufgaben desOperators eine zunehmende Bedeutung
zu.
Das Arbeitsblatt soll zur Gestaltung des multifunktionellen
Operator-Arbeitsplatzes beitragen undbetrachtet ausschlielich die
Aspekte:
Informationen aus Systemen der horizontalen und vertikalen
Integration
Package Unit Visualisierung
Funktionsplandarstellung
In der Planungs- und Errichtungsphase ist das Arbeitsblatt als
Leitfaden zu verstehen, aus demdurch den anlagenspezifischen
Zuschnitt ein Teil eines individuellen PLT-Lastenheftes
ableitbarist.
In der Betriebsphase untersttzt das Arbeitsblatt die
aufgabenbezogene Gestaltung desOperator-Arbeitsplatzes. Fr die
Hersteller leittechnischer Ausrstungen werden Hinweise
zurfunktionellen Erweiterung ihrer Produkte und Gestaltung von
Lsungen gegeben.

The primary task of the operator is process management based on
process and systeminformation. In addition to the main process
(process oriented production), logistic processes ofthe materials
and products utilised and auxiliary processes also exist.
The operator obtains this information via process control system
display and controlcomponents, mainly in the control rooms.The
increasing pressure of cost factors and growing requirements
relating to product qualitieshave expanded the roll of the operator
considerably in recent years:

The operator requires additional information provided from an
heterogeneous system landscapepresented in a task-related format
for this purpose.
These requirements must be taken into consideration when
designing the operator workplace.
The analysis and definition of operator tasks have, in
particular, increased in importance during the planning phase.
The purpose of this worksheet is to contribute to the design of
a multifunctional operatorworkplace, and it is exclusively
dedicated to the following aspects:
Information from horizontal and vertical integration systems
Package unit visualisation
Logic diagram representation
During the planning and setup phase the worksheet should be
treated as a guideline from whichpart of an individual process
control system specification can be derived due to the
plant-specific
adaptation.

solutions.
