1. It’s a brand new: System will show Finished device weight 、Add New Homogenous、 R1、

Approval Sheet supplier can edit and upload

C-a2-1: Edit R2 Data、BFRS : Press Add New Homogenous to edit Homogenous Material and upload 3 Lab test report

***Homogenous Material if have type need memo the type***.

Only Homogenous Material sum of 100% can upload SGS Report

Copy same Homogenous Material data

C-a2-2: Homogenous Material dit window: Press Submit add one Homogenous Material in form then press Homogenous Material edit button to copy and modify data. Make Homogenous Material sum of 100%, then SGS Report button will show up.

C-a2-3: ICP Data Name edit window: The maximum SGS Report file is three.

Press Search ICP Name button to choose exist ICP Data in Phihong system. If there is no exist ICP Data can use press ADD ICP Name button to create new ICP Data Name.

飛宏料件審料要求與規則： 1、Certificate (R1)飛宏環境管理物質管制 List 保證書需以最新版提交，料件『規格、料號、供應商』請確實勾選與填寫，公司大小章、資訊請確員填寫與用印簽名 2、Approval Sheet SPEC+信賴性測報 OR出廠報告 3、MSDS (R5) 原材 msds 為主(需與檢測報告、填寫出的組成相符), 需有物質組成、供商、與 CAS NO…等資訊 4、SONY 不使用證明書 (R6) 採購有要求才需提供 5、料件組成資訊請詳細確實以全英文填寫，有型號資訊的，需與均質名處加註出 6、ICP DATA 請依各報告編號填寫，當報告編號為/，檔名請更正為_ 7、報告檢測值請確實依報告內容填寫值，若Cr6值為 Negative，請確實填寫 Negative 8、若該報告組成>10以上未告知 cas no 資訊，需於MSDS File中提交原材報告，CAS NO有填寫但為灰色, 請確認是否填寫正確？ **針對成份組成比例超過 10%以上物質，須提出物質名稱與 CAS No. 若為複合型材質，請提供原材中比例含量較高且具 CAS No編號之物質，其餘物質組成比例為機密的部分可不需列出原廠提供的MSDS檔案可能不會列出物質名稱，因此須請您與原廠溝通儘可能的取得訊息** 因為客戶提出須將零件中塑料的材質盡可能的完全揭露材質成分 基本上塑料使用的成分可能添加 填充劑 / 塑化劑/阻燃劑 / 色母/ 硬化劑/ ....等 客戶要求至少須將塑料的色母與阻燃劑成分物質列出 Phihong p/n request and regulation： 1、Certificate (R1) Hazardous Substance Free(HSF)Control List must provide latest version, and make sure part number, type, supplier name are correct, then sign and stamp it. 2、Approval Sheet SPEC + Reliable test report OR delivery inspection report.

3、MSDS (R5) type must match the test report, component must match the upload data. MSDS must have component, percentage of component, supplier information, CAS No…. 4、SONY Certificate of Non-use of Environment-related Substances to be Controlled (R6) Only buyer ask then provide. 5、Component information in English only. If material have type must memo in Homogenous Material.. 6、ICP DATA need follow the test report. When test report have slush, file name must use under line. 7、Test result must follow the test report. If Cr6 is Negative, please fill in Negative 8、Substance over 10% without CAS No. have to upload MSDS. If CAS No. marked gray, please double check. **Substance over 10% must provide substance name and CAS No. Complex material must provide percentage higher and have CAS No. material. ** Plastic material need disclosure the material as many you can. Basically plastic material may add filler, plasticizer, flame retardant, pigment… At least provide the pigment and flame retardant information.
