Qualitt und Hygiene sind wichtige Faktoren in jeder Phase der Lebensmittelverarbeitung. Kunststoffkisten spielen dabei eine wichtige Rolle, weil Zutaten und Zubereitungen hufig lose verpackt darin liegen. Immer hufiger werden blaue Kisten und Behlter gewhlt. Eine nachvollziehbare Entscheidung, denn Blau trgt zu einer Verbesserung von Hygiene und Komfort bei:

Blau kommt nicht als natrliche Farbe in Lebensmitteln vor und wird bei eventuellen Problemen schneller entdeckt.

Blauer Kunststoff ist nicht so schmutzempfindlich und durch starke Farbstoffe farbbestndiger als weier Kunststoff. Weie Kisten sind bei hufiger Reinigung zwar sauber gem Hygienestandard, optisch sind sie aber oft nicht mehr schn. Bei blauen Kisten sind Verfrbungen weitaus weniger erkennbar.

Blau ist eine zuverlssige, ruhige und neutrale Farbe. Sie reflektiert viel weniger als Wei und ist nicht so aggressiv und anspruchsvoll wie Rot.Blau frdert eine angenehme Arbeitsatmosphre fr das Produktionspersonal und die Logistik- mitarbeiter.

Blue crates and containers are becoming increasingly popular; an understandable choice because blue helps to improve hygiene and comfort:

Blue does not occur as a natural colour in foodstuff and can therefore be visually detected considerably faster if a problem arises.

Blue plastic is less sensitive than white plastic to dirt and discolouration due to strong colourings. After frequent cleaning, a white crate is clean according to hygiene standards but visually it is often not the case. Discolouration is much less visible in blue crates.

Blue is a reliable, calm and neutral colour. It is much less reflective than white and looks less aggressive and demanding than red.Blue promotes a comfortable working atmosphere for production staff and logistic workers.

Diese Food Safe Blue-Produkte knnen direkt mit Lebensmitteln in Kontakt kommen. Andere Produkte sind aufgrund ihres Materials, ihrer Handhabung oder ihrer Verarbeitung nicht fr den Kontakt mit Lebensmitteln geeignet, tragen aber trotzdem zu einer zgigen berwachung, Sortierung oder optimalen Arbeitsumgebung bei: Detection Blue.

Food safe blue orDetection blue?

Many of our crates and containers are specially manufactured from food-grade plastic and can be supplied with an EU food certificate. These Food safe blue items can be used in direct contact with foodstuff. Other products are not suitable for use in direct contact with food due to their materials, application or finish, but do contribute to effective detection, sorting or an op-timal work environment: Detection Blue.
