1. Program Fees

Application fees and tuitions are waived.

Approx. 30,000JPY will cover the

following costs.

Accommodation (including bedding,

cleaning, and utilities such as

electricity, water, and gas)

Cultural Activities

Exact program fee will be informed along

with the results of application.

2. Other Expenses

Participants are required to buy their

own

Flight ticket

Travel insurance

Food

4. Total number of participants

The maximum number of participants to be

accepted is 10 in total.

Participants will receive a notification regarding

the results of their application through their

home university.

6. Accommodation(International House)

Check in : June 22nd

Check out : July 6th

Room type : Shared room (2 to 3 participants per room)

Facilities :Bed, Bedding, Gas Stove, Fridge, Desk, Desk

Lamp, Bookcase, Vacuum Cleaner,

Washing Machine, and Free Wi-Fi

(Does not have towels, detergents, toiletries and toilet

paper)

*Accommodation may be changed.

8. Application Deadline

Application documents should be submitted via email (to [email protected]) by the application deadline. Applications must be submitted by coordinators of partner universities.

Application Deadline: March 2nd, 2020

Application results will be announced in the middle of March.

7.English Proficiency

Participants should be proficient in English.As an indication, the following level is required.

TOEFL-iBT: 61 TOEFL- PBT : 500 IELTS : 5.0
