    Founded in 1975 by Gates and Allen

    They have read in an Computer magazine about anew Computer, the Altair 8800. Gates called the

    Producer and offered to develop an implementationof the programming language BASIC for the Altair.

    They had no interpreter(something like eclipse) noran Altair, yet they were able to fullfill their offer

    The producer of the Altair acceptet their interpreterand decided to distribute it.

    Gates and allen quitted their previous Job/studiesand moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico, where the
