Produmask è una maschera facciale ad uso medico, certificata CE e nasce da un’esperienza nello studio dei nuovi mate-riali e delle nuove tecniche di lavorazione. Realizzata in poliuretano termoplastico, morbida e biocompatibile, è un prodotto 100% Made in Italy adatto a tutta la fa-miglia. Il sistema filtrante è composto da due strati di tessuto non tessuto idrore-pellente, dotato di ottimi valori di traspi-rabilità (20 su 40 pascal/cm2) e di una eccellente filtrazione batterica (99,7% su un minimo di 98%). La particolarità di questo sistema filtrante è di essere bidire-zionale e, conseguentemente, di garantire un’elevata protezione sia per chi indossa la mascherina che per gli altri.

100% Made in Italy The CE certified ProduMask was born from an experience in the study of new materials and new processing techniques. Made of ther-moplastic polyurethane, soft and biocompa-tible, it is a 100% Made in Italy product su-itable for the whole family. The filter system is made up of two layers of water-repellent non-woven fabric, with excellent breathabi-lity values (20 out of 40 pascal / cm2) and excellent bacterial filtration (99.7% out of a minimum of 98%). The peculiarity of this fil-tering system is to be bidirectional and, con-sequently, to guarantee high protection both for those who wear the mask and the others.

Ha tutti i requisiti richiesti dalle norme UNI EN 14683 e ISO 10993: da un lato rispetta le caratteristiche – e ha superato i metodi di prova – secondo i quali una masche-rina facciale ad uso medico deve essere definita “sicura”, e dall’altro osserva le norme secondo le quali si valuta la bio-compatibilità dei dispositivi medici.

Certified practical and functional Produmask CE certified and registered with the Ministry of Health. It has all the requisites required by the UNI EN 14683 and ISO 10993 standards: on the one hand it respects the characteristics - and has passed the test methods - according to which a face mask for medical use mask must be defined as “safe”, and on the other, it observes the rules according to which the bio-compatibility of medical devices is assessed.

In addition, replacing the filter is easy and it is an operation that is completed in seconds in maximum safety: the non-wo-ven fabric is inserted in a plastic cage that cannot be manipulated by the user.

greenProdumask non è usa e getta ma riciclabile: la si può utilizzare più e più volte perché si può sanificare facilmente con prodotti di uso co-mune, conserva la sua caratteristi-ca flessibilità ed elasticità anche a temperature elevate ed è resistente agli agenti atmosferici. Il filtro mon-tato sulla mascherina ha una dura-ta media di 15 ore di uso effettivo, mentre una mascherina chirurgica tradizionale non supera le 4 ore. Il rispetto dell’ambiente è un obiettivo assicurato.

Green way for the familyProdumask is not disposable but recyclable: it can be used over and over again because it can be easily sanitized with common products, it retains its characteristic flexibility and elasticity even at high temperatures and is resi-stant to atmospheric agents. The filter mounted on the mask has an avera-ge life of 15 hours of actual use, while a traditional surgical mask does not exceed 4 hours. Respect for the envi-ronment is an assured goal.

IL RISPARMIOProdumask offre diverse soluzioni di acquisto, partendo da un prezzo di 9,90 euro. Ogni filtro ha un costo di pochi centesimi e, se usato in modo continuativo, avrà una durata di due giorni lavorativi. Una mascherina tradizionale avrà lo stesso costo di un filtro, ma in una sola giornata se ne dovranno cambiare almeno tre. In due giorni, il costo supererà i sei euro.

SavingProdumask offers different purchasing solutions, starting from a price of 9.90 euros. Each filter has a cost of a few cents and, if used continuously, will last for two working days. A traditional mask will have the same cost as a filter, but in a single day at least three must be changed. In two days, the cost will exceed six euros.

la puliziAPulire accuratamente le mani dopo ogni utilizzo e, a seguire, igienizzare la mascherina: sono regole semplici ma fondamentali quelle da attuare per manutenere in modo corretto ProduMask. Facili anche le operazioni di pulizia, da effettuare con un panno umido e pulito, imbevuto di soluzione disin-fettante o idroalcolica al 70%. Dopo la sanitizzazione, riporre la mascherina nell’apposita confezione e, prima di indossarla nuovamente, lavarsi accuratamente le mani.E’ possibile anche lavare il corpo mascherina privo di filtro con acqua e detergente neutro non aggressi-vo, prima di procedere alla sanitiz-zazione.

Hygiene and cleanlinessCarefully clean your hands after each use and, afterwards, sanitize the mask: simple but fundamental rules are those to be implemented in order to properly maintain ProduMask.Cleaning is also easy, to be carried out with a damp and clean cloth, soaked in a 70% disinfectant or hydroalcoholic solution.After sanitizing, put the mask back in its packaging and wash your hands thoroughly before wearing it again.It is also possible to wash the mask body without filter with water and mild non-aggressive detergent, before proce-eding with sanitization.

per la famigliaProdumask è morbida e biocompatibile ed è disponibile nella versione unisex per adulti, in colore grigio (neutro per non rivelare lo sporco che si può depo-sitare) o clear (trasparente). Rosso è il colore scelto per la versione bambino Kids (6-12 anni). Produmask è analler-gica e protegge sia chi la porta sia gli altri. Tutti i modelli montano lo stesso filtro intercambiabile, la cui fornitura è garantita per due anni.

Green way for the family Produmask is soft and biocompatible and is available in the unisex version for adults, in gray (neutral to not reveal the dirt that can be deposited) or clear (transparent). Red is the color chosen for the Kids version (6-12 years). Produmask is hypoallerge-nic and protects both the wearer and others.
