Plastik galt einmal als Inbegriff der Moderne – heute betrachtet man es fast nur als Müll. Dabei könnte es helfen, viele ökologische Probleme zu lösen“ schrieb die FAZ am 19.Oktober 2019:

„ So macht es Objekte möglich, die so schön sind, dass niemand auf die Idee kommen würde, sie wegzuwerfen: das Plexiglas-Dach des Münchner Olympiastadions; den Polyesterstuhl von Charles und Ray Eames; die Acetatbrillen der Firma Moscot…“

Das ist der Punkt: der verantwortungsbewusste Umgang mit einem vielseitigen, sicheren Material. Deshalb beinhaltet unser Sortiment keine Einweg- sondern ausschließlich Mehrwegartikel, die bei bestimmungsgemäßem Gebrauch eine nahezu unbegrenzteLebensdauer haben und zu 100% recycelbar sind. Da fast alle unsere Artikel den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen für den direkten Kontakt mit Lebensmitteln entsprechen müssen, dürfen wir kein recyceltes Material (=Rezyklat) von externen Anbietern zukaufen – wir bekommen die Bestätigung für dessen Unbedenklichkeit nicht. Deshalb führen wir ausschließlich unser eigenes wiederaufbereitetes Material zu. Auch unsere Artikel mit Rezyklat-Anteil sind zu 100% recycelbar.Der Kreislauf einer langen Nutzung unserer Produkte und ihrer anschließenden Wiederverwertung ist damit geschlossen. Die Folgen des Klimawandels sind für uns alle spürbar. Wir tragen mit der Herstellung unserer recycelbaren Mehrweg-Produkte dazu bei, den weiteren Anstieg des CO2-Ausstoßes zu vermeiden.

Der Verbraucher trägt die Verantwortung der bestimmungsgerechtenEntsorgung, denn kein Kunststoffprodukt findet alleine den Weg ins Meer. Wir sind alle gefragt, wenn es darum geht, unseren Planeten den nächsten Generationen lebenswert zu hinterlassen.

Plastic has once been the epitome of modernism but nowadays it is considered waste. And yet plastic could help solving many ecological problems, the FAZ wrote on October 19th 2019:

„Plastic had created many beautiful objects; and no one could even consider dumping the Plexiglas-roof of the Olympia stadium in Munich, Charles and Ray Eames Fiberglass Chair, or Mascots Acetate Glasses ... “

That is exactly the point: important is the responsible use of this versatile and safe material. Therefore, our product range does NOT include any disposable articles. We only offer reusable products, which if used as intended - have an almost unlimited service life and are 100% recyclable. And as almost all our products must comply with the statutory provisions for direct food contact, we are not allowed to purchase additional recycled content from external suppliers; because we cannot receive a declaration of clearance for their substances. This is why we exclusively supply our own reprocessed material. Additio-nally, our products containing recycled material are 100% recyclable as well. The cycle of a long product use and its recycling has thus been completed. The impacts of climate change affect us all.Yet the production of our recyclable and reusable articles will help preventing a further increase of co2 emissions.

Nonetheless, the consumer is still responsible for accurately disposing the product as on its own no plastic ends up in the ocean. Here and now we are all asked to make sure that life on earth is still worthwhile for future generations.

TAMPONDRUCK / PAD PRINTING

Der Tampondruck ist ein indirektes Tiefdruckverfahren, bei dem die Druckfarbe durch einenelastischen Tampon von der Druckform (Klischee) auf den Artikel übertragen wird.

Pad printing is an indirect rotogravure process in which printing ink is transferred fromthe printing form through an elastic pad to the article.

SIEBDRUCK / SCREEN PRINTING

Im Siebdruck wird mit Hilfe eines Gummirakels die gewünschte Druckfarbe durch eine Druckform (Sieb) auf den gewünschten Artikel aufgebracht. Der Siebdruck bietet eine große Farb- und Lichtechtheit.

In screen printing the chosen printing ink is applied to the article by a rubber squeegee throughthe printing form (screen). Screen printing offers large colour coverage and light fastness.

HEAT-TRANSFER / HEAT-TRANSFER

Das Druckmotiv wird digital auf eine Trägerfolie aufgedruckt und auf die Artikeloberfläche übertragen.Vorteil: brillante Fotoqualität / glänzende Oberfläche.

The image will be digital printed on a carrier foil and transferred to the article surface.Advantage: brilliant photo quality / glossy surface.

IN-MOULD-LABELLING / IN-MOULD-LABELLING

Ein im Offset bedrucktes Label wird in die Spritzgussform eingelegt, fixiert und mit Kunststoff hinterspritzt.Vorteil: fester Verbund / brillante Fotoqualität.

An offset printed foil label get inserted and fixed into the injection mould and then back-injected with plastic.Advantage: solid compound / brilliant photo quality.

PRÄGUNG / EMBOSSING

Viele unserer Artikel können mit einer farblosen Prägung (direkt im Werkzeug) veredelt werden.Diese Art des Brandings ist sehr hochwertig und langlebig.
