Über EMMVEE / About EMMVEE

Die EMMVEE Photovoltaics GmbH ist ein deutsch-indischer Entwickler und Hersteller von mono- und polykristallinen Solarmodulen. Der Bereich Projektentwicklung und Generalunternehmen konzipiert und installiert große Solarkraftwerke. Das Unternehmen blickt auf eine langjährige Geschichte zurück. EMMVEE wurde 1992 von D. V. Manjunatha in Bangalore gegründet. Heute ist das Unternehmen zu einer international agierenden Unternehmensgruppe gewachsen. Rund 650 Mitarbeiter arbeiten weltweit in den Bereichen Photovoltaik, Solarthermie und Glasveredelung.

EMMVEE-Module werden auf modernsten Produktionsanlagen der Firma 3S /Somont gefertigt. Die drei Produktionslinien sind das High-End der Automatisierungstechnik mit einer Produktionskapazität von 135 MW. Höchste Präzision, strengste Qualitätskontrollen und international aus-gebildete Mitarbeiter zeichnen die Produktion aus.

EMMVEE arbeitet konsequent und langfristig mit renommier-ten Komponentenherstellern zusammen. So kann die hohe Qualität der Produkte auch über Jahre sichergestellt werden. Alle Komponenten sind Markenprodukte. Viele davon stammen aus Deutschland. Sorgfältig ausgesuchte Komponenten und echte Innovationen ermöglichen ein Höchst-maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Effi zienz: EMMVEE war der erste Modulhersteller, der das ertragssteigernde Albarino P und G Glas des Mannheimer Glas-spezialisten Saint-Gobain Solar Glass für seine Module serienmäßig einsetzte. Die strukturierte Oberfl äche des Frontglases fängt mehr Licht ein und refl ektiert es so, dass die Lichtstrahlen mehrmals auf die Zellen treffen. Selbst bei schwierigen Lichtverhältnissen, auf fl achen Dächern oder suboptimaler Dachausrichtung ( Ost - West ) erzielen die Module höhere Erträge als Flachglas-Module. Die spezielle Oberfl ächenstruktur des Frontglases trägt zur signifi kan-ten Ertragssteigerung von mindestens 3 % pro Jahr bei. Dies wird auch von einer wissenschaftlichen Studie des ISFH Instituts für Solarenergieforschung GmbH Hameln /Emmerthal bestätigt.

EMMVEE hat seine Europazentrale in Berlin, der euro-päische Vertrieb wird von Heppenheim bei Frankfurt aus koordiniert. Die Vertriebsbüros in Italien, Frankreich und England ermöglichen einen zuverlässigen Service direkt vor Ort.

Die Produktionsstätte von EMMVEE wird regelmäßig von TÜV Rheinland inspiziert. Die Produktpalette ist gemäß IEC 61215 Ed. II und IEC 61730, UL 1703 und MCS zertifi ziert. EMMVEE ist Mitglied bei PV CYCLE.

EMMVEE Photovoltaics GmbH is a German-Indian developer and manufacturer of monocrystalline and polycrystalline high performance solar-modules. The business unit Project Development and EPC is planning and implementing large solar projects. The company has a long history as it was founded in 1992 by Manjunatha in Bangalore. Today, the company has turned into an international business group. More than 650 employees all over the world are working in the seg-ments of photovoltaic, solar thermal systems and glass production.

EMMVEE-modules are manufactured on cutting-edge machinery from 3S /Somont. The three manufacturing lines are high-end fully automatic production machines with a production capacity of 135MW. EMMVEE’s manufacturing process is characterized by highest precision, stringent quality control and internationally trained employees.

EMMVEE is consistently co-operating with renowned component suppliers in order to ensuring a production of high-quality modules lasting for years to come. All components are brand-names, mostly from Germany. Carefully selected components and real innovations ensure the highest degree

of reliability and effi ciency: EMMVEE was the fi rst manufacturer using serially the effi ciency increasing Albarino P and G glass made by glass specialist Saint Gobain Solar Glass, based in Mannheim. The structured front glass catches more light and refl ects radiation several times back to the cell. Even in weak light conditions and with less ideal-orientated roofs facing East or West, modules with structured glass are more effi ci-ent than modules with fl at glass. The special structure of the surface of the front glass contributes to a signifi cant increase in effi ciency to at least 3% per year. This effect is proved by a study conducted by ISFH Institut für Solarenergieforschung GmbH Hameln /Emmerthal.

EMMVEE has its European centre in Berlin, the European Sales activities are coordinated from Heppenheim near Frankfurt. Offi ces in Italy, France and England contribute to a reliable on-site service.

EMMVEE’s production site is regularly inspected by TÜV Rheinland. The product portfolio is certifi ed by IEC 61215 Ed. II and IEC 61730, UL 1703 as well as MCS. EMMVEE is a full member of PV CYCLE.
