A silhouette of Odin sitting on the throne appears on the background. He has nightmares. First nightmare is his bout against his father, Ymir the Worlds Giant, the second is his punishment he bestowed upon Loki and Angrboda, and the third is his fight against Gustave for the love of Hervor.

YMIRFall thee before me, unworthy son! Thy blood shall cleanse the sins you committed! A sons sin! It befalls to a son to take his fathers words as a command and to take his fathers deeds as an example! You failed me, Odin!

ODINA father treading on the path of virtue and justice is the only father I devote myself to! This battle is to return thee to the path you should have walked on! This battle is divine! I shall end thee, father, and throne myself a father! The All-Father!

They fightYmir, due to his arrogance, falls before Odin

ADELHEIDI had love so wrong with my own master, with Lord Odin. Once I realized that it was wrong, I spent my time on Midgard more than in Asgard to avoid any meeting with him. One day I met somebody who would, then, change my entire life. His name is Gustave Risendrake. It was in the midst of battle between Holy Kingdom of Bjarmaland and Empire of Kvaland. I met him in his dying condition. I was supposed to reap his soul but his plead stopped me from doing so. He wanted to see his mother for the last time. He promised me that he would gladly give his life after he ensured that his mother was all fine. I agreed. In our journey to Kvaland, we shared many stories. I learnt a lot from Gustave on how to be true to myself. Somehow our hearts were connected. His presence erased the false memories I shared with Lord Odin. I told him about my duty as a Valkyrie, Einherjar, and the Death Diary. Even I told him my affair with Lord Odin. He told me that it was wrong. I told him that I wanted to flee from Asgard and quitted my role as a Valkyrie. He promised me that he would protect me from any consequences resulting from my quit as a Valkyrie. His words somehow soothed me. I found love, so honest, from Gustave. After few days of walking, we arrived in Kvaland and what I found was a horrible scene. Lord Odin led his Valkyries to burn down the Empire. Everything was scorched black. It was like a Hell. Emperor Balmung who defied Odins teaching by warring against Bjarmaland, the symbol of Odins teaching on Midgard, was brutally executed. Gustave desperately sought for her mother only to find her body lying without soul. Enraged, Gustave sought for Lord Odin and challenged him in a duel. I tried to stop him but it was all in vain. Lord Odin accused Gustave from tricking me and Gustave accused Lord Odin for exercising a shameful thing. They fought. In the end, Lord Odin rose victorious. As he attempted to finish Gustave, I stopped him. I pleaded Lord Odin to spare his life. Lord Odin refused. I knew this would happen. I threatened Lord Odin that I would reap my own soul by writing my death on the Diary. He did not falter. I wrote on the Diary that I would die for seven days and return to life after the seventh day. I died, then. I didnt know what happened next. All I knew was that I was on the funeral raft when I awoke. Then, I landed on an unknown place. There I realized that I was pregnant. In the place also I met your mortal father, Eric. He took care of me. In the end, he married me though he knew that I was pregnant. He took me to this village. We started a new life. Our life was happier when you were born, Weiss. Then, it was even happier when Isolde was born. Then, it was even much more happier when Isolde married with Tristan. This is the life that I always dreamt; live a simple yet blissful and blessed life.
