SICUREZZA GENERALE Si consiglia, per ragioni di sicurezza

e nel rispetto delle normative vigenti, di utilizzare lapposita centralina di comando O&O.

I collegamenti elettrici devono essere effettuati nel rispetto delle disposizioni legislative vigenti.

Linstallatore deve istruire lutilizzatore su l cor re t to funz ionamento dellautomatismo, sulla manovra manuale demergenza e sui possibili rischi durante il funzionamento.

Eseguire l anal is i dei r ischi prendendo opportuni provvedimenti per eliminarli, come prescritto dalla direttiva macchine 2006/42/CEE, installando i dispositivi di sicurezza.

Prima di effettuare qualsiasi intervento sullimpianto togliere lalimentazione elettrica mediante un sezionatore lucchettabile.

USO Consultare il manuale dinstallazione

e uso della centralina CDK - US. Per effettuare lo sblocco demergenza

seguire le indicazioni descritte al punto 13.

MANUTENZIONEORDINARIA

(OGNI SEI MESI) La manutenzione deve essere

eseguita solo da personale qualifi cato.

Controllare visivamente lo stato generale di conservazione delle parti esterne del dissuasore.

Control lare che la pel l icola retrorifl ettente del cappello luminoso non sia usurata.

Controllare la funzionalit delle luci. Controllare la concentricit dello

stelo Controllare il funzionamento della

manovra di emergenza. Controllare il funzionamento della

centralina e dei dispositivi di sicurezza.

GENERAL SAFETY For safety reasons and to comply with

current standards, we recommend using the O&O control unit.

To install follow the instructions given in the enclosed GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFETY sheet.

All electrical connections must be done in compliance with current laws.

The installer must instruct the user on how to use the automatism correctly, on the manual emergency manoeuvre and on the possible risks during operation.

Analyse the risks and take all the appropriate measures to eliminate them, as prescribed by the EEC machine directive 2006/42, installing the safety devices.

Always disconnect the electricity before attempting any work on the system with a lockable cut-off switch.

USE Consult the CDK - US control units

installation and operating manual. Follow the instructions given in

point 13 to release in the case of emergency.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

(EVERY 6 MONTHS) Maintenance must be carried out by

qualifi ed personnel only. Visually check the overall state of

wear and tear of the external parts of the deterrent bollard.

Make sure the rear-refl ecting fi lm of the luminous hood is not worn.

Make sure the lights work. Check the concentricity of the bollard. Make sure the emergency

manoeuvre is working properly. Make sure the control unit and safety

devices are in proper working order.

SECURITE GENERALE Pour des raisons de scurit et

dobservation de la lgislation en vigueur, il est conseill dutiliser la centrale de commande O&O.

La pose doit seffectuer selon les prescriptions reportes sur la feuille jointe REGLES GENERALES DE SECURITE.

Les branchements lectriques doivent tre conformes la lgislation en vigueur en la matire.

Lanalyse des risques implique la mise sur pied de mesures destines liminer lesdits risques comme le prvoit la directive machines 2006/42/CEE, en installant les dispositifs de scurit.

Coupez l arrive de courant lectrique avant toute intervention sur l automat isme avec un interrupteur verrouillable.

UTILISATION Consulter le manuel dinstallation et

dutilisation de la centrale CDK - US. Pour effectuer la manoeuvre

manuelle, suivez les indications du point 13.

ENTRETIEN ORDINAIRE(TOUS LES 6 MOIS)

Lentret ien doit tre effectu seulement par un personnel qualifi .

Vrifi er visuellement ltat gnral des parties externes de la borne.

Vrifier que la pellicule rtro-rfl chissante de la partie suprieure nest pas use.

Vrifi er le bon fonctionnement des lumires.

Vrifi er que le plot est concentrique. Vrifi er le fonctionnement de la

manuvre darrt durgence. Vrifi er le fonctionnement de la

centrale et des dispositifs de scurit.

ALLGEMEINE SICHERHEIT Aus Sicherheitsgrnden und zum

Einhalten der anwendbaren Gesetze wird empfohlen, die spezielle Steuereinheit von O&O zu verwenden.

Bei der Installation sind die im beiliegenden Blatt ALLGEMEINE S I C H E R H E I T S H I N W E I S E enthaltenen Vorschriften zu befolgen.

Beim Anschluss an die Stromversorgung sind die geltenden Gesetze zu befolgen.

Der Installateur hat den Anwender bezglich des korrekten Betriebs des Automatismus, der manuellen Bedienung bei Strungen und Notfllen sowie bezglich der mglichen Gefahren whrend des Betriebs zu unterrichten.

Es is t e ine Gefahrenanalyse durchzufhren und es sind geeignete Manahmen zum Eliminieren der Gefahren zu treffen, wie von der Maschinenrichtlinie 2006/42/EWG vorgeschrieben, wobei auch der Schub einreguliert und die erforderlichen Sicherheitsvorrichtungen installiert werden mssen.

Vor jeglichen Eingriffen an der Anlage ist die Stromversorgung mit einen

Schlssel-Trennschalter zu unterbrechen.

respetar las normas vigentes se aconseja utilizar la correspondiente centralita de control O&O.

La instalacin debe efectuarse siguiendo las prescripciones p r e s e n t a d a s e n l a h o j a a d j u n t a A D V E R T E N C I A S G E N E R A L E S PA R A L A SEGURIDAD.

Las conexiones elctricas deben e fec tuarse cumpl iendo las disposiciones de ley vigentes.

El instalador debe instruir al usuario sobre el funcionamiento correcto del automatismo, maniobra manual de emergencia y posibles riesgos durante el funcionamiento.

Efectuar el anlisis de riesgos tomando las oportunas medidas para eliminarlos, como prescrito por la directiva mquina 2006/42/CEE, instalando los dispositivos de seguridad.

Antes de cualquier operacin en la instalacin, cortar la alimentacin elctr ica con un interruptor seccionador.

USO Consultar el manual de instalacin

y uso de la centralita CDK - US. Para efectuar el desbloqueo de

emergencia seguir las indicaciones del punto 13.

Comprobar visualmente el estado general de las partes externas del disuasor.

Comprobar que la pel cula retrorreflectora de la caperuza luminosa no est gastada.

Comprobar la funcionalidad de las luces.

Comprobar la concentricidad de la columna.

Comprobar el funcionamiento de la maniobra de emergencia.

Comprobar el funcionamiento de la centralita y de los dispositivos de seguridad.

Die Funktionstchtigkeit der Leuchten kontrollieren.

Die Konzentrizitt des Schafts berprfen.

Kontrollieren, dass die manuelle Not fa l l -Manvr iervorr ichtung einwandfrei funktioniert.
