RC-Conversion Kits

RC-Conversion Kit Typ XXIII 1/35 Modell Bronco Version 2018

The kit was developed for the submarine of type XXIII in 1/35 scale and allows

the conversion to the static diving RC model. The set contains CNC-milled

installation frames, turned parts for the pressure hull as well as all fitting parts.

Furthermore, components for a presentation stand are included. At the heart of

the kit are the components for pressure hull, ballast system, the complete drive

system and a cast metal propeller. During the conception, special emphasis

was placed on easy installation and operation.

For completition two 9g servos, two ESCs, a 1500mAh 3S Lipo-Battery, trim

weights, the plastic kit and a remote control system are needed.

RC-Conversion Kit Seawolf 1/144 for Trumpeter Kit

For the conversion kit of the Seawolf in scale 1/144 we have come up with

something special. The main focus of the design was on the simple structure,

the very good handling of the model in operation and, above all, a user-friendly

maintenance accessibility. For this purpose, all components were

manufactured in CNC production. The tower remains removable for

transporting the model. We had have a special focus on the drive shaft. For the

twelve-leaf sickle propeller are brass turned and milled parts included. The

model includes a static diving system.

Included are all parts needed for the completition of the plastic kit from

Trumpeter to the static diving model, stand for pressure hull and presentation

stand with engraved name on it. Needed are two 9g servos, two ESCs, a

1500mAh 3S Lipo-Battery, trim weights, the plastic kit and a remote control

system.

RC-Conversion Kit Kilo-Class 1/144 for Trumpeter Kit

Due to their size, submarine models usually require quite large and high-

quality waters. Unfortunately, these are often hard to find. In order not to have

to give up the hobby, we have closed a gap with the RC kit for the 55cm long

kilo class. The new kit is the third boat of our handy 1 / 144er series. In order to

be able to dive static even in small ponds, we have specially developed for this

submarine a compact pump for a finely dosed amount of ballast. The short

diving times, tight turning radii and very good-natured control characteristics

underscore the purpose of the vest pocket submarine model. In addition to the

finished functional model, the time that comes with the assembly of the kit

comes to the fore. To make it as comfortable as possible for the modeler, we

have used CAD-supported graphics for the construction manual. For the

assembly, only the remote control system, two motor controllers, battery and

two 3.7 grams of servos are needed.

RC-Conversion Kit H.M.S. Astute for Trumpeter Kit

With a length of 67cm, the model of the Astute Class submarine has no special

requirements for transport and driving waters. Despite the handy size of this kit

currently makes our most extensive kit. Thus, the content includes, in addition

to two large milled plates for pressure hull and outer hull, CNC milled

aluminum linkages for the rudders, diving system and drive shaft. The

construction presents the modeler no major hurdles in assembly. Also at the

H.M.S. Astute, we remained true to our directive, as far as possible to rely on

tools from plastic model construction during assembly. A construction manual

created in CAD leads the model builder through the construction phase and

provides tips for the electrical system and the installation of the wiring.

The model impresses with extremely tight turning circle and a true-to-scale

speed spectrum. The peristaltic pump, developed and manufactured in-house,

guarantees precise diving behavior in every position. These properties allow

operation of the model without any electrical stabilization systems.

For the completition, a Lipo battery with 3S1500mAh, two 3.7g servos, two

motor controller, remote control and receiver are needed.

Trim-System for 70mm Pressure Hull

Our newly developed trim unit overcomes the difficulties of fine trim. Using a

free channel, trimming can be done in real time in the water by shifting a

weight. Due to the good accessibility, the ballast can be adapted to the

individual model according to individual taste, until the influence of the module

on the position of the boat in the water is agile controllable. In conjunction with

a Y-cable, the unit can support the depth rudder effect. The content of this kit

consists of black CNC-milled parts, the screws and a CAD construction

manual. The space is designed for a 9g servo.

The trim unit can be combined with all 70mm pressure hulls from our

production from the 2018 series.

RC-Conversion Kit 212a 1/144 Revell

The kit for the 212a of the German

navy in scale 1/144 includes all

components to create a dynamically

diving model. The kit is aimed

primarily at the model maker, who is

taking his first steps in submarine

construction, as the dynamic diving

of the boat without ballast system

allows an uncomplicated emergence

in dangerous situations. The

components for the kit were CNC

machined. The pressure hull caps are

turned parts. Specially new sealings

have been developed for the

requirements of this small kit.

Diving Bag System 35,00€

The dive bag system

provides a convenient

and accurate way to

create a static

submersible submarine

model. Small installation

This valve works already from a voltage of 12V and is closed when de-

energized. Via a motor controller or switching module as a reliable outboard

Gear Pump 25,00€

This pump in conjunction with the ballast bag and solenoid valve is a cost

effective way to realize a static submersible submarine. The pump rate is 0.6 l /

min at 12V (4A max.). For operation, a brush motor controller is suitable, on

which the pump and valve are connected in parallel.

Ballasttank 70mm 80,00€

The ballast tank of the 70mm class was developed especially for the Robbe

submarines of the 212a and U47, as

well as for self-construction

projects. The tank can be used as a

module in existing scaffolds (e.g.,

Wikinger Modellbau) and includes a

diving sack system that keeps the

center of gravity while diving. To

control a brush motor controller is

required with at least 6A.

Perstaltic Pump Maximus-Modellbau

Our peristaltic pump was

developed for extremely

small installation spaces.

Since there is usually no

space left for a valve, the

pump is self-sealing. Thus,

when installing only one

intake manifold must be

set and a line to the dive

tank. The flow rate is finely

adjustable via a normal

proportional controller.

The housing, as well as

the PTFE components

inside ensure a smooth running.

The voltage range is wide at 3-12V, which allows flow rates of up to 240ml / min.

(12V).

In combination with a diving bag, the pump is suitable for the most difficult installation

spaces. The filling of a piston tank is also possible.

Made in Germany - all components and assembly of the pump are done in-house!

Sealings

Micro Push Rod Sealing 5,95€/St.

This is probably the smallest push rod sealing in the world. It was designed by

us especially for the most difficult installation conditions in submarine models.

The diameter is 6mm and the length only 12mm. Thus, the socket is completely

retractable in our pressure hull end caps. The push rod sealings serves to

guide rods for the articulation of rudders pressure-tight from the boat interior.

Lateral forces on the linkage play no role in this case, since the wire is guided

over the entire length of the sealing and can not tilt. The contact pressure of

the internal sealing can be individually adjusted via a adjusting screw. For the

lubrication of the seal commercial Vaseline is used.

Front End Caps 70mm Pressure Hull 22,00€

Der Druckkörperverschluss nimmt in sich den wasserdichten Hauptschalter

des U-Bootmodells auf. Für das Material ist PUR-Harz gewählt. Vier Bohrungen

dienen dazu, die Gewindestangen des Technikgerüstes hindurchzuführen und

den Verschluss mit Hutmuttern zu sichern. Dabei verpressen sich die

Dichtungen gegen das Druckkörperrohr und ergeben einen sehr zuverlässigen

Verschluss. Die Dichtungen sind bereits im Auslieferungszustand montiert.

Rear Sealing with Adapter 28,00€

The adapter in the rear section of the pressure hull mediates between the

technology frame in the rear pressure hull and the large frame in the pressure

hull front to simplify maintenance and assembly. Both parts are made of PUR-

cast, which are then turned off and deburred. Furthermore, the closure of the

locking of the pressure hull in the submarine by means of bayonet lock

system. In the ring body, the seal is already integrated in the delivery

condition. The ring conveys from the diameter 70mm of the master cylinder to

60mm of the tail process.

End Cap 70mm Pressure Hull 10,00€

The bottom closure is made of PUR resin. It houses a concentric bore for the

Simmering seal of the drive shaft (10x5x3mm). The opposite holes of 6mm are

used to accommodate push rod sealings or bellows.

For mounting we use threaded rods M4x 160mm, brass tube
