This summer, we are leaving behind the old cocktail habits and welcoming the new ones, trends, which are being introduced by international bartenders. tReplenish fruit with vegetable juices: vegetables make you fit, green food is trendy and why shouldn’t the coc-ktail be healthy too? Beetroot, celery, paprika and carrot juice are entering the world of cocktails.Turmeric: The spice is more popular than ever. Barten-ders combine it with tequila, cucumber and cilantro.
Save the world & back to the roots: Sustainability is perhaps the most important cocktail trend of the year 2018. Unfortunately, the exotic fruits, imported liqueurs and plastic straws are still at high demand. However, we are becoming more environmentally conscious and are focusing on local specialties. And so bartenders increasingly rely on local ingredients and recyclable materials. Not only good for the environment, but also much more local!
OUR SUMMER COCKTAIL: MAJORCAN DELIGHTThe fruity cocktail is mixed with 4 cl of Túnel de Mallorca Mezcladas, 3 cl of lime juice and 4 cl of mineral water. Add 2 cl of strawberry syrup and ice cubes in the glass, stir well and enjoy.
