1. Rechtliche Voraussetzungen für eine aktive Veröffentlichung von Behördendaten sowie deren freie
Wiederverwendung!
2. Finanzielle, organisatorische und technische Rahmenbedingungen für den offenen Zugang zu den
Behördendaten in maschinenlesbarer Form!
3. Aktive Nutzung der offen zugänglichen Behördendaten für die Meinungsbildung und den aktiven
