Anwendungsgebiet:Förderung von reinen oder chemischverschmutzten Abwässern mit Fest-stoffen bis maximal 8 mm Korngröße.

Konstruktive Merkmale:

● Lagerbuchse aus Kohle, daher uni-versell beständig und gute Notlauf-eigenschaften.

● Pumpenwelle im Fußlager mit Wellen-schutzhülse ausgeführt, folglich keinVerschleiß der Welle.

● Offenes Kanalrad ermöglicht leichteReinigung.

● Pumpengehäuse mit Doppelspiraleausgeführt, zwecks gleichmäßigemDruckaufbau und Lagerentlastung.

● Eingebautes Sieb vor dem Saug-mund schützt vor Beschädigungen oderVerstopfungen durch größere Feststoffe.

Welle mit Lagerung:

● Bei Tauchtiefe 2000 mm werden allePumpengrößen mit Zwischenlager aus-geführt

Optionen:

● Externe Schmierung der Gleitlager mitFett oder Frischwasser

● Saugrohr zur Verlängerung der Tauch-tiefe

Antrieb: Bei Standard-Pumpengröße 40/120 istein Drehstrom-Normmotor, starr gekup-pelt mit der Pumpenwelle, Bestandteilder Lieferung. Pumpengrößen 40/200 und 50/160werden im Normalfall ohne Motorgeliefert; es kann hier jeder Normmotorder Größen 80-132 in Bauform V 1Verwendung finden.

Application: Pompage de eaux usées sans ou avecsolides en suspension jusqu’à unegranulométrie de 8 mm.

Caractéristiques de construction:

● Coussinet en graphite résistance à lacorrosion universelle et bon coefficientde frottement.

● Arbre chemisé au droit du palier depied: pas d’usure de l’arbre.

● Turbine ouverte à canaux pour net-toyage facile.

● Volute à spirale double d’où équilibra-ge des forces hydrauliques radiales surla turbine et donc peu d’efforts sur lepalier.

● Crépine incorporée dans la tubulured’aspiration: pas de dommages ou debouchages causés par des corps soli-des trop grands.

Paliers lisses:

● Toutes les pompes possèdent unpalier lisse inférieur, celles d’une lon-gueur de 2000 mm ont un palier inter-médiaire.

Optiones:

● Lubrification externe des paliers lissesavec graisse ou eaux.

● Des hauteurs supérieures à 2000 mmpeuvent être obtenues en ajoutant untube à l’aspiration.

Entraînement:Pour le modèle 40/120 le moteur élec-trique normalisé fait obligatoirementpartie de la fourniture. Son accouple-ment avec la pompe est rigide. Pour les pompes 40/200 et 50/160, lafourniture du moteur est facultative. Toutmoteur vertical à bride, normalisé, dedimensions à 80 à 132 convient.

Application: For handling clean or chemically pollu-ted effluents containing solids particlesup to 8 mm size.

Design features:

● Bearing bushing in carbon giving uni-versal resistance to corrosion and theability to run dry.

● Pump supplied with bearing shaftsleeve in foot bearing preventing wearon the shaft itself.

● Open ducted impeller for easy clea-ning.

● Pump casing fitted with double voluteto balance the radial forces on the pumpshaft.

● Built in filter in the suction nozzle - nodamage or clogging by large particles.

Shaft with Bearings:

● An intermediate bearing is fitted on allpump sizes with 2000 mm submersiondepth.

Options:

● External lubrication of the sleeve bea-rings with grease or fresh water

● A suction extension pipe can be atta-ched to increase the submersion depth

Drive:Pump Size 40/120 (Standard) is closecoupled to a standard metric squirrelcage motor. The motor is an integral partof the pump set. Pump Sizes 40/200 and 50/160 areusually supplied without electric motor.Every standard vertical metric motorframe 80-132 (V 1 mounting) can befitted.
