-Talk about the situation, give examples

- inquire into the cause

- Demand solutions

- interact in a meaningful further work

F.e. when time pressure arises

:f.e. the operation of the moderator is not accepted

• inform about your impression (exemples) and accept it first

• Ask for the reasons

• Perhaps Take up proposals for "better" design

• But if there is no hardship, don`t call your approach in a question; perhaps you explain why you are going this way therefore often acceptation by group

f.e. when the moderator or group members are personally attacked

-objectify the attack by questions or counter questions

-thereby the "contribution" is taken seriously, you don`t bring out a counter attack; not ( yet) discipline

-If this doesn`work: rebuke

-In extreme cases take a break and have a personal conversation with " attacker " or " dispute taps”

Witted responses normally contradict all the rules to a successful and respectful communication. As it often happens that the moderator is attacked as a lone soldier on the front, funny , quick-witted relativistic answers are important to to strengthen their own position and to demonstrate self-confidence.But don`t be too wasteful, after all you want to be taken seriously , and not remain as a " clown " in memory"

Therefore you should consider the following:-Remain friendly•We all lough about us•Laughter releases – reduces stress•Mostly you can laugh about yourself

Possibilities:

make a virtue of necessity f.e. slip of the tongue at the beginning "I have yet to warm up . By the time I speak fluently. "

face dumber than you are f.e. "But it can not be ... " "Really? I always thought everything is possible
