Es zieht uns ins Grüne, das liegt in unse-rer Natur, doch wir wohnen in Städten und starren die Wand an. Das Label Urbanature schließt mit seinen Produk-ten auch im Alltag die Lücke zwischen Stadtleben und der Sehnsucht nach dem Ursprünglichen.

Das Label urbanature, das sind die Ide-en des Produktdesigners Jörg Brach-mann. Es wurde Anfang 2013 gegrün-det. Inspiriert durch die enge Bindung zur Natur, eine Leidenschaft fürs Ko-chen und ein Auge für das Besondere, entstehen seine Entwürfe. Im eigenen Studio am Stadtrand von Leipzig wer-den die Ideen als Prototyp realisiert, perfektioniert und später in den eige-nen Werkstätten in Serie hergestellt. In Zusammenarbeit mit regionalen Hand-werksbetrieben werden Lösungen er-arbeitet, die eine wirtschaftliche und quallitativ hochwertige Herstellung der Produkte ermöglichen. Verwendet werden Hölzer aus nachhaltiger Forst-wirtschaft und recycelbaren Materiali-en bis hin zur Verpackung.

Naturally sophisticated design.

We are drawn to the natural world. It’s in our nature. And yet we live in cities and stare at the walls. With its products, the label U rbanature fills the gap in everyday life between city living and the longing for something more primal.

The label urbanature is a selection of product designer Jörg Brachmann’s ideas. It was founded in early 2013. His designs are inspired by a strong affinity with nature and a passion for cooking, and he has a real eye for the extraor-dinary. He turns his ideas into prototypes in his own studio on the outskirts of Leipzig, where he then perfects them before creating product series in his own work-shops. In collaboration with regional craft specialists, he develops solutions that allow his products to be manufac-tured in a way that is both economical and high-quality. He uses wood from sustainable forests as well as recyclable materials – even for the packaging.

HoCHGArTEN indoor & outdoor

Der Hochgarten ist für alle Topfpflanzen mit einem Durchmesser von maximal 13 cm geeignet. Verschiedenste Pflanzen können im Innen- und Außenbereich auf Augenhö-he präsentiert werden. Ein Blickfang in Kü-che, Diele oder Großraumbüro - Blütenduft in Nasenhöhe: Der Hochgarten erzeugt At-mosphäre.

Durch die enge Anordnung der fünf Über-töpfe und die besonderen Eigenschaften des Betonmaterials entsteht ein Mikroklima. Die Verdunstung wird reduziert.

Ein eigens dafür entwickeltes Gießverfah-ren ermöglicht eine Betonwandung von sensationellen 7 mm.

The Hochgarten is suitable for all pot plants up to 13 cm across. Use it to present all sorts of plants, indoors and out. A real eye-catcher in the kitchen, hallway or open-plan office – and a floral scent to greet you: the raised Garden generates a cer-tain atmosphere.

Together with the special properties of the concrete material, the close arrangement of the five cachepots creates a micro-cli-mate. Evaporation is kept to a minimum.

A specially developed casting process al-lows for a concrete wall that is a sensatio-nal 7 mm thick.

Urbanature hat nachgedacht und ein neues Produkt entwickelt - den Vertical Garden. Die Pflanzgestelle funktionieren Innen wie Außen. Und ist die Balkonsaison vorbei, klappt man den Scherenbeschlag zusam-men und trägt ihn in den Keller, sollte man keinen Platz in Küche oder Wohnzimmer haben. Die Pflanzkästen sind robust und leicht. Natürlich auch geeignet für Zier-pflanzen. Den Vertical Garden gibt es in drei Größen.

Der Hängegarten ist eine Wandbegrünung für den Innenraum. Auf einfache Weise können Zier- aber auch Nutzpflanzen in Szene gesetzt werden. Die Pflanzröhren hängen zwischen zwei Stahlseilen und sind abnehm- sowie höhen-verstellbar. Horizontal kann der Hängegarten zu meh-reren Feldern erweitert werden.
