Up and Down Compression Cutters

This milling cutter solves serveral of the problems that occur when machining fibre reinforced plastics

bull Delamination bull Surface quality bull Chip control

The tool helix changes direction creating pressure from the top to the center and at the same time from the bottom to the center of the work-piece thus concentrating the axial effects in the middle of the workpiece The chip breakers geometry facilitats chip transport and remove chips rapidly from the cutting process

Durch den Wechsel der Spiralrichtung erzeugt das Werkzeug an der Oberseite einen Druck nach unten zur Mitte des Werkstuumlcks und gleich-zeitig an der Unterseite einen Gegendruck nach oben zur Mitte des Werk-stuumlcks Durch die Spanbrecher werden die Spaumlne sauber gebrochen und schnell aus dem Prozess abgefuumlhrt so dass sie nicht anhaften koumlnnen
