Alois Lageder präsentiert mit der Weinschenke Vineria Paradeis ein besonderes, ganzheitliches Konzept. Gelegen im Herzen des Weinortes Margreid an der Südtiroler Weinstraße, verleihen die historischen Mauern des Ansitz Casòn Hirschprunn dem Paradeis eine einmalige Atmosphäre.
Die Symbiose aus historisch gewachsener Bausubstanz und einem modernen, zurückhaltenden Architekturstil bildet für Wein verkostung und Weineinkauf einen besonderen Rahmen.
Genießen Sie in der Weinschenke eine regionale und leichte Küche aus biologisch erzeugten Produkten, sowie ein umfangreiches Angebot an Veranstaltungen.
Erleben Sie zudem Führungen durch den Keller des Weinguts, den Garten im Schat-ten des Paradeis und durch die biologischdynamisch bewirtschafteten Weinberge.

La Weinschenke Vineria Paradeis è un gioiello che Alois Lageder ha pensato e realizzato con un approccio organico perfettamente riuscito. Calato nel cuore di Magrè sulla Strada del vino, antico villaggio vinicolo, il Paradeis è racchiuso fra le mura storiche della Tenuta Casòn Hirschprunn, in un’atmosfera unica, contemplativa e accogliente.
Questa simbiosi così efficace fra la storia dell’edificio ed uno stile architettonico moderno e sobrio crea l’ambiente ideale per degustare o acquistare vini di qualità.
Nella vineria, inoltre, troverete ad accogliervi piatti leggeri della cucina regionale, preparati con prodotti biologici, e un fitto calendario di proposte culturali e informative. Potete partecipare a una visita guidata della cantina della Tenuta, del Giardino all’ombra del Paradeis, o dei vigneti coltivati con metodi biologicodinamici.

With his Weinschenke Vineria Paradeis, Alois Lageder has realized a special, comprehensive concept. Located in the heart of the winegrowing village of Margreid / Magrè along the South Tyrolean Wine Route, the ancient walls of the Casòn Hirschprunn lend a unique atmosphere of history and culture to the Paradeis.
This symbiosis of history, design, and elegant architectural style offers the perfect backdrop for winetastings and wineshopping.
At the wine tavern, you can enjoy our light regional cuisine based on organically grown products, and attend a wide range of events.We invite you to participate in our guided tours through the wine cellars of our winery, through the Garden in the Shadow of the Paradeis, and through our vineyards, where we employ biodynamic methods.

Die Küche unseres zertifizierten BIORestaurants verwöhnt Sie mit Gerichten aus biologischen, regionalen und saisonalen Produkten. Dabei liegt die Zusammenarbeit mit biologisch arbeitenden Landwirten im Fokus. Unser Küchenchef achtet zudem auf eine fleischarme, einfache, leichte und frische Zubereitung.
Der sonnige Brunnenhof des Paradeis lädt Sie besonders in der warmen Jahreszeit zum Verweilen ein. Genießen Sie die Ruhe, nehmen Sie sich Zeit für sich und lassen Sie Ihre Seele baumeln.Im Winter erleben Sie die wohlige und gemütliche Atmosphäre am Kaminfeuer der Weinschenke.

Fatevi deliziare dalla cucina del Paradeis, ristorante certificato BIO, con i suoi piatti gustosi, preparati con prodotti biologici, locali e di stagione. Ingredienti che sono il frutto di un’intensa collaborazione con aziende agricole biologiche della zona. Il nostro chef propone ogni giorno un menù leggero, con poca carne, preparato con semplicità e ingredienti freschi.
Nella stagione più calda, mangiare nel cortile interno all’ombra della fontana è un piacere per il corpo e lo spirito, e mette voglia di assaporare i cibi con calma, gusto e piacere. Nei mesi più freddi, il fuoco del caminetto nella sala interna crea un’atmosfera accogliente, ideale per esaltare le gioie del palato.

The kitchen of our certified BIO restaurant Paradeis will tempt you with dishes prepared using biological, regional, and seasonal ingredients. We focus on our cooperation with farmers employing biological methods. Our chef also emphasizes simple, light, and freshly prepared dishes with a low meat content.
Especially during the warm months of the year, the sunny inner courtyard of the Paradeis is an invitingly charming place where you can enjoy the peace and quiet and simply unwind.In the wintertime, you’ll love the warm and cozy atmosphere at the tavern’s fireplace.

Erleben Sie neben der nach ökologischen und baubiologischen Kriterien erbauten Kellerei auch den in langen Jahrhunderten gewachsenen Garten im Schatten des Paradeis und die biologischdynamisch bewirtschafteten Weinberge.
In unserem Weingut arbeiten wir nach den Richtlinien des Demeterverbandes. Wir arbeiten im Einklang mit den Rhythmen, Zyklen und Kräften der Natur und versuchen hierdurch die Fruchtbarkeit unserer Böden und die Qualität unserer Trauben zu erhöhen.

Venite a conoscere una cantina costruita in base ai criteri più innovativi della bioarchitettura, ma anche il “Giardino all’ombra del Paradeis”, un incantevole parco con piante secolari, e i nostri vigneti, coltivati con metodi biologicodinamici.
La nostra Tenuta produce in base alle direttive dell’associazione Demeter. Lavoriamo in sintonia con i ritmi, i cicli e le forze della natura, migliorando in questo modo la fertilità e il vigore naturale dei terreni e, di conseguenza, la qualità delle nostre uve.

Take part in these fascinating guided tours of the Löwengang Estate, where you can view modern wine cellar technology combined with innovative solutions against a unique architectural backdrop. At the same time, you’ll feel inspired by the extraordinary works of international artists, all in keeping with the winery’s holistic philosophy.
Explore the wine cellar, which was constructed according to ecological and biological criteria, and stroll amidst the centuriesold Garden in the Shadow of the Paradeis and the vineyards cultivated according to biodynamic principles.
At our winery, we observe the guidelines of the Demeter Association. We work in harmony with the rhythms, cycles, and forces of nature, and attempt to thus enhance the fertility of our soils and the quality of our grapes.

The historical Casòn Hirschprunn Estate dates back to the 13th Century, and lends a unique flair to every event. It’s a special place representing the perfect venue for weddings, receptions, anniversaries, seminars, congresses, company events, and family reunions.
The Estate features tasting rooms in the tavern, the idyllic inner courtyard with its cypresses and blossoming lemon trees, and the historic halls.

Come arrivare La Tenuta dispone di un grande parcheggio interno, dista dieci minuti dall’autostrada A22 e dalla stazione ferroviaria di Magrè. Per i collegamenti ferroviari maggiori si trovano nelle vicinanze le stazioni di Ora, Bolzano e Mezzocorona. L’ aeroporto di Verona dista circa un’ora, quello di Innsbruck un’ora e un quarto.

How to get hereWe have our own, large parking lot. Just 10 minutes from Autobahn A22, Margreid / Magrè train station, large rail links in Auer / Ora, Bozen / Bolzano, and Mezzocorona, Verona Airport approx. one hour away by car, Innsbruck Airport approx 1 hour and 15 minutes away.
