Wer sind wir und was machen wir?
Unser Unternehmen wurde im Jahre 1982 gegründet und hatsich auf die Beschaffung von Formen und eine kompletteProjektsteuerung im Bereich der Spritzguss- undDruckgussformen spezialisiert. Wir befinden uns in der Nähevon Marinha Grande, dem wichtigsten Zentrum derFormenindustrie in Portugal, 130 km nördlich von Lissabon.
Auf Grund unserer informellen Partnerschaft mit 25 Betriebender Formenerzeugung mit einer Arbeitskraft von 800 höchst-qualifizierten und motivierten Formenerzeugern, welchetäglich durch unser Team von Projektleitern unterstütztwerden, die mit ihrem Know-how und ihrer Erfahrung einezusätzliche Garantie für ein erfolgreiches Projekt sind, sind wirin der Lage, sehr große Formenprojekte abzuwickeln. Unsstehen vor Ort Stähle wie zum Beispiel Uddeholms, Thyssen,Buderus u.s.w. sowie Mold-Tech Oberflächenbehandlung zurVerfügung. Die meisten Formen, mit denen wir uns befassen,sind Heißkanalformen (DME, HASCO, INCOE, Mold-Master, PSG,Synventive und andere wie zum Beispiel Masterflow, Huskyu.s.w.). Unsere Formen sind gemäss den Richtmaßen vonDME, HASCO, DMS, Rabourdin, u.s.w. angefertigt.
Bis heute haben wir für Kunden in aller Welt mehr als 5.000Formen hergestellt und geliefert und haben dadurch über dieJahre hinweg eine Erfahrung gesammelt, die uns erlaubt, dieAnforderungen und Bedürfnisse des Kunden raschest zuverstehen und die beste Lösung in Bezug auf die Formvorzuschlagen, wodurch wir in der Lage sind, das Werkzeug zuoptimieren und ein hervorragendes Resultat sicher stellenkönnen.
Neben den herkömmlichen Formenarten können wir auchZwei-Komponenten-Formen, Etagenwerkzeuge,automatisches Abschrauben, DünnwandigeVerpackungen, Gasinjektionssystem u.s.w. bis zu 25Tonnen zu sehr konkurrenzfähigen Preisen und mit kurzer undverlässlicher Lieferfrist bereit stellen.
Unsere komplette Projektsteuerung beinhaltetDienstleistungen wie:• Erstellung eines Kostenvoranschlags für eine Form innerhalbvon 3 Tagen• Teil- und Formen DWG• CAE (Fluss, Verzug, Kühlung)• Prototyping• Tätigkeitsberichte• Formentestberichte• Maßberichte der Materialproben• Versandkontrolle, u.s.w.
In unserer CAD-Abteilung haben wir eine komplette Auswahlvon CAD/CAE Computerprogrammen wie: P-E, UG, CATIA,MASTERCAM, SURFCAM, SOLID WORKS, DELCAM, MECHNICALDESK TOP, CADKEY, AUTOCAD, 3D VIEW u.s.w., damit wir einensicheren Austausch zwischen den Kunden und denFormenunternehmen sicher stellen können.

Who are we and what do we make?
Our company was established in 1982 and we are specialisedin Mould Procurement and Total Project Management in thearea of Injection and Die Casting Moulds. We are situated inMarinha Grande, the main center of mouldmaking industry inPortugal, 130 Km North of Lisbon.
We can handle very large mould projects using the informalpartnering of 25 mould shops with a labour power of about800 high skilled and motivated toolmakers daily supported byour team of project leaders who, with their know-how andexperience are an additional guaranty for a successful project.We have available locally steels like Uddeholms, Thyssen,Buderus, etc. as well as steel treatments and Mold-Techtexture service. Most of the moulds we handle are hot runner(DME, HASCO, INCOE, Mold-Master, PSG, Synventive,Masterflow, Husky, etc.). Our moulds are built followingstandards as DME, HASCO, DMS, Rabourdin, etc.
We have produced and delivered, up to now, to clients all overthe world, more than 5.000 moulds and this experienceaccumulated over the years, gives us the ability to quicklyunderstand the specifications and needs of the client andquote the best mould solution to optimise tool performance.
Besides the normal type of moulds, we can supply TwoComponent Moulds, Stack Moulds, Automatic Unscrewing,Thin Wall Packaging, Gas assisted Injection Moulds, etc. up 25Ton., at very competitive prices with short and reliabledelivery time.
Our Total Project Management includes services as:• Mould quote in 3 days• Part and mould dwg• CAE (Flow, Warping, Cooling)• Prototyping• Mould progress reports• Mould test reports• Samples dimensional report• Shipment control, etc.
In our CAD/CAM department we have a complete range ofCAD softwares as: P-E, UG, CATIA, MASTERCAM, SURFCAM,SOLID WORKS, DELCAM, MECHANICAL DESK TOP, CADKEY,AUTOCAD, 3D VIEW, etc. to ensure a safe interchange betweenthe customer and tool shops.
