1 FunktionDas CP-Installationssystem integriert die Ventilinseln CPVund verschiedene Ein-/Ausgangsmodule in ein Installations-konzept.Alle CP-Ventilinseln und CP-Module werden durch ein an-schlussfertiges CP-Kabel miteinander verbunden und an denCP-Feldbusknoten geführt.Jeweils eine CP-Ventilinsel und ein CP-Eingangsmodul bildeneinen Installationsstrang der am CP-Feldbusknoten endet.

2 Anwendung• Bestimmungsgemäß dienen die CP-Module der Spannungs-versorgung einer CP-Ventilinsel oder einer angeschlosse-nen Sensorik.

• Die Geräte können unter den angegebenen Betriebsbedin-gungen in den Zonen 2 explosionsfähiger Gasatmosphärensowie in den Zonen 22 explosionsfähiger Staubatmosphä-ren eingesetzt werden.

• Verschließen Sie ungenutzte Ein- und Ausgänge mit denAbdeckkappen ISK-M8 und ISK-M12 (nicht im Liefer-umfang).

• Verhindern Sie die Trennung der Steckverbinder durchden Sicherungsclip NEAU-M...-GD oder Kabelbinder.

• Verwenden Sie vor allen Steckvorrichtungen zusätzlicheZugentlastungen der Kabel.

• Schützen Sie die Steckverbinder vor jeglicher Stoßbela-stung.

• Umgebungstemperatur –5 °C Ta +50 °C.Bei Verwendung von Steckern mit einer Schutzart niedrigerals IP5X:• Bauen Sie das Gerät in ein Gehäuse mit mindestens IP54ein.

Beim Einsatz in Bereichen mit leitfähigen Stäuben:• Verwenden Sie Steckverbinder und Kabel mit minde-stens IP6X.

• Verwenden Sie das Gerät im Originalzustand ohne jeglicheeigenmächtige Veränderung. Durch nicht vom Herstellerausgeführte Eingriffe am Gerät erlischt die Zulassung.

1 FunctionThe CP installation system integrates valve terminals CPV andvarious I/O modules into a single installation concept. All CPvalve terminals and CP modules are connected using a readyto install CP cable, and are attached to the CP fieldbus node.One CP valve terminal and one CP input module make up aninstallation string that ends at the CP fieldbus node.

2 Application• The CP modules have been designed for supplying powerto a CP valve terminal or connected sensors.

• The devices can be used under the specified operatingconditions in zone 2 of potentially explosive gas atmo-spheres and in zone 22 of potentially explosive dust atmo-spheres.

• Seal unused inputs and outputs with the cover capsISK-M8 and ISK-M12 (not included in delivery).

• Protect the plug connectors against any impact loading.• Ambient temperature –5 °C Ta +50 °C.If using plugs with a protection class less than IP5X:• Fit the device into a housing which complies at leastwith protection class IP54.

1 FunciónEl sistema de instalación CP integra los terminales de válvu-las CPV y diversos módulos de entrada/salida en un con-cepto de instalación. Todos los terminales de válvulas CP ymódulos CP se hallan conectados por medio de un cable CPlisto para la conexión y son conducidos al nodo de bus decampo CP. Un terminal de válvulas CP y un módulo de en-trada CP constituyen un ramal de instalación que termina enel nodo de bus de campo CP.

2 Aplicación• Los módulos CP han sido diseñados para la alimentaciónde un terminal de válvulas CP o la sensórica conectada.

• Los dispositivos pueden utilizarse bajo las condiciones defuncionamiento en la zona 2 de atmósferas de gas poten-cialmente explosivo y en la zona 22 de atmósferas depolvo potencialmente explosivo.

1 FonctionLe système d’installation CP intègre les terminaux de distri-buteurs CPV et différents modules d’entrée / de sortie dansun seul concept d’installation. Tous les terminaux de distri-buteurs CP et les modules CP sont reliés les uns aux autrespar l’intermédiaire d’un câble CP prêt à raccorder et posésvers le nœud de bus de terrain CP. Un terminal de distri-buteurs CP et un module d’entrée CP forment une branche del’installation qui se termine au niveau du nœud de bus deterrain CP.

2 Application• Conformément à leur usage prévu, les modules CP sontdestinés à alimenter en tension un terminal de distri-buteurs CP ou un capteur raccordé.

• Les appareils peuvent être utilisés dans les conditionsindiquées dans la zone à atmosphère explosible 2 ainsique dans la zone à poussière explosible 22.

• Utiliser des colliers de serrage de câbles additionnelsdevant tous les dispositifs pour montage par enfichage.

• Protéger les connecteurs à pousser des chocs.• Température ambiante –5 °C Ta +50 °C.En cas d’utilisation de connecteurs dotés d’un indice deprotection inférieur à IP5X :• Intégrer l’appareil dans un boîtier doté d’un indice deprotection IP54 minimum.

En cas d’utilisation dans des zones contenant des pous-sières conductrices:• Utiliser des connecteurs à pousser et des câbles dotésau minimum d’une protection IP6X.

• Utiliser l’appareil dans son état d’origine, sans apporter demodifications. Toute intervention non exécutée par le fa-bricant annule l’homologation.

1 FunzionamentoIl sistema CP integra unità di valvole CPV e diversi moduli diingresso/uscita in un progetto di installazione. Le unità divalvole CP e i moduli CP vengono collegati insieme con uncavo precablato CP e poi condotti al nodo fieldbus CP. Ogniunità di valvole CP e ogni modulo di ingresso CP formano unalinea di installazione che termina sul nodo fieldbus CP.

2 Utilizzo• I moduli CP vengono utilizzati per alimentare una unità divalvole CP o sensori collegati.

• Gli apparecchi sono consentiti per l’impiego nelle atmo-sfere esplosive delle zone 2 con presenza di gas e nellezone 22 con presenza di polveri, a condizione che questoavvenga alle condizioni di impiego indicate.

• Chiudere gli ingressi e uscite inutilizzati con le calotte dicopertura ISK-M8 e ISK-M12 (non comprese nella forni-tura).

• Utilizzare dadi antistrappo supplementari dei cavi da-vanti a tutti i connettori a innesto.

• Proteggere i connettori contro qualsiasi sollecitazioned’urto.

• Temperatura ambientale –5 °C Ta +50 °C.Per l’impiego di connettori con un grado di protezioneinferiore a IP5X:• Montare l’unità in un corpo con minimo IP54.Per l’impiego in zone con polveri conduttive:• Utilizzare connettori e cavi con minimo IP6X.l

• Utilizzare l’apparecchio nel suo stato originale, senza ap-portare modifiche non autorizzate. In caso di interventi noneffettuati dal produttore l’omologazione perde ogni vali-dità.
