1.1 Los proyectores KRIPSOL estánconstruidos en ABS inyectado colorblanco, material inalterable a los agentesfísicos y químicos y en polipropilenocon carga de fibra.

1.2 CARACTERÍSTICAS TÉCNICAS.

Los proyector KRIPSOL, estándiseñados para la utilización conlámpara parabólica de 300 watios.

Debe utilizarse sumergido en aguadulce o ligeramente tratada.

Aconsejamos que su colocación nosupere los 1,5 m de profundidad. Paraprofundidades superiores se debe con-sultar con nuestro departamento técni-co.

El grado de protección del proyectores IP68. Tensión de seguridad 12V(corriente alterna).

El proyector ha sido diseñado y montadoacorde a las normas internacionales deseguridad CEI 60598-2-18:1993(Luminarias para piscinas y usos análogos).

Este proyector es un receptor eléctricoclase III (S/RBT.MI BT 031, PTO 1.2).

El fabricante no es responsable demontajes, instalaciones, puestas enfuncionamiento, manipulación oincorporación de componentes, que nose hayan realizado en las instalacionesdel mismo.

2.0 INTRODUCCIÓN.Este manual contiene las instruccionesnecesarias para la instalación, el uso yel mantenimiento del proyector KRIPSOLpara piscinas. Para obtener de él las

prestaciones que el fabricante indica enlas Hojas de Características, es necesarioque se cumplan y sigan correctamentetodas las recomendaciones dadas eneste Manual. Esto permitirá trabajarcon un equipo seguro y duradero.El proveedor del equipo facilitará alusuario información complementaria, siéste la requiere.

2.1 SIGNOS DE SEGURIDAD EN ELMANUAL DE INSTRUCCIONES.

Aquellas instrucciones que se refierena los riesgos para las personas, sedestacan con los dos símbolos siguientes:

2.2 RESPONSABILIDAD.El no cumplimiento de las instruccionesdadas por el fabricante en este Manual,para la elección, manejo, instalación,puesta en marcha y mantenimiento dela unidad, libera al fabricante odistribuidor de responsabilidades poraccidentes posibles a las personas odaños causados al resto de lasinstalaciones, ocasionando, además, laperdida de la garantía.

3.1

Sólo se podrá garantizar la seguridaddel servicio del proyector suministradosi su uso corresponde a lo indicado enlos esquemas de las páginas 28÷35.Nunca se deberán sobrepasar lascondiciones y límites de trabajoindicados en este manual (capítulo 1.2Características Técnicas y 5.4Advertencias). Es obligatorio cumplircon lo legislado por las Normas deSeguridad vigentes en cada país.

3.2

Asegurarse que el proyector se haseleccionado adecuadamente a laaplicación a la que va destinado y quesu estado, instalación, puesta en marchay posterior uso sean correctos. Vercapítulo 1.2 (Características Técnicas).

3.3

Las operaciones de instalación,reparación y mantenimiento se haránsiempre con el proyector desconectadode la red de alimentación eléctrica.

3.4

Mientras el proyector esté enfuncionamiento no puede serdesplazado, ni corregida su posición.Estas operaciones se harán siemprecon el proyector desconectado de lared eléctrica.

3.5

El accionamiento de los elementoseléctricos de conexión-desconexión oseguridad no puede hacerse conpresencia de humedad, poniendoespecial cuidado en la que pueda existiren las manos del operario, en su calzadoo superficies de contacto.

3.6

Los repuestos necesarios serán los originales del fabricante o losrecomendados por él. El uso de otros,o de originales rectificados por tercerosno están permitidos y exhimen alfabricante o distribuidor de susresponsabilidades.

3. INSTRUCCIONES GENERALESRELATIVAS A SEGURIDAD DEL USUARIO

4.1

El fabricante suministra el equipoprotegido con el embalaje adecuado,para que al transportarlo o almacenarlono sufra daños que impidan su correctainstalación y/o funcionamiento.

4.2

El usuario, a la recepción del equipo,comprobará inicialmente estos puntos:- Estado de embalaje exterior; si presentasignos de deterioros importantes, lohará constar formalmente a quien se loentrega.- Verificará también el estado delcontenido; y si éste presentasedesperfectos que presumiblementeimpidiesen su correcto funcionamiento,lo comunicará, también formalmente, alproveedor en un plazo máximo de 8días desde el de la recepción.

4.3

Las condiciones de almacenamientoserán tales que garanticen el buenestado de conservación del equipo.Señalamos por su especial importancialas de evitar ambientes de humedadacusada u otros donde puedan producirsecambios bruscos de temperaturas(producen condensaciones).

5.1. EMPLAZAMIENTO.

Los proyectores KRIPSOL están diseñadospara empotrar en piscinas de nuevaconstrucción de hormigón, poliester oliner. La fijación del proyector al nicho esmediante dos tornillos de acero inoxida-ble A2.

Modelo PLM 301.C, para piscinas depoliester o liner con prensaestopas delatón niquelado, con cable y pasacablesincluido.

5.2. MONTAJE.

Se pondrá especial atención en cuanto ala salida que vamos a utilizar en el nichodel proyector (pieza nº 18, pag. 36÷39),ya que éste cuenta con dos posiblessalidas de cable, una lateral y otra frontal.

Una vez decidida cual se va a utilizar, aésta le acoplaremos el prensaestopas(pieza nº13, pag. 36÷39) (elemento deanclaje del cable contra la torsión y elestiramiento). En la otra, colocaremosel tapón exagonal (pieza nº19, pag.36÷39) para realizar el cierre hidráulicooportuno.

La distancia aconsejada para lainstalación del proyector sera de500÷700mm. desde el nivel del agua,(ver pag. 31, Figura 4).

El proyector se recibe en su embalaje,montado y con el cable enrollado en sualojamiento (únicamente en los modelossuministrados con el mismo). En estosmodelos, también se suministra elpasacables (pieza nº 20, pag. 37 y 39)con los terminales en M20 para conexiónal cuerpo (pieza nº18, pag. 36÷39) y en3/4” para su conexión a la caja deconexiones.

Para realizar su instalación, hay queseguir los siguientes pasos que acontinuación se indican:

1 - Extraer el proyector de su embalajey desenrollar el cable.

2 - Realizar la selección de la salidaque se va a utilizar en el cuerpo (piezanº 18, pag. 36÷39). Una vez realizadadicha selección, acoplar por el exteriordel cuerpo del proyecto el pasacables(pieza nº 20, pag. 37 y 39) a la salidaseleccionada (para los modelossuministrados con el mismo). Ver pag.28, Figura 1, 1A, 1B.

3 - Realizar la instalación del nicho delproyector (pieza nº 18, pag. 36÷39). Si es para piscina de hormigón,empotrándolo en la pared, o mediantesu gunitado. Si es para piscina depoliéster o liner, mediante las dos juntas(pieza nº 17, pag. 38÷39), el aro liner(pieza nº 15, pag. 38÷39) y la tornillería(pieza nº 14, pag. 38÷39) suministrada.Ver pag. 29, Figura 2.

4 - Una vez instalado el cuerpo, introducirel terminal del cable por el prensaestopas(pieza nº 13, pag. 36÷39) del cuerpo yasegurarse, apretando éste, que elcable está perfectamente sujeto y conel cierre hidráulico oportuno.

5 - Posteriormente seguir los pasosindicados en las páginas 30÷35,Figuras 3÷8.

5.3. DESMONTAJE.

Para substituir la lámpara, extraeremosel proyector, para ello, debemos seguirlos siguientes pasos:

1 - Aflojar los dos tornillos delembellecedor del proyector y empujarlos mismos hacia dentro con los dedospara que quede liberado del cuerpo delproyector. Ver Figura 7÷8, pag. 34÷35.

2 - Mientras se empujan los dos tornilloscon los dedos, tirar del embellecedorhacia fuera hasta extraer todo elconjunto y elevarlo fuera del agua.

3 - Retirar el embellecedor del conjuntode la lámpara/portalámparas segúnFigura 6, pag. 33.

4 - Aflojar hasta retirar las seis tuercasque sujetan el conjunto. Ver Figura 4,pag. 31.

5 - Aflojar la capucha del prensaestopaspara liberar el cable y poder así extraerla lámpara.

6 - Aflojar los tornillos de anclaje delcable a la lámpara y liberar la lámpara.

7 - Colocar la nueva lámpara y seguirlos puntos marcados anteriormente deforma inversa.

8 - Una vez montado el conjuntolámpara / portalámparas, montar elembellecedor y seguir los pasosindicados en el punto 5 del apartado5.2. del montaje.

5.4. ADVERTENCIAS.

1 - Las personas que instalen omanipulen los proyectores deben poseerla cualificación adecuada y conocimientode las normas IEC364-7-702:INSTALACIONES ELECTRICAS ENE D I F I C I O S . I N S TA L A C I O N E SESPECIALES. PISCINAS.

2 - No manipular el proyector si estábajo tensión.

3 - No encender el proyector fuera delagua.

4 - La tensión de alimentación no debeser superior a 12 Volt. en corrientealterna.

5 - No utilizar otra lámpara distinta a lareferencia KRIPSOL (LP 312.C).

6 - En el caso de los modelos deproyectores adquiridos sin cable, elcable a utilizar debe ser obligatoriamentede las siguientes características:

Manguera bipolar con un diámetroexterior máximo de 14 mm.

Tipo de manguera HØ7RN-F consección de cable de 2x6 mm² que debecumplir la siguiente normativa:

- UNE 21027.- HD22 (EI4 / EM2).- Clase 5/6.- Tensión nominal 0,6 / 1 KV.- IEC 60332-1 / EN 50265.- AG2.- AD8 Sumergido.

ATENCIÓN


1.1 KRIPSOL underwater lights aremanufactured from white, injectionmoulded ABS, a material which isunaltered by physical and chemicalagents, and in fibre-reinforcedpolypropylene.

1.2 TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS.

KRIPSOL underwater lights are designedfor use a 300 watt parabolic bulb.

They should be used submerged infresh or slightly treated water.

We do not recommend that the light unit befitted at a depths of more than 1,5 m. For fittingat greater depths, consult our technical department.

The degree of protection of theunderwater light is IP68. The safetyvoltage is 12V (alternating current).

The underwater light has beendesignedand assenbled according to the internationalsafety standards CEI 60598-2-18: 1993(Luminaires for Swimming Pools andSimilar Applications)

This underwater lights is an electricalreceptor class III (S/RBT.MI BT 031, PTO 1.2).

The manufacturer is not responsiblefor assembly, installation, operationalstart-up, handling or the incorporationof components that have not beenmade in the manufacturer’s facilities.

2.0 INTRODUCTION.This manual contains the instructionsnecessary for the installation, use andmaintenance of KRIPSOL underwaterlights in a swimming pool. In order toobtain the performances described inthe specifications sheet, all therecommendations given in this manual

must be complied with and followedcorrectly.This will make it possible to use the lightsin a way that ensures that they are safeand long lasting.The equipment supplier will provide theuser with complementary information if heso requires.

3.1

The safety of the underwater lightssupplied shall only be guaranteed ifthey are used in accordance with theschematics on pages 28÷35. Theoperating conditions and limits stated inthis manual must under no circumstancesbe exceeded (chapter 1.2 TechnicalCharacteristics and 5.4 Warnings).Compliance with legislation on safetystandards in the relevant country isobligatory.

3.2

Ensure that the underwater lights havebeen selected appropriately for theapplication for which they are to beused, and that their condition, installation,start-up and subsequent use arecorrect. See chapter 1.2 (TechnicalCharacteristics).

3.3

Installations, repair and maintenanceopertaions must always be carried outwith the underwater lights disconnectedfrom the electricity supply.

3.4

The underwater light should not bemoved, or its position adjusted, while itis un use. It must always be disconnectedform the electricity supply beforeoperations of this kind are carried out.

3.5

The electrical connection/disconnectionor safety devices must not be actuatedin the presence of moisture. Specialcare must be taken to avoid damp onthe operator’s hands, footwear or othercontact surfaces.

3.6

The necessary spares must be themanufacturer’s original or recommendedparts. Use of other parts or originalsthat have been modified by third partiesis not allowed and shall free themanufacturer from all liability.

4.1

The manufacturer supplies the lightsprotected by appropiate packaging toensure that during transport or storagethey do not suffer damage that wouldprevent their correct installation and/oroperation.

4.2

The user, on receiving the lights, shouldcheck the following points:- Condition of the external packaging. If itshows signs of significant deterioration,the delivery service should be formallynotified.- Also, check the state of the contents.If any damage is apparent that mayprevent correct functioning, the suppliershould be formally notified within 8 daysof reception.

4.3

The storage conditions shall be such asto guarantee the correct state ofconservation of the lights.It is especially important to avoidextremely damp environments or otherenvironments that may cause abruptchanges in temperature (condensation).

5.1. SITING.

KRIPSOL underwater lights are designedto be built in to new swimming pools,whether they are constructed usingconcrete, polyester or use a liner. Theunderwater light is held into its housingby two stainless-steel A2 screws.

5.2. ASSEMBLY.

Pay special attention to the exit fromthe underwater light housing (partno.18, pages 36÷39) as it has twopossible cable exits, one on the sideand the other on the front.Once you have decided which you aregoing to use, fit the gland (part no.13,pages 36÷39) (this anchors the cableto protec it against twisting andstretching).

Fit the hexagonal plug to the othercable exit (part no.19, pages 36÷39) inorder to seal it against water.

The recommended depth at which to fitthe underwater light is 500÷700 mmbelow the water level (see page 31,Figure 4).

The underwater light is supplied packaged,assembled and with the cable rolled upinside its housing (only in the case ofmodels supplied with a cable).In these models the cable grommet isalso supplied (part no.20, pages 37÷39)with the M20 terminals for connection tothe body (part no.18, pages 36÷39) andin 3/4” for connection to the connectionbox.

Proceed as follows to fit the light:

1 - Unpack the light and unroll thecable.

2 - Select the exit from the housing thatis going to be used (part no.18, pages36÷39). Once you have chosen whichcable exit to use, fit the cable grommetto the selected exit (in the case ofmodels with which the grommet issupplied) from the outside (part no.20,pages 37÷39). See page 28, Figure 1,1A, 1B.

3 - Fit the underwater light housing (partno.18, pages 36÷39). If the pool isconcrete, recess it into the wall, or usegunite. If it is intended for a polyester orlined pool, use the two seals (partno.17, pages 38÷39), the liner ring (partno.15, pages 38÷39) and the screws(part no.14, pages 38÷39) supplied. Seepage 29, Figure 2.

4 - Once the casing has been fitted,pass the cable terminal through thegland (part no.13, pages 36÷39) in thecasing and tighten to ensure the cableis held firmly and the gland iswatertight.

5 - Now follow the instructions given onpages 30÷35, Figures 3÷8.

5.3. DISMANTLING.

To replace the bulb, remove the screenby turning the underwater light asfollows:

1 - Slacken the two screws of theunderwater light trim and press theminwards with your fingers to release thetrim from the underwater light casing.See Figure 7÷8, page 34÷35.

2 - While pushing the screws with yourfingers, pull the trim outwards until thewhole unit is removed and take it out ofthe water.

3 - Removed the trim from the bulb/bulb-holder unit as shown in Figure 6,page 33.

4 - Fully unscrew the six screws holdingthe unit together. See Figure 4, page31.

5 - Removed the gland cover to free thecable so as to be able to remove thebulb.

6 - Loosen the cable anchoring screwsto release the bulb.

7 - Fit a new bulb and follow the stepsabove in reverse order.

8 - Once the bulb/holder unit has beenfitted, fit the trim and follow the steps inpoint 5 of section 5.2 on assembling theunderwater light.

5.4. WARNINGS.

1 - Persons installing or handlingunderwater lights must be suitablyqualified and be familiar with theIEC364-7-702 STANDARD: WIRING INBUILDINGS. SPECIAL WIRING.SWIMMING POOLS.

2 - Do not handle the underwater lightwhile it is connected to the powersupply.

3 - Do not switch on the underwaterlight while it is out of the water.

4 - The power supply must not exceed12 V a.c.

5 - Do not use any type of bulb otherthan the KRIPSOL reference item(LP312.C).

6 - In the case of underwater lightspurchased without a cable, the cableused must be of the following type:

Two core cable with a maximumexternal diameter of 14mm.

HØ7RN-F cable, with cable crosssection 2x6 mm², which should adhereto the following norm:

- UNE 21027.- HD22 (EI4 / EM2).- Class 5 / 6.- Nominal voltage 0,6 /1 KV.- IEC 60332-1 / EN 50265.- AG2.- AD8 Submerged.

3.1

La sécurité du service du projecteurfourni ne pourra être garantie que si sonusage correspond à ce qui est indiquésur les schémas des pages 28÷35.Les conditions et limites de travailindiquées dans ce manuel (chapitre 1.2Caractéristiques Techniques, et 5.4Avertissements) ne devront jamais êtredépassées. Il est obligatoire de respecterles dispositions des Normes deSécurité en vigueur dans chaque pays.

3.2

Assurez-vous que le projecteursélectionné correspond bien à l’applicationà laquelle il est destiné, et que son état,son installation, sa mise en marche etson usage postérieur sont corrects. Voir chapitre 1.2. (CaractéristiquesTechniques).

3.3

Les opérations d’installation, deréparation et de maintenance seronttoujours réalisées avec le projecteurdébranché du réseau d’alimentationélectrique.

3.4

Tant que le projecteur est enfonctionnement, il ne peut pas êtredéplacé, ni sa position corrigée. Cesopérations se feront toujours lorsque leprojecteur sera débranché du réseauélectrique.

3.5

La commande des éléments électriquesde connexion-déconnexion ou sécuriténe peut se faire en présence d’humidité.Veiller spécialement à ce qu’il n’ y en aitni sur les mains de l’opérateur, ni surses chaussures ni sur des superficiesde contact.

3.6

Les pièces détachées nécessairesseront les pièces originales du fabricantou celles qu’il recommande. L’utilisationd’autres pièces, ou de pièces originalesrectifiées par des tiers, n’est paspermise et relève le fabricant ou ledistributeur de toute responsabilité.

4.1

Le fabricant fournit l’equipement protégépar l’emballage adapté, afin qu’il nesubisse aucun dommage lors de sontransport ou de son stockage, quiempêcherait de l’installer ou de le fairefonctionner correctement.

4.2

L’utilisateur, à la réception de l’équipement,vérifiera d’abord les points suivants:- État de l’emballage extérieur; s’ilprésente des signes de détériorationimportants, le signaler formellement àla personne qui effectue la livraison.- État du contenu; si celui-ci présentedes dommages qui empêchentéventuellement son fonctionnementcorrect, le communiquer, formellementaussi, au fornisseur dans un délaimaximal de 8 jours après la réception.

Les conditions de stockage seronttelles qu’elles garantiront le bon état deconservation de l’equipement.Nous signalons, en raison de sonimportance spéciale, qu’il faut éviterdes ambiances humides accusées oud’autres où il pourrait se produire deschangements brusques de températures(condensation).

5.1. EMPLACEMENT.

Les projecteurs KRIPSOL sont conçuspour être encastrés dans des piscinesde nouvelle costruction en béton, enpolyester ou en liner. La fixation duprojecteur dans la niche est assuréepar deux vis en acier inoxydable A2.

5.2. MONTAGE.

On fera bien attention à la sortie quisera utilisée dans la niche du projecteur(pièce nº18, pages 36÷39), puisqu’il adeux sorties possibles de câble, unelatérale et l’autre frontale. Lorsqu’onaura décidé laquelle va être utilisée, onlui accouplera le presse-étoupe (piècenº13, pages 36÷39) (élément d’ancragedu câble contre la torsion et l’étirement).On placera dans l’autre le bouchonhexagonal (pièce nº19, pages 36÷39)pour réaliser la fermeture hydrauliqueopportune.

La distance conseillée pour l’installationdu projecteur sera de 500÷700mm duniveau de l’eau (voir page 31, Figure 4).

Le projecteur est reçu dans sonemballage, monté et avec le câbleenroulé dans son logement (uniquementsur les modèles fournis avec ce dernier).Sur ces modèles, le passe-câbles(pièce nº20, pages 37÷39) est égalementfourni, avec les terminaux en M20 pourconnexion au corps (pièce nº18, pages36÷39) et en 3/4” pour leur connexionà la boîte de connexions.

Pour réaliser l’installation, suivre lesétapes suivantes:

1 - Extraire le projecteur de sonemballage et dérouler le câble.

2 - Sélectionner la sortie qui va êtreutilisée sur le corps (pièce nº18, pages36÷39). Accoupler ensuite le passe-câblespar l’extérieur du corps du projecteur(pièce nº20, pages 37÷39) à la sortiesélectionnée (pour les modèles qui encomportent). Voir page 28, Figure 1,1A, 1B.

3 - Réaliser l’installation de la niche duprojecteur (pièce nº18, pages 36÷39).Si la piscine est en béton, en l’encastrantdans le mur, ou par gunitage. Si la piscineest en polyester ou liner, à l’aide desdeux joints (pièce nº17, pages 38÷39),la rondelle liner (pièce nº15, pages 38÷39)et les vis (pièce nº14, pages 38÷39)fournies. Voir pages 29, Figure 2.

4 - Lorsque le corps est installé,introduire le terminal du câble par lepresse-étoupe (pièce nº13, pages36÷39) du corps et s’assurer, en serrantce dernier, que le câble est parfaitementfixé et avec la femeture hydrauliqueopportune.

5 - Suivre ensuite les étapes indiquéesaux pages 30÷35, Figures 3÷8.

5.3. DÉMONTAGE.

Pour remplacer la lampe, extraire leprojecteur de la manière suivante:

1 - Desserrer les deux vis de l’enjoliveurdu projecteur et les pousser versl’intérieur avec les doigts pour les libérerdu corps du projecteur. Voir Figures7÷8, page 34÷35.

2 - Tout en poussant les deux visavec les doigts, tirer l’enjoliveur versl’extérieur jusqu’à extraire tout l’ensembleet le retirer de l’eau.

3 - Retirer l’enjoliveur de l’ensemble dela lampe/douille de lampe, selon laFigure 6, page 33.

4 - Desserrer jusqu’à retirer les sixécrous qui retiennent l’ensemble. VoirFigure 4, page 31.

5 - Desserrer le capuchon du presse-étoupe pour libérer le câble et pouvoirainsi extraire la lampe.

6 - Desserrer les vis d’ancrage du câbleà la lampe et libérer cette dernière.

7 - Installer la lampe neuve et suivre leprocédé antérieur dans l’ordre inverse.

8 - Une fois en place l’ensemblelampe/douille de lampe, monterl’enjoliveur et suivre le procédé indiquéau point 5 de l’alinéa 5.2. du montage.

5.4. AVERTISSEMENTS.

1 - Les personnes qui installent oumanipulent les projecteurs doiventposséder la qualification correspondanteet la connaissance de la normeIEC 364 - 7 - 702: INSTALLATIONSÉLECTRIQUES DANS L’INTÉRIEURDES BÂTIMENTS. INSTALLATIONSSPÉCIALES. PISCINES.

2 - Ne pas manipuler le projecteurlorsqu’il est sous tension.

3 - Ne pas allumer le projecteur hors del’eau.

4 - La tension d’alimentation ne doit pasdépasser 12 V en courant alternatif.

5 - Ne pas utiliser une lampe différentede celle de référence KRIPSOL (LP312.C).

6 - Dans le cas des modèles de projecteursacquis sans câble, on utiliseraobligatoirement un câble présentant lescaractéristiques suivantes.

Câble bipolaire de diamètre extérieurmaximum de 14 mm.

Type de câble HØ7RN-F de section2 x 6 mm², qui doit respecter la normesuivante:

- UNE 21027.- HD22 (EI4 / EM2).- Classe 5 / 6.- Tension nominale 0,6 / 1 KV.- IEC 60332-1 / EN 50265.- AG2.- AD8 Immergé.

1.2 TECHNISCHE KENNWERTE.

Die Strahler KRIPSOL sind zum Betriebmit Parabollampen 300 W ausgelegt.

Der Einsatz muss untergetaucht inreinem oder leicht behandeltemSüsswasser erfolgen.

Wir empfehlen, eine Tauchtiefe von1,5 m nicht zu überschreiten. Sollten Siegrößere Tauchtiefen benötigen, setzenSie sich bitte mit unserer technischenAbteilung in Verbindung.

Der Schutzgrad des Strahlers ist IP68.Betrieb mit Schutzkleinspannung 12V(Wechelspannung).

Der Strahler ist gemäß der Normenabgezeichet und montiert wordender Internationalen SicherheitsnormCEI 60598-2-18: 1993 (Leuchten fürSchwimmbecken und ähnliche Anwendungen).

Der Strahler ist ein Elektrogerät derKlasse III (S/RBT.MI BT 0313, PTO 1.2).

Der Hersteller übernimmt keinerleiVerantwortung für Einbau, Installationund Inbetriebnahme oder den Einbauvon Komponenten, die nicht in dessenEinrichtungen vorgenommen wurden.

2.0 EINFÜHRUNG.Die vorliegende Bedienungsanleitungenthält die für Installation, Einsatz undWartung der Strahler KRIPSOLfür Schwimmbecken erforderlichen

Informationen. Die genaue Einhaltungaller Hinweise in dieserBedienungsanleitung ist erforderlich,damit die im Datenblatt des Herstellersaufgeführten Werte erreicht werden.Hierdurch werden die Sicherheit undeine lange Lebensdauer des Gerätsgewährleistet. Die Betriebssicherheit des Strahlerswird nur gewährleistet, wenn dessenEinsatz entsprechend den Angaben aufden Seiten 28÷35 erfolgt. Die in dervorliegenden Bedienungsanweisungangegebenen Bedingungen undGrenzwerte für den Betrieb dürfen nichtüberschritten werden (Abschnitte 1.2Technische Kennwerte und 5.4 Hinweise).Die im jeweiligen Land geltendenSicherheitsnormen sind einzuhalten.

Es ist darauf zu achten, dass der Strahlerentsprechend dem vorgesehenenEinsatzfall richtig ausgewählt wurde undin einwandfreiem Zustand ist. Installation,Inbetriebsetzung und nachfolgendeNutzung müssen in korrekter Weiseerfolgen, Siehe Abschnitt 1.2.(Technische Kennwerte).

3.3

Alle Installations-, Reparatur- undWartungsarbeiten dürfen nur ausgeführtwerden, wenn der Strahler vomElektronetz getrenn ist.

3.4

Während des Betriebs des Strahlersdarf dessen Lage nicht verändert oderkorrigiert werden. Diese Arbeiten dürfennur ausgeführt werden, wenn derStrahler vom Elektronetz getrennt ist.

3.5

Arbeiten an den elektrischen Kontakt-oder Sicherheitselementen dürfen nichtin feuchter Umgebung ausgeführtwerden, insbesondere ist auf feuchteHände, feuchtes Schuhwerk undfeuchte Kontaktflächen zu achten.

3.6

Es dürfen nur Originalersatzteile desHerstellers oder von diesem empfohleneErsatzteile verwendet werden. DerEinsatz anderer Ersatzteile oder vonOriginalteilen, an denen Eingriffe durchDritte vorgenommen wurden, ist nichtzulässig und befreit den Hersteller oderHändler von seiner Verantwortung.

4.1

Der Hersteller liefert das Gerät in einergeeigneten Verpackung geschützt aus,damit dieses bei Transport undLagerung keine Schäden erleidet, diedessen korrekte Installation und/oderFunktion beeinträchtigen können.

4.2

Der Nutzer muss nach Erhalt desGeräts folgende Punkte prüfen:- Zustand der Aussenverpackung: Wenndiese erhebliche Beschädigungen aufweist,zeigt er dies bei Erhalt des Geräts an.- Überpüfung des Zustands des Inhalts:Werden hierbei Schäden festgestellt,die eine korrekte Funktion beeinträchtigenkönnen, zeigt er dies dem Liefererinnerhalb eines Zeitraums von maximal8 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware an.

4.3

Die Lagerbedingungen müssen für denErhalt eines einwandfreien Zustandsdes Geräts geeignet sein.Auf Grund der besonderen Bedeutungwird darauf hingewiesen, dass bei derLagerung eine feuchte Umgebung undplötzliche Temperaturänderungen(kondenswasser) zu vermeiden sind.

5.1. EINBAU.

Die Strahler KRIPSOL sind zumversenkten Einbau in neueSchwimmbecken aus Beton, Polyesteroder in ausgekleidete Becken vorgese-hen. Die Befestigung der Strahler inihrer Aufnahmenische erfolgt mit zweiSchrauben aus rostfreiem Stahl A2..

5.2. MONTAGE.

Es ist besonders auf den in derEinbaunische des Strahlers verwendetenAbgang zu achten (Teil Nr.18, S.36÷39),da zwei Möglichkeiten zur Kabelausführungbestehen, eine seitlich und die anderefrontal. Nach Festlegung des zubenutzenden Abgangs wird in diesendie Stopfbuchse (Teil Nr.13, S.36÷39)eingeschraubt (Zugentlastung desKabels). In den anderen Abgang wird derSechskantdeckel (Teil Nr.19, S. 36÷39)eingeschraubt, um die erforderlicheWasserdichtheit zu garantieren.

Es wird empfohleh, den Strahler in einerTiefe con 500 mm bis 700mm unter derWasseroberfläche einzubauen (sieheS. 31, Fig. 4).

Der Strahler wird verpackt, montiert undmit in der Aufnahme aufgerolltem Kabelgeliefert (nur bei den mit Kabel geliefertenModellen). Diese Modelle werden mitKabeldurchführung (Teil Nr.20, S.37÷39)mit Verschraubung M20 zur Verbindungmit dem Körper (Teil Nr.18, S.36÷39)und 3/4” zur Verbindung mit derAnschlussdose geliefert.

Zur Installation entsprechend dennachfolgenden Schritten vorgehen:

1 - Den Strahler aus der Verpackungentnehmen und das Kabel abwickeln.

2 - Dengewünschten Abgang amStrahlerkörper wählen (Teil Nr.18, S.36÷39).Anschließend die Kabeldurchführung(Teil Nr.20, S.37÷39) von außen amStrahlerkörper an dem gewähltenAbgang anbringen (für die damitgelieferten Modelle). Siehe Seite 28, Fig.1, 1A, 1B.

3 - Den Strahler in der dafür vorgesehenenNische installieren (Teil Nr.18, S.36÷39)falls es sich um ein Betonbecken oderein mit Beton ausgespritztes Beckenhandelt. In Polyesterbecken oder inausgekleideten Becken mit Hilfe der beidenDichtungen (Teil Nr.17, S.38÷39), Ring(Teil Nr.15, S.38÷39) und den geliefertenSchrauben (Teil Nr.14, S.38÷39) montieren.Siehe S.29, Fig. 2.

4 - Nach Einbau des Körpers das Kabeldurch die Stopfbuchsen einführen (TeilNr.13, S.36÷39) und durch Anziehenderselben sichern. Prüfen, ob das Kabelordnungsgemäß fest sitzt undwasserdicht eingeführt ist.

5 - Anschließend die auf den Seiten30÷35, Fig. 3÷8 angegebenen Schritteausführen.

5.3. AUSBAU.

Zum Lampenwechsel den Strahlergemäß folgenden Schritten ausbauen:

1 - Die beiden Befestigungsschraubender Abdeckung lösen und mit denFingern nach innen drücken, damit wirdder Strahlerkörper frei gegeben. SieheFig. 7÷8, S. 34÷35.

2 - Während die beiden Schrauben mitden Fingern hinein gedrückt werden,die Abdeckung nach außen abziehenund die gesamte Baugruppe aus demWasser nehmen.

3 - Die Abdeckung von Lampe undLampenfassung entsprechend Fig. 6,S.33 abnehmen.

4 - Die sechs Befestigungsmuttern derBaugruppe lockern und vollständingabschrauben. Siehe Fig. 4, auf S. 31.

5 - Den Ring der Stopfbuchse lockern,damits das Kabel frei gegeben wird, dieLampe herausnehmen.

6 - Die Schrauben der Kabelbefestigungan der Lampe lösen und die Lampeherausnehmen.

7 - Eine neue Lampe einsetzen und dievorstehend genannten Punkte inumgekehrter Reihenfolge ausführen.

8 - Nach Einbau von Lampe undFassung die Abdeckung erneut anbringenund die unter Punkt 5, Absatz 5.2genannten Einbauschritte ausführen.

5.4. HINWEISE.

1 - Die Installation oder Arbeiten amStrahler dürfen nur durch Fachpersonalausgeführt werden, das die NormIEC364-7-702: ELEKTROINSTALLATIONENIN GEBÄUDEN. SPEZIALINSTALLATIONEN.SWIMMINGPOOLS kennt.

2 - Am Strahler keine Arbeiten unterSpannung ausführen.

3 - Den Strahler nicht ausserhalb desWassers einschalten.

4 - Die Speise-Wechselspannung darf12 V nicht überschreiten.

5 - Keine andere als die von KRIPSOLangegebene Lampe verwenden(LP312.C).

6 - Werden Strahler eingesetzt, dieohne Kabel bestellt wurden, ist einKabel mit folgenden Kennwerten zuverwenden:Zweipolig, maximaler Außendurchmesser

Il fabbricante fornisce il dispositivo protettocon l’imballaggio adeguato, affinchédurante il trasporto e l’immagazzinaggionon subisca danni che impediscano lasua corretta installazione e/o funzionamento.

Le condizioni di immagazzinaggiosaranno tali da garantire il buono statodi conservazione del dispositivo.Sottolineiamo, per la loro specialeimportanza, quelle di evitare ambienti diumidità accentuata o altri in cui sipossano verificare dei cambiamentibruschi di temperatura (condensa).

5.1. POSIZIONE.

I proiettori KRIPSOL sono stati ideatiper essere collocati ad incasso in piscinedi nuova construzione di calcestruzzo,poliestere o liner. Il fissaggio del proiet-tore nella sede avviene mediante dueviti di acciaio inossidabile A2.

Modello PH 300.C. Per piscine dicalcestruzzo con premistoppa diPoliammide 6.

Modello PH 301.C. Per piscine dicalcestruzzo con premistoppa di ottonenichelato.

Modello PHM 300.C. Per piscine dicalcestruzzo con premistoppa diPoliammide 6, con cavo e passacaviinclusi.

Modello PHM 301.C. Per piscine dicalcestruzzo con premistoppa di ottonenichelato, con cavo e passacavi inclusi.

Modello PL 300.C. Per piscine dipoliestere o liner con premistoppa diPoliammide 6.

Modello PLM 301.C. Per piscine dipoliestere o liner con premistoppa diottone nichelato, con cavo e passacaviinclusi.

5.2. MONTAGGIO.

Si presterà particolare attenzione neiconfronti dell’uscita che verrà utilizzatanella sede del proiettore (pezzo nº 18,pag. 36÷39), dal momento che ha duepossibili uscite del cavo, una laterale el’altra frontale. Una volta deciso qualeverrà utilizzata, a questa avverràaccoppiato il premistoppa (pezzo nº 13,pag. 36÷39) (elemento di ancoraggiodel cavo contro la torsione e lostiramento).

Sull’altra verrà collocato il tappo esagonale(pezzo nº 19, pag. 36÷39) per effettuarela chiusura idraulica adeguata.

La distanza consigliata per l’installazionedel proiettore sarà da 500÷700 mmrispetto al livello dell’acqua (vedi pag.31, Figura 4).

Il proiettore viene fornito nel suoimballaggio, montato e con il cavoavvolto nella sua sede (solo nei modelliforniti con lo stesso). In questi modelli,viene fornito anche il passacavi (pezzonº 20, pag. 37÷39) con i terminali inM20 per la connessione al corpo (pezzonº 18, pag. 36÷39) e in 3/4” per ilcollegamento alla scatola delleconnessioni.

Per effettuare l’installazione bisognaseguire i passi indicati qui di seguito:

1 - Estrarre il proiettore dall’imballaggioe srotolare il cavo.

2 - Effettuare la scelta dell’uscita cheverrà utilizzata nel corpo (pezzo nº 18,pag. 36÷39). Una volta effettuata talescelta, accoppiare dall’esterno del corpodel proiettore il passacavi (pezzo nº 20,pag. 37÷39) all’uscita selezionata (per imodelli forniti con lo stesso). Vedi pag.28, Figura 1, 1A, 1B.

3 - Realizzare l’installazione della sededel proiettore (pezzo nº 18, pag.36÷39). Se è per piscine di calcestruzzo,ad incasso nella parete, o tramitegunitazione. Se è per piscina di poliestereo liner, tramite le due guarnizioni (pezzonº 17, pag. 38÷39), l’anello liner (pezzonº 15, pag. 38÷39) e la viteria (pezzo nº14, pag. 38÷39) fornita. Vedi pag. 29,Figura 2.

4 - Una volta installato il corpo, inserireil terminale del cavo nel premistoppa(pezzo nº 13, pag. 36÷39) del corpo e aassicurarsi, stringendolo, che il cavo siaperfettamente saldo e con la chiusuraidraulica adeguata.

5 - Successivamente seguire i passiindicati nelle pagine 30÷35, Figure 3÷8.

5.3. SMONTAGGIO.

Per sostituire la lampada, bisogneràestrarre il proiettore e, per farlo, siseguiranno questi passi:

1 - Allentare le due viti dell’elementodecorativo del proiettore e spingere lestesse verso l’interno con le ditaaffinché rimanga libero dal corpo delproiettore. Vedi Figura 7÷8, pag. 34÷35.

2 - Mentre si spingono le due viti con ledita, tirare l’elemento decorativo versol’esterno fino ad estrarre tutto l’insiemee portarlo fuori dall’acqua.

3 - Togliere l’elemento decorativodell’insieme dalla lampada/portalampadacome indicato nella Figura 6, pag.33.

4 - Allentare e togliere i sei dadi chefissano l’insieme. Vedi Figura 4, pag.31.

5 - Allentare il cappuccio del premistoppaper liberare il cavo e poter quindiestrarre la lampada.

6 - Allentare le viti di fissaggio del cavoalla lampada e liberare la lampada.

7 - Collocare la nuova lampada e siguirei punti precedentemente indicati alcontrario.

8 - Una volta montato l’insieme lampada/portalampada, montare l’elementodecorativo e seguire i passi indicatinel punto 5 del paragrafo 5.2. delmontaggio.

5.4. AVVERTENZE.

1 - Le persone che installano omanipolano le luci devono possedere laqualifica adeguata e conoscere lenorme IEC364-7-702: INSTALLAZIONIELETTRICHE IN EDIFICI.INSTALLAZIONI SPECIALI. PISCINE.

2 - Non manipolare la luce se si trovasotto tensione.

3 - Non accendere la luce fuori dall’acqua.

4 - La tensione di alimentazione nondeve essere superiore a 12 V in correntealternata.

5 - Non utilizzare un’altra lampada,diversa dalla referenza KRIPSOL(LP312.C).

6 - Nel caso dei modelli di proiettoriacquistati senza cavo, il cavo dautilizzare deve avere obbligatoriamentele seguenti caratteristiche:

Cavo bipolare con un diametroesterno massimo di 14 mm.

Tipo di cavo HØ7RN-F con sezione di2 x 6 mm², che deve soddisfare laseguente normativa:

- UNE 21027.- HD22 (EI4 / EM2).- Classe 5 / 6.- Tensione nominale 0,6 / 1 KV.- IEC 60332-1 / EN 50265.- AG2.- AD8 Sommerso.
