Permissible fresh concrete pressure forthe TRIO 330. Elements certifiedaccording to guidelines issued by theGüteschutzverband Betonschalungen(Quality Protection Association forConcrete Formwork), GSV.

82.5 kN/m2 triangular load, DIN 18202,Table 3, Line 7, with 2 ties.

Test reportavailable onrequest.

Without exception, valid safety regulations must be observedin those countries where our products are used.

Tips for trouble-free usage

• Check correct orientation of tie holes when installingTRIO 330 elements. (See Ties-below)

• Spray formwork on all sides with PERI BIO Cleanbefore every use.

• Spray back of formwork with water immediatelyafter concreting to reduce the cleaning work.

• Always start at a corner or difficult area.Pay attention to the wall thickness. See corners.

• Only use the required number of ties. Unused tie holesmust be sealed with plugs ø 20/24, item no. 030300.

• More information can be found in the TRIO assemblyinstructions.

Push-Pull Props and Kicker Braces

* If necessary, the distance from the top of the formwork must beadapted to the system.

For the given widths of influence, a maximum force of 11.3 kN istransferred into the building at the foot of the push-pull prop.

Wind loads: h < 8m = 0.5 kN/m2

8m< h < 20m = 0.8 kN/m2

Basic rules for cornersWall thicknesses 180-400 mm

Adapting to wall thicknesses usingTRIO wall thickness compensationWDA 5, WDA 6 or timber infills

Basic rule:TRIO 330 panels have an asymmetricaltie arrangement. When placing theelements, the tie hole must be inthe upper position. Wrong applicationresults in more ties being used than isnecessary.

ExtensionsAlignment couplers and all-round strutsensure that extensions using TRIO areeasier.

Extension up to max. 8.10 m high canbe assembled as one unit.

Two TAR 85 compensation walers andtwo BFD alignment couplers are requiredfor extension heights up to 8.10 m perelement joint.
