Was heute auf dem Teller liegt, sieht noch so aus wie vor 50 Jahren, ist es aber nicht. Bei unserem Lucerne Minds 14/2 Treffen ging es um das Thema "Essen heute" bzw. um die Verbreitung von Gentech-modifizierten Lebensmittel, welche Firmen die grossen Treiber dahinter sind und ob es gentechnisch veränderte Lebensmittel braucht.
