BEFORE FILLING YOUR BOXES, YOU NEED ASTABLE CLOSURE OF THE BOTTOM FLAPS.

A secure bottom closure of folding boxes made of solid or corrugated card-

board can be perfectly performed by MEZGER Stapling Machines. It is

recommended to place the first staple at the outer edge of the box and

continue towards the centre. Four staples are sufficient for a medium-sized

carton to join all cardboard layers firmly together.

Distinction between penetrating stapling with clinchinganvils and blind stapling without

Pneumatic devices can be suspended at the work heightby using a balancer

AFTER FILLING THE TOP FLAPS OF YOURCARTON MUST BE SECURELY CLOSED.

Here, we fundamentally distinguish between two types of sealing tech-

nologies (see illustrations). As with the bottom stapling, the outer flaps

must be connected with those in the interior. For this, at least two

staples must be applied in the edge areas of the carton.

APPLICATION RANGEBottom nailing of oversized cartons as well as theirnailing onto wooden pallets. You can staple andperform a nailing on the same stapler without anyadjustment. STAPLING HEADS – THREE USAGE OPTIONS:

Stapling with a counter-anvil (type A 20, B 36, C 13):Anvil holder and anvil insertrequired. Variants: flat anvil, anvilwith groove, anvil with bendradius.

Stapling without counter-anvil (type E 24): Feed traveland staple must be appropriatelyset for the material to be stapled.

Nailing (type A 20, C 13):Staples are not being shotthrough the material into thewood but pressed which avoidsany damage like cutting throughthe film or cardboard.

MORI STAPLE REMOVERCardboard boxes with the staples removed can be usedagain. The staple must be fully enclosed, before it can bepushed out through the leverage effect.

KLAPPFIX FLAP HOLDERTo hold down the bottom cardboard flap. With the help ofthe KLAPPFIX, it is possible to even accomplish a bottomclosing with a top stapler. If there is no counter pressurefrom the contents, the KLAPPFIX will hold up the flapduring stapling.
