Le pinze forestali AGRIFOREST possono essere applicate su escavatori da 1,5 a 16,0 ton, caricatori forestali, gru, sollevatori telescopici, caricatori frontali, e quant’altro. Sono fornibili in 32 modelli in 4 versioni differenti: con forche chiuse o forche aperte (HP – SP), per fissaggio rigido (FX) o polifunzionali (MULTY). Tutte le pinze forestali AGRIFOREST sono costruite con i migliori materiali (lamiere: Domex 700, perni in 39 NiCrMo3, boccole con bronzine) che garantiscono elevate prestazioni meccaniche in termini di elasticità, resistenza alla rottura e al carico di snervamento. La valvola di blocco sul cilindro è montata di serie. Su alcuni modelli della serie GMR è possibile applicare il kit KFL ideale per la movimentazione delle ramaglie, della legna tagliata e del letame.

AGRIFOREST Log Grabs can be adjusted on 1,5 – 16,0 tons Excavators, Forestry Loaders, Cranes, Telescopic lifters, Front loaders, etc. Agriforest Log Grapples are available in 32 models and 4 versions: With close forks, open fingers (HP – SP), for rigid coupling (FX) or multipurpose (MULTY). All AGRIFOREST Log Grabs are built with the best materials (steel: Domex 700, pins in 39 NiCrMo3, all bushings bronzed inside) so granting high mechanical performance in terms of elasticity, resistance to breakage and to yield stress. The shut-off valve is standard on the cylinder. The KFL kit, ideal for moving and collecting cut-off woods, branches or manure, can be adjusted on some models from GMR series.

La versione con forche aperte (senza le pale all’estremità) è particolarmente indicata nello spostamento e nel caricamento della legna tagliata e nella movimentazione delle ramaglie e per l’alimentazione delle cippatrici. L’assenza delle pale garantisce, in questo tipo di lavoro, più precisione e più velocità nelle operazioni e rende il sollevamento efficiente e regolare riducendo notevolmente la terra sollevata. La solidità della struttura è comunque garantita sia dall’elevata qualità dei materiali impiegati che dai particolari rinforzi apposti sulle forche.

The open finger models (without forks junction bottom parts) are remarkably fit when moving and collecting cut-off woods, branches and when charging woodchippers. The absence of fork junction grants, in this kind of operations, more precision and speed in handling, a far efficient and regular lifting, significantly reducing dust and earth collected. The high quality of the materials and the special reinforcements welded on the forks grant the solidity of the structure.

Les versions à fourches ouvertes (sans pale à l’extrémité) sont préférables là où il faut ramasser et déplacer du bois bûche, des branches ou pour charger les broyeurs. The Firewood Grapples (series POLY) are particularly suit for collecting cut wood and branches. The hydraulic system is placed inside the body to avoid the presence of external hydraulic hoses that could lead to possible breakage of the same.

Les Grappins à bois de chauffage (série POLY) sont à conseiller pour le déplacement du bois coupé et des branches. Le système hydraulique est placé à l’intérieur du corps afin d’éviter la présence de tuyaux hydrauliques externes qui pourraient mener à une possible rupture des tuyaux mêmes.

Le perçage sur la partie supérieure du corps des grappins Agriforest permet l’attelage de tout modèles de rotateurs, à tige, en utilisant la platine d’adaptation, et à plaque. Le tableau ci-dessous présente la liste des rotateurs consillés pour tous les modèles.
