1. The minutes of our meeting on 28 Jan were approved. Apologies forabsence were received from FG.2. Current business: FH’s request for study leave was turned down as she has akey role in the Newbike project. Two new appointments have been made in

the Production department. John Davis as trainee and Joseph Brown as anengineer.3. Superbike Project: MO presented the situation in FG’s absence. All agreedthat the failure of the imported parts is a very worrying development. Thesupplier has agreed to withdraw. We will recommend to the MD that we takethe Dingwall parts. If all goes well the product could be launched in theautumn. JK will present our decisions to the MD.4. This year’s holiday requests were approved except for those working on theSuperbike project, who will have to wait until the new timetable has beenapproved.5.+6.
