Mit einemguten Trennmittelsystem kann der Glanzgrad und die Haftung in der Form kontrolliert und gesteuert werden. Um eine vorzeitigeEntformung (pre-release) und damit verbundene Oberflächenfehler (Schrumpfmarkierungen, Glasdurchschlag usw.) zu verhindern, mussdas richtige Trennmittelsystem ausgewählt werden. Die fachgemäße Trennmittelauswahl ist ein wesentlicher Faktor für Entformungskräfte,Nacharbeiten und Lebensdauer der Form.

A good releaseagent system enables control and management of the gloss and the bonding in the mould. It is vital that the correct release agent system ischosen to prevent pre-release and associated surface defects (shrink marks, glass breakdown, etc.).
