MICROCLEAN PM-steels are well capable for spark eroding

and wire cutting because on the basic of high homogeneity

and excellent cleanliness.

Select steels with secondary hardness maxima, because these

steels are offering lower internal stress conditions.

ESR remelted steels are featuring improved homogeneity

and therefore are more moderate in spark eroding and wire

cutting than conventional melted materials.
