Das RIO-2 ist der Inbegriff von Flexibilität im Hause NEW LIFT. Ein RIO-2 erweitert die FST-2 Steuerung um 16 programmierbare Ein-/Ausgänge. Im Vollausbau kann so jede FST-2 um insgesamt 48 programmierbare E/As erweitert werden – und das ohne zusätzliche Relais oder Verdrahtung.

The RIO-2 module stands for flexibility at NEW LIFT. One RIO-2 extends the FST-2 controller by 16 programmable inputs/outputs. In its full configuration, the RIO-2 increases the FST-2 by 48 programmable I/Os – without any additional relays or wiring.

Jedes E/A-Erweiterungsmodul RIO-2 stellt 16 programmierbare Ein-/Ausgänge für die FST-Steuerung zur Verfügung. Da es sich beim RIO-2 um ein LON-Modul handelt kann es im Schaltschrank, auf der Fahrkorbdach oder an jeder anderen beliebigen Stelle des LON-Busses verbaut werden.

Ausführungen

Das RIO-2 gibt es in den Ausführungen Master, Slave 1 und Slave 2.

In einer Steuerung kann stets nur ein Master eingebunden werden. Da jeder Master allerdings bis zu zwei Slaves ansteuern kann ist die FST-2 bei einem Vollausbau mit RIO-2 Modulen um bis zu 48 programmierbare Ein-/Ausgänge erweiterbar (48 von 80 Ein-/Ausgängen der FST-2).

Die Programmierung der Ein- und Ausgänge erfolgt bequem über das Menü der FST-Steuerung oder aber über die Software FSTEditor.

Alle Ein- und Ausgänge des RIO-2 sind low-aktiv, alle Ausgänge gegen Überstrom und Kurzschluss geschützt.

Funktionen

Es sind ca. 100 Standard- und 45 Spezial-funktionen für Eingänge (z.B. Brandfall, Etagensperre, Evakuierung, Sonderfahrt) sowie 80 für Ausgänge (z.B. Farhtrichtung, Sammel- & Einzelstörmeldungen, Etagenstand, Geschwindigkeitsschwelle )vorhanden.

CUS Modul

Das RIO-2 kommt zusätzlich bei Sonderlösungen als CUS-Modul (custom specific application) zum Einsatz und ist somit der Schlüssel zu Ihrer ganz individuellen Aufzugsanlage. Insgesamt hat NEW LIFT bereits über 200 solcher CUS-Module für die Umsetzung besondere Kundenwünsche entwickelt.

Each RIO-2 Remote I/O provides 16 programmable input/outputs for the FST-2 controller. Since the RIO-2 is a LON-modul, it can either be mounted in the control cabinet, on the car or any other desirable location within the LON-bus.

The RIO-2 is available as master, slave 1 and slave 2.

One master RIO-2 can be used with each controller. Since each master can drive two slaves, the FST-2 is extendable up to a maximum of 48 programmable inputs/outputs in its full configuration (48 out of 80 FST-2 inputs/outputs).

The inputs/outputs of the modul can easily be programmed via the FST-menu or the Software FSTEditor.

All inputs and outputs are low-active. All outputs are protected against over-current and short circuit.

Functions

There are 100 standard and 45 special functions available for inputs (e.g fire recallm, floor locking, evacuation, special drive) as well as 80 functions for outputs (e.g. drive direction, collective fault, evacuation complete, floor positioning, speed threshold).

CUS modul

The RIO-2 can be converted to a CUS module (customer specific application) and is therefore the key to your individual lift system. Up until now, NEW LIFT has created more than 200 such CUS modules for special customer requirements.
